Order of the Day: Animal Macaroons
Coffee Prince Cafe!!! {Story is Starting}
Da Hee wakes up to the screeching sound of a fire alarm. She gets shaken by Soo Min, who is shouting for her to get up and out of the house because there is a gas leak inside the house. Da Hee grabs her panda and runs out with Soo Min. Outside the house, there are fire fighters who are working on finding and sealing the leak. Da Hee and Jae Ri huddle in a tight ball while Soo Min calls her parents to tell them about the situation and that they are all right.
After sealing the leak, Soo Min, Jae Ri, and Da Hee all sleep in the pool house to make sure all the gas is out and that they don’t breathe it just in case it wasn’t.
---The Next Day---
Soo Min drives Da Hee and Jae Ri to work, where everyone is already at. The other staff are gathered at a table all waiting for the girls to come.
“Are you guys okay?” Chanyeol asks. Soo Min nods.
“Da Hee, I think you should leave this little staff huddle and go to your man,” Jae Ri nudges Da Hee towards the back of the shop where Jaejoong is at.
Da Hee taps his shoulder, “What are you doing here?”
Jaejoong turns around and hugs her tight, “Oh my gahhd, I heard about it and I got scared… Are you okay?” He pulls away from her to look at her tomato beaten face.
“Um…yeah…” Da Hee pulls herself away from this new Jaejoong.
“Oh, sorry. It’s just that…I lost my grandmother because of gas leaks… I was just worried,” Jaejoong revives his old self and moves away from Da Hee, a bit embarrassed.
“It’s okay…Thanks,” Da Hee smiles and regroups to start working…But Jaejoong tugs on her arm.
Blushing a bit, Da Hee turns to face Jaejoong once again, “Yea?”
“Can I …Can I have animal macaroons? Oh and I want it in a box please, It’s for my brother,” he smiles. Da Hee’s blushing went away immediately and she goes to the kitchen to process his order. ‘I hate him… Well…maybe only a little…But it’s still hate…’
Throughout the whole day, Da Hee has been tripping and messing up orders because of what Jaejoong did that morning.
“Da Hee-ssi?” Sooyeon pulls Da Hee aside during their lunch break.
“Ne?”
“Are you okay? You seem rather… distracted this whole day,” the manager looks at Da Hee with worried and caring eyes.
“Oh, I’m sorry about my poor performance I the café today. I will do better. But I am okay! Never been better!” she smiles.
“Are you sure?” uncontended with Da Hee’s seemingly forced answer, Sooyeon asks again,
“Ne!” Da He smiles once again. Sooyeon smiles as well and they continue their lunch.
