Ryeowook let his eyes flutter closed.

He couldn't remember the last time he'd felt so absolutely peaceful.

As he listened to the water flooding in around him, he was reminded of the note that he'd left behind for Kyuhyun.

Each of the words he'd written told a story unto itself. The letters were each written with a bittersweet love. One that clutched him tightly and hurt him.

He had apologized for the things he'd done. The mistakes he'd made. The problems he'd caused and the arguments he'd started. All he wanted was for Kyuhyun to forget about him. He knew that the other wouldn't be home tonight, but would be showing up in the morning to retrieve the rest of what he'd left behind. That's when he would see it.

Don't think back on me at all.

Ryeowook knew that Kyuhyun would see those words and break. He knew that the other would realize he was too late. But he also knew that Kyuhyun was strong... strong enough to forgive him for what he'd done. Strong enough to move on from the boy that had burdened him.

All of this... all of it was Ryeowook's fault.
