These past few days have been a blur to me. I haven’t looked at Jaeseop or Kevin in the eyes at all. I told Kevin I would bring Alexander-hyung and Kibum back, but they’re…

I stared blankly at the shower floor. I’ve stood under the water for a while now. I just stood there. I couldn’t even sing.

I got out of the shower before I turned wrinkly. After putting my clothes on, I headed to the kitchen for a glass of milk; Jaeseop was already in there, eating his usual cereal bowl.

As usual, I ignored him while opening the fridge. Then he started speaking to me.

“Hoon…”

“Ignore ignore ignore ignore.”

“Hoon, at least talk to me.”

“…I don’t talk to murderers.” “Drat! Why did I talk to him?!”

He slammed his fist onto the table.

“You… You don’t know anything.”

I took a glance at him, and he had the saddest look on his face. He quickly left the kitchen to go to his room.

I think I went a bit too far. I don’t know his circumstances. I don’t know if he meant to kill them, or if it was an accident.

I slammed the door and jumped into my bed. I was glad Dongho wasn’t here to bother the hell out of me.

God dammit Hoon… I didn’t do it. I didn’t murder them. AJ did.

“Jaeseop…”

I sat up in my bed, to see Hoon’s head poking into the room.

“What do you want?” I laid down again, turning my back towards him.

“I’m sorry…” Hoon sat on the edge of my bed. I wanted to push him off, but I wanted to hear what he had to say first.

“Can you…” he started. “…Tell me what actually happened?”

“What?”

“I want to know everything; everything about you, PARAN, and them.”

I sat up again. I smirked, only because Hoon was finally this close to me. I wrapped my hands around his neck.

Instantly, he froze. I laughed, and let him go. “Scary, isn’t it? Someone holding your neck like they’re going to kill you…”

Hoon didn’t look at me. He laughed nervously. “Y-You’re not going to kill me… Right?”

 

He’s so cute.

 

I wrapped my arms around his waist, and rested my chin on his shoulder. “No Hoon, I’m not going to kill you.”

His face flushed a little. “Can you tell me what happened now?”

I chuckled. “Telling you this stuff will have a very expensive cost.”

“How expensive?”

“Like your ity expensive.”

Hoon went silent for a moment, and then sighed. He started to his shirt.

I let go of him. “Whoa whoa. I was joking.”

Hoon turned red, but turned to face me. He was waiting for me to start talking. 

I scratched my head. “Where do you want me to start?”

“Did you mean to kill them?”

“…Yes.”

“Did you want to kill them?”

“No.”

“Why did you?”

“I had to.”

Right after saying that, I felt like I was going to cry.

Hoon must've felt it, because he pecked me on the lips.

I was pretty surprised. "Why did you do that?"

Hoon's cheeks had a pink tint. "I thought you were still charging for the questions..." he mumbled shyly.

I laughed again. Hoon was so incredibly dense but he was also so lovable.

I told him to lie down on my bed. I laid down next to him. "Can you sleep with me?" I asked.

His face went tomato-red. "I thought you were j-joking..."

I pressed his head against my chest. "Not like that. I'm just tired..."

With Hoon next to me, I was finally able to sleep comfortably.

A bit too comfortably.

"Why did you call us out here, AJ?"

"Kibum~ I'm cold..."

"Be quiet, Xander. So, AJ?"

"...That's right. I'm AJ of PARAN."

"Huh?"

"B-But... I want to be AJ of U-Kiss... No, I want to be Jaeseop of U-Kiss..."

"What are you even saying?"

"Sorry guys, but you have to go. They said that's the only way I'll get into U-Kiss..."

"Wha- Oh my god. AJ! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! PUT DOWN THAT GUN!!"

"Ryan-hyung, he's saying that he killed those two U-Kiss members."

AJ finally opened his eyes. His face was pale, and drenched in cold sweat.

"Oh, you're awake." Hoon pulled AJ into his arms. "You were having a nightmare."

AJ remembered where he was. He breathed; glad Hoon was there to save him.

"Hoon..."

"Yes?"

"I'll tell you everything."

 

"...Do I have to give you my ity?"
