Jaejoong's POV~

I was expecting to be greeted by Lizzy but see Vivian crying. I lean down and ask,

"What's wrong Vivian?" She says in between sobs.

"Um-um-ma she-she..." I couldn't understand her. She grabs my free hand and drags me into the kitchen. It's extremely hot in there and I look down. My heart almost stops. I see Lizzy on the floor all red and sweating. She doesn't look too good.I drop the flowers and chocolates. I lean down to Vivian and ask her,

"What happened Vivian?" She wipes her eyes and says,

"Umma is all-allergic to peanut butter." She sniffs.

"She wanted to make appa peanut butter cookies." My chest tightened.

I pick Lizzy up without a second thought. I motion for Vivian to follow me. I dial a number on the phone.Come on come on pick up!,

"Yobseyo?" Yunho picks up.

"Yunho! I need you to meet me at the address I'm about to give you. Don't ask any questions just come right now!" I give him the adress and he comes. 5 minutes passed and I see his car. I open the back door and put Vivian in and lay down Lizzy next to her.

"Head to Seoul Hospital now!" Yunho does as he's told. I try to block out Vivian's cries, they only bring me more tears. We arrive in ten minutes and I run through the door.

"Please somebody help her!" I yell. I don't even care about the shocked faces of the people. I don't care that I'm not wearing a disguise. I just care about Lizzy right now. A nurse walks up to me with a gurney behind her.

"What happened?" She askes injecting needles into Lizzy. That's when Vivian runs up and says,

"Umma's allegric to peanuts. She tried some peanut butter cookies." And she begins to cry. The nurse quickly takes her to a room and tells me to wait here. Yunho catches up to us soon.

"Who is the husband?" The nurse asks. I was about to say I was just a friend when Vivian says,

"Jaejoong. He's my appa." I didn't even bother to correct her. I was just praying Lizzy would be ok. God please let her be ok.

Lizzy's POV~

I can hardly breathe. I can feel my throat closing up. God, I should've gotten my meds renewed. They were a month expired but I didn't think they wouldn't work. I'm so stupid. The only thing I'm worrying about is Vivian and Jaejoong. I hope Vivian's ok. Jaejoong must think I'm an idiot. He must think I'm bothering him. I cry. Before I know it, I'm surrounded by bright lights.

Yunho's POV~

I didn't know what I was more shocked about. The fact that Jaejoong is married or the fact that Jaejoong has a daughter. But I put those thoughts aside when I see my best friend crying. I put my hand on his back and tell him,

"It'll be alright. Who was she? Can I atleast know what's going on?" Jaejoong collects himself and says,

"That was Lizzy." That name sounded familiar. I think Kahi mentioned her once or twice, but I didn't interrupt.

"Vivian is her daughter." He says motioning to the little girl who fell asleep a while ago.

"And she's your wife?" I ask. Jaejoong shakes his head. He says,

"She's just a friend. A really good friend." And he begins to cry again. Oh god jaejoong. If only you could see how you look like. You must love her a lot.

Jaejoong's POV~

Once I settle down, I tell Yunho he could go. I know he has a plane to catch tomorrow for Japan. He tells me to call him for anything and I tell him I will. I sigh. I suddenly feel someone hugging my arm. I turn and see Vivian. Her eyes are really puffy and red. I hug her.

Vivian's POV~

Jaejoong-appa smells nice. I decide to sit on his lap hoping he won't mind.

"Appa, are you mad at umma?" I ask. He gives me a weak smile and says,

"i would never be mad at Lizzy." I take a moment to think and ask,

"Do you love umma?" He looks a bit taken aback. He thinks and says,

"I really do. I love your umma so so much." He begins to cry again.

"I hope you can be my real appa one day. My first appa was really mean to umma. He kept drinking and abused umma very badly. When he decided to leave with another lady, he pushed me to the floor. Umma was mad because umma loved me very much. I was fine but umma was really mad. He didn't like that. So he shoved a whole bunch of peanut butter down and threw a glass jar with peanut butter at her. He knew she was allergic."

Jaejoong's POV~

I was really amazed at Lizzy's story. I hugged Vivian and kissed her forehead. She hugged me. She's so small and yet she went through so much. Her mother went through a lot too. I promised myself I would protect them both, even though I had no right to either one of them. Vivian fell asleep in my arms soon after. I too fell asleep.

I woke up maybe an hour later by the TV. There was a news report of a fire. I looked through my blurry eyes and noticed that it was Lizzy's house. I stand up. Oh no, oh no. I turn up the volume hoping the other people wouldn't mind,

"It seems to have started through a kitchen fire. Firefighters report that the owner of this residence has left their oven on and seemed to have forgotten to turn it off. Back to you -" I turned off the TV. Now I know why it was so hot when I got there. I look back at Vivian. She's been sleeping so peacefully. I still didn't get any work from the nurse even though it's been five hours. I sighed and held Vivian in my arms. I felt a tear escape my eyes. How much more can these two take?

I realized something. This was all my fault. If Lizzy didn't bake those peanut butter cookies for me, none of this would have happened. I curse myself for this.

Lizzy's POV~

I wake up feeling much better. I notice I'm in the hospital. A nurse comes up to me saying,

"You'll be fine. The doctor said you can leave tomorrow. You have a very lovely daughter and husband." She says motioning to the waiting room. I remember Jaejoong was the one who brought me here with someone else. i begin to cry. God, I just make his life even more inconvenient. I must be a real annoyance. But I'm still happy to know he was there.

"Don't fall for him Lizzy. You'll only get hurt again. You'll only be an inconvenience to him." I tell myself. But I know it's too late. I already fell for him the minute I took his order. More tears spill.
