On beautiful morning at Hanyang university, art department

"Why today, mom??" Haneul said.

"Sorry sweetie. We just arrived back and we didn't know that." She said.

"Arrasso. Just prepare everything. I won't go to practice today." Haneul said.

She said, "okay. Which colour will you wear??"

"White." She said and hang up.

"Haneul ah, why are you late??" Hoyoung said when Haneul went into the class.

She sat down and said, "talking with my mom on Ph. She told me about tonight party and it became so suddenly that I don't have time to choose my dress."

"Why didn't you know that earlier??" Hanah said.

"Coz mom and dad went to Europe for opening of their hotel and they arrived back this morning." Haneul said and took out books.

"We will go there too." Hoyoung said.

She said, "why didn't you tell me about that??"

"We thought you would know." Hanah said.

"Wait!! So how about him??" She said and nodded to the boy sitting in front of the class.

"Chunji??" Hanah said.

"Of course he will be there. Haneul, this is Grand Party and all will come for sure." Hoyoung said.

"I hate to see him." Haneul said.

Later, the professor came in and started the lesson.

After that period, they have to go for instrument lessons.

"Haneul unnie, I heard that you have battle with Chunji today at guitar class." Hanah said.

Haneul said, "yea. Today, I'll be the winner."

"Are you sure??" Someone said and they all turned around.

"100% sure." She said.

"Too confident. But I'll win today." Chunji said.

Haneul looked at up and said, "Let's see who will win."

"Hey, every game has a bet." He said.

"I don't forget that. If you win, I'll write your exam report. If I win, you have to do that for me. Deal??" She said.

He smiled and said, "deal. See ya later."

"Chunji oppa is so cute when he smiles." One of the girls said.

Haneul rolled her eyes and said, "Chunji oppa! Chunji oppa! Why everyone call him that name??"

"Because that's his name." Hanah said.

"Not real name." She said.

Hoyoung said, "but everyone doesn't dare to call him his real name."

"So am I the only one??" Haneul said.

"Yes!" Hoyoung and Hanah said in unison.

She smiled unknowingly and walked to the class.

"Hi class." The professor came in and said.

"Hi." They said.

"So Haneul and Chunji come out." He said.

"Okay. Firstly, which song do you choose??" He asked.

"3." Chunji and Haneul said together.

"Mwo?? Same??" He said.

"I chose it first!" Chunji said.

Haneul gave him a dead glare and said, "I first!"

"I gave 5 songs and both of you chose 3. Good!! Do it together!!" He said.

She said surprisingly, "pardon??!"

"Start now. Together. I'm happy to hear ur duet!" He said happily.

They looked at each other and started.

*I think I'm in a bad luck today.* Haneul thought.

After the song, the class clapped.

"It's so good when you two played together." He said.

"So, Sam, Who's the winner??" She asked.

"No winner." He said.

"Wae??" Chunji said.

"Coz you are so good." The professor gave a smile.

"Go back to your place. I'll start the lesson." He said and forced them to go back.

Haneul keeps her things and takes her bag.

"Good job!" Chunji said.

Haneul said, "I know."

He smirked, "you're so stubborn. It has been so long that we know each other and you still think me as your rival."

"Like parents, Like children." Haneul said and walked.

"So today race is just a waste. No looser, no winner." He said while walking beside her.

"How about we decide ourselves??" Haneul said.

"As usual??" He chuckled and Haneul nodded like a child.

They always decide looser and winner by playing paper, rock, scissors when the race doesn't have the answer.

*Yoon Haneul, you're so childish.* Chunji thought.

"1,2,3!!" They said.

Haneul did rock and he was scissors.

"Yes!!" She said.

"Lee Chan Hee, write my exam report." She said and pushed his forehead with her finger happily.

"I forgot some." She said and faced him.

"Don't try to appear in front of me at the Grand Party. I don't wanna see you." She said him and walked down the corridor.

Chunji smiled while looking at her, *Lee Chan Hee. Expect my family, you're the only one who dare to call me that name.*

"Why are you smiling brightly??" Someone said and patted his shoulder.

"Lim Hyunsik!! What are you doing here??!" Chunji said and pushed his hand away.

"To check what my rival doing these days." Hyunsik said.

"From what I saw just ago, I think he found another love." He added.

"That's not love. I already have girlfriend and I have her from you. In another word, I won you, Hyunsik hyung." Chunji said and glared at him.

Hyunsik smirked, "I can have Nana back if I want, Chunji!! But as we promised, I won't go to her until two year is full."

