Chapter 28: Wait for me

Yun's POV:

I slowly and shakily open the letter.

Gosh why am I so nervous?

It's just a letter...

I peer down at the paper, expecting to see a whole page of heart felt words.

But instead I see something short, simple and to the point.

"I didn't cheat please believe me. I trust you too."

I'm left a whole year and then he just up and leaves and this is all I  get?

At least he trusts me...that's a little step.

I look down at the letter again to make sure I didn't miss anything, and notice some writing at the bottom.

"P.s Hope you enJOY the gift^^"

Oh right...I almost forgot about that...

I slowly pull the sloppy wrapping paper off the tiny box and lift the lid.

I smile down at the simple gift.

It may be simple, and look like junk to someone else but to me it means the world...

I feel my eyes start to water, all the memories of Lu Han and I together that I had pushed to the back of my mind suddenly came crashing down on me.

Gosh I missed him so much...

I picked up the small piece of paper underneath the necklace.

"A clock for showing the time we've spent together, and our future time together.

A key to show you are the only one who can open my heart.
