When you’re a human observing or experiencing a possession, it’ll be pretty scary for both parties. But when you’re a ghost observing a possession, it’s unbelievably scary. Atsuko is turning the same ominous shade of purple the monster is. Her eyes are turning blood red. I don't even want to know what her teeth are like now. I’m wondering if they can see the same things I’m seeing.

“She’s mine now!” Atsuko or rather the monster says. It tilts his head to me. “Sorry! But I want to have a little fun!”

“Grab her!” The priest says. I just stand there, unable to do anything.

Minami and Atsuko’s dad hold her down. They both cry while holding her. Atsuko laughs. Minami and Atsuko’s dad cries.

“I’m sorry.” Minami tries to hold back her tears.

“You didn’t know.” Atsuko’s dad says while sobbing.

“She warned us…we didn’t listen.” Minami finally lets out all of her tears. I look over to Tomo, Chiyuu, and Atsuko’s mom and they all let out their share of tears.

I let out my own tears too.

The priest starts reciting. I stop paying attention and just watch the Monster make Atsuko flail and laugh about.

Is there even a God in this world? There has to be right?