"Ok. I think next month is our 2nd anniversary. Wow! It's been long time that u have suffered from heart broken." Chunji said.

"Talk about that later. I must go now." Chunji said and left.

"Chunji! I'll ruin your happiness as you did to me!! Just wait!!" Hyunsik said.

"How could you fool me?? I thought I were the only one for you." The girl said and cried.

"If you can't love me more, just leave me here." She said.

She continued, "I wish you to be good luck. Bye."

Everyone in the class gave her applause and the teacher said, "perfect! No need to tell that you're the best student of acting major."

The girl wiped her tears and said, "komasamida!!"

"Ok. Let's stop here. Tomorrow, you'll know your rate. See you all." The teacher said and went out.

"Nana ah, you did so well. We also wanna cry." Her classmates said.

"Thank you all." Nana smiled innocently.

Then her Ph rang. She quickly goes to place where no one is around and answered.

"Wae, Chunji ah??" She said.

"Noona, I can't come tonight." Chunji said.

She said with wide eyes, "why???! I already bought opera tickets."

"I forgot to tell that I have to attend party." He said with sweet voice.

"Party without me?? You know I love parties." She said.

"The Grand Party. My parents will be there." He said.

"Arrasso. So I'll hang up now. BTW, today, I'll be at cafeteria." She said.

He said, "okay. I'll sit next to your table. Bye."

*secret date is difficult.* Nana thought.

"Haneul unnie. Don't go to cafeteria??" Hanah asks.

Haneul looked at her watch and said, "I'll follow you guys later. I have to run to library for a while. Go first."

"I'll go with you." Hoyoung said but she already went.

Hanah dragged her hand, "let's go. She will come later."

Haneul walked into the library and went to the bookshelf. She took the books that she need and went to the table that she always sits. To her surprise, she saw someone is sleeping with his one hand behind his head on the table. She looked at other places but already full. So Haneul just sits in front of him. She copied down the facts into her note while his Ph was vibrating continuously on the books beside him.

"Excuse me!" Haneul said and shook his hand.

"Hmm??" He opened his eyes and looked at me.

"Your Ph is ringing." I said and pointed to his Ph.

"Ne." He nodded and took his Ph.

She continued what she did and he talked to her.

He said, "can you help me??"

"Me??" Haneul blinked and he smiled.

"Please answer this call and tell that I left the Ph at the cafeteria. Ok??" He said.

"Okay." She said and answered the call.

"Hyunsik ah, It's omma. Don't be late today. Ok??" A woman said.

"I'm sorry but he is not here." Haneul said.

"Ne?? Isn't this Lim Hyunsik's Ph??" She said.

She said, "I don't know who owns this Ph. Someone left it in the cafeteria."

"Really?? I know. So I'll hang up." She said and hang up.

Then she gave his Ph back to him.

"What did she say??" He asked.

"Not to be late today." Haneul said.

"Thanks for helping me." He beamed.

"It's ok." She smiled him back.

He then kept his books in his bag and waved his hand, "see you."

"See you." Haneul said awkwardly.

Inside the cafeteria

"Why isn't Haneul unnie coming??" Hanah said.

"Right. I'm hungry. Let's take our food and eat first. I can't wait!" Hoyoung pouted.

"Ok. Let's go, unnie!" Hanah said.

She was talking with Hoyoung and both of them didn't notice that someone is coming.

BUMPED!!!

A cup of juice that he carried stained over Hoyoung's coat and she fell on top of him. He stared at her eyes for a long time and then Hanah talked.

"Hoyoung unnie. Are you ok??" Hanah said.

"I'm ok." Hoyoung said and got up.

"Sorry about your coat. I was in a rush." He said.

"It's ok. I think." Hoyoung said and looked at him.

"I'm really sorry." He said.

He then looked at Hanah and she met eyes with him.

Hanah tiled her head and thought, *isn't it Jonghyun oppa??*

"If you don't mind, wear my coat for today. Coz yours is all stained with my juice." He said and took of his.

"Thanks. I'll give you back." Hoyoung said.

"Wait!!" Hanah said and two of them looked at her.

"Oppa, Rt??? Jonghyun oppa!!" Hanah said with wide eyes.

"Yes. But how do you know that name???" He said.

Hanah jumped up and down and said, "Oppa, long time no see!!! Don't you know me??"

"Hanah???" He said.

"Yes!! I'm Min Hanah!!" She said.

"Wow!! You changed a lot!!" He said.

Hoyoung looked at them without saying anything.

"I didn't know that you're attending this university!!" He said excitedly.

Hanah said, "I'm your hoobae, oppa. Coz I'm fresher."

