It was morning. I could hear the seagulls and other annoying birds chirping above our heads. I quickly woke up and sat properly as if the birds were gonna poop on me. Thankfully Gyuri didn't wake up to my clumsiness. She was honestly a sleeping beauty at that moment. I just sat there looking at the view of the beach while the fresh air blew my puffy hair. Soon enough I could hear Gyuri moving around and also a little bit of snoring. A couple of minutes later after gazing into the waves, she finally woke up.

I didn't realize she woke up but she suddenly put my hands behind me and started to hug and kiss me while she said, "Good morning."
"How did you sleep?"

I got shocked and smiled shyly back while I replied, "Oh~ good morning. I slept pretty fine, how about you?"

"I slept fine too," as she went back to lay down and look up towards the blue sky.

I went back and sat beside her, as I said, "What should we do today? Everything's back in its place."

"Well we could get married?" said Gyuri teasingly.

I couldn't help but smile and blush like a total girl as I replied toughly, "Marry? Now? Are you serious?"

"Well yeah. Let's just elope. Nothing wrong with that," Gyuri said.

Half of me was saying "go on, do it, what are you waiting for" while the other half is saying "why? It's too fast. It's not the right time. She's still underaged."
I couldn't decide which half of me I should listen to. But while I was in deep thought, Gyuri got a phone call. I wonder who's calling her at this time? I looked at her and it seemed like she was shocked and also in some serious deep thoughts. Why? I'm curious, but will she ever tell me anything? She said that she'll let me know about her little by little.. only a little bit is alright... right?

I asked her nervously as she ended the call, "Gyuri-ah~ what was that about? You looked pretty serious."

Since Gyuri was pretty straightforward she replied,
"It was Nicole. She seemed drunk and kept saying sorry. She called me about my real father. He came to visit her at the resteraunt she was working in before you and I met. He knew who Nicole was. He's been secretly looking after me after all these years. I just couldn't get how? and why Nicole didn't even tell me about this before now!"

Gyuri seemed to be pissed off and relieved at the same time. I just sat there bluntly while I replied, "Gyuri! You have a real father now! He's alive. You're not an orphan! The best thing to do right now is to see him!"

Gyuri replied with a mad face, "How could I see him? That manwhore ditched me for a long time, and this time he decides to try and contact me?! Are you crazy? Why the hell would I see him? He's not worth it. Let him be and suffer what he has lost."

I tried to calm Gyuri down, but it didn't seem to fully work. She was more calm now that she had cleared her mind. It shocked me when she suddenly said, "Ok, let's meet him. Let's see how this really is. He should really get some lessons from me, so don't you dare stop me!"

We were getting ready to leave the beach to go home and wash ourselves and have some breakfast.
After a while we were ready to go to that man's house. Gyuri already talked to Nicole that quickly had sober up. Nicole gave her this man's address and contact information. Off we go! We never thought that he lived near Seoul and before we even knew it, we were in front of his house. It was pretty big and white. This man seems rich.

I rang the doorbell and saw the man behind the camera inside the house. He was good looking. I felt shy but I said, "H-hello there. Lee Kwangsoo-imnida, and I'm your daughter's boyfriend. Your daughter is called Park Gyuri right?"

He was shocked then replied, "I-i-is that really my Gyuri?"

I replied, "Yes sir, it is. I can prove it to you once you let us in."

He finally let us in. He was totally handsome, I couldn't believe my eyes. His name was Kim Dong Wan as it was stated in Nicole's paper.
He could've been a celebrity if he wanted. Honestly..
He was just 45 years old. But looked pretty young as if he was just 32 years old.

As soon as Gyuri entered he dropped the glass he was just drinking wine out of and suddenly shouted, "Gyuri! That's really you! I've seen your pictures on your friend's phone, but in real life you are a true beauty. I guess you really got your beauty from your mother." ending it with a bearhug in Gyuri's arms.

Thankfully Gyuri didn't get mad when she suddenly dropped her handbag and suddenly had tears running down her cheeks as she replied back with a stammered crying voice, "Dad! Why haven't you called me for all these years? You know how lonely I've been right? You should be responsible for it now!"

Her dad couldn't help but shed a tear as he replied, "Alright. From this day on, let's talk everything out and start as a new family, ok?"

I was too happy to move. I can't believe what I'm seeing.
