Black & White

That’s the only two colours that existed in my world, ever since I was born. No doctors or specialist could diagnosed the reason to my condition nor cure it. My mother died after she gave birth to me and my dad, who was devastated by my mother’s death, suicide. I lived with my aunt till I was sixteen and moved to Seoul.

Now, living this life for 20 years, I slowly got used to the black and white. Actually, there isn’t much difference from normal people. It’s just like watching your daily life pass through a 1930’s, a black and white version of modern TV.

Other than restriction of not able to drive a car and to differentiate blue form red, I love my life. I live in Seoul, the most vibrant city in Korea and work as a photographer. Photography was my passion and the only cure to my special condition.