"Hanah ah, let's go grab some food. I'm really hungry." Hoyoung said before Jonghyun said.

"Arr. Sorry unnie. I forgot you." Hanah stick her tongue out.

"How about going together??" Jonghyun said and Hanah agreed.

Hanah, Hoyoung and Jonghyun went into the carefree, took food and sat at the corner.

"Our family are really busy and don't have any contact with our relative." Jonghyun said.

"Same too. I wanna come to your home but I'm also busy." Hanah said.

"BTW, oppa, this is my friend, Nam Hoyoung." She said and pointed to Hoyoung.

"Hi. I'm Kim Jonghyun aka Jr. But call me Jonghyun oppa as Hanah does." He said and smiled brightly.

"Ne, Jonghyun oppa. I'm Nam Hoyoung." Hoyoung said.

"Wow!! Oppa, you let her call your real name??" Hanah said.

"Coz she is your friend." Jr said and looked at Hoyoung.

When she meets eyes with him, she feels her heartbeat beats fast.

*Wae??? Strange!!* Hoyoung thought and looked away.

Jr and they talked till the break time is over.

"Anneyong, oppa. See you tmr. We have to run for our class." Hanah said.

"Ok. Bye, Hanah and Hoyoung." He beamed and left.

"Do we wait for Haneul???" Hoyoung asks.

"No. She may be already in the class." Hanah said and they also left for the class.

When Hanah and Hoyoung arrived to the class, they saw Haneul sitting in her seat.

"I told you so, Hoyoung unnie." Hanah said.

"What???" Haneul asks.

"Annyi." Hoyoung said.

Haneul widened her eyes when she saw Hoyoung with man's coat and said, "unnie! What's that??!"

Hanah explained and Haneul said, "so Jonghyun oppa is in the same department as us!! I'm so happy!!"

"Why are you happy and you already know him??" Hoyoung asked.

"Yep. I know him since we were young. And he always buys us food. Right Hanah???" Haneul said and Hanah nodded.

"He changed school when you came to our school. That's why you didn't know him." Hanah said.

They took out their books when the lessons start. Haneul took out her book and opened to write down notes. Instead of her previous lessons, she saw lyrics with guitar notes.

*whose book is this??* she thought.

Then she saw

'Lim Hyunsik
home room 4th floor, room 439
department of modern music'

*Lim Hyunsik??? Is he the guy who I met in the library??* Haneul thought.

Haneul was not interested in the lessons since this period is her dislike period. She flipped the papers of the book and looked carefully at the lyrics.

*wow!! He's really cool!! Songs are great.* she thought.

Haneul keeps studying the songs carefully and doesn't know that the class is over.

"Yah, Haneul ah!" Hoyoung said and patted her table.

"Wae??" She said and looked at them.

"The class is over." Hanah said.

"Jinja??" She said and looked around her.

Almost everyone is already outside.

"So let's go." She said and took the book with her bag.

"BTW, guys, do you know where is home room 439 at 4th floor??" Haneul asks Hanah and Hoyoung.

"4th floor???" Hanah said.

She said, "yes. 4th floor."

"Isn't our home room building has only three floors???" Hoyoung said.

"That's right." Haneul said.

Hanah said, "I know!! 4th floorbuilding is the place where mostly seniors' home room exist."

"Senior???" Haneul said.

"Why are you asking??" Hanah said.

She said, "just wanna know."

Haneul decided to go to him after all classes as she has to go for another class and that's important.

Haneul quickly comes out of the class to go to Hyunsik but she stops when she saw her mother's secretary.

"Mrs. told you to come back home right now." She said.

"Arrasso." Haneul said.

*I can give him back tomorrow.* she thought and got into the car.

Hyunsik is in his car when his mom called to him.

"Wae omma??" He said.

"Hyunsik ah, have you got your Ph back???" She said.

Then Hyunsik remembers that he lied to her.

"Ne. I got it back." He said.

"Okay. Are you coming back??" She said.

He said, "yes. I'll arrive soon."

When she hang up, he thought about afternoon and remembered Haneul. He smiled when he thought of her awkward goodbye.

*Cute girl. Can I have a chance to meet her again???* Hyunsik thought.

He then took out his lyric book to write some.

"What's this??" He shocked when he realized that is not him.

"Yoon Haneul. Who's it??" Hyunsik said.

Suddenly, something falls from that book. He took and looked at it. He found out that Yoon Haneul is the girl who helped him as soon as he saw her photo.

"Thanks god for giving me a chance." He said and kept the photo in his bag.
