"Woohyun-ah!" she called as she tried to catch his attention.
"Wh-what?" he snapped on his daze. "What's wrong with you? You've been in a dazed for quite a while now." she said, curious and worried. Woohyun had been confused by these sudded events that are happening right now. Myungsoo and Yoobin being neighbours. And Sungyeol not telling them about it before. And the twins who are really close with the two. It was just so... surreal.
"Nothing, I'm fine. Don't worry about me." he lied. "Yeah, you're not that convincing anyway." she pursed her lips. "So, you're lying." she stated as he scoffed as her sudden statement. "You really do know me now, huh? You even know when I'm lying or not." he chuckled. "Of course I do." she boasted. "The truth is..." his voice becoming serious. "I'm just shocked about all the things happening right now." he continued.
"Like what?" she titled her head. "You know...you and L being neigbors..and you didn't even tell me? I mean, why? We're friends, right? Is there something going on between you two?" he bombarded her with a lot of questions. He was very very curious, so might as well ask her now before he lose his chance.
"Well, no there's absolutely nothing going on between us two. We both kept it a secret because we don't want any rumours spreading here in our campus." she explained. "Okay then, I believe you." he said. "But it means that, he'll see you 24 hours a day. So lucky." he pouted.
"Tss. Nahh, we hardly see each other anyway." she snorted. “Ahh, I see.” he trailed off. “Hmm.” she nodded as she continued writing on a piece of paper. “So, since I know where you live, I guess I can visit you sometimes or walk you home?” he asked with anticipation. “Sure, I guess L wouldn’t mind.” she shrugged. “Okay then.” he smiled. “Here, answer this.” she said as she gave him the paper.
She was walking on the sidewalk when she saw someone familiar. He was busy reading a book with his backpack placed neatly on his back. “Aha!” she snapped as a devilish grin crept on her face. She silently caught up with him, not wanting her presence to be felt by the tall man.
“BOO!” she shouted as she snuck up behind him. The male didn’t even show any reaction. “Eh?” she has a questioning look on her face. Finally the man stopped as he looked around him. He turned around and saw the petite female in front of her with dumbfounded look. “Oh! You’re here.” he said as he removed his earphones. Her eyes widened when she saw the earphones being removed from his ears.
“You..you..you..” she stuttered as gapped open. “What is it?” he asked as he raised an eyebrow. “Nothing.” she said as she shook her head. “Where are you headed to?” he asked
“I’m heading towards Sunae Elementary School.” she answered. “Why?” he asked. “Since my shift starts in seven I still have 2 more hours to spend some time with the twins.” she stated. “Ahh.” he nodded. “Do you want to come?” she asked. “Only if you treat me some ice cream.” he smiled. “Tss. And now you’re asking something in return.” she scoffed. “So?” he bluntly asked. “Fine.” she sighed. “Yes!” he cheered. “But just for today.” she stated. “Whatever you say.” he smiled.
“Where are they?” he asked as our eyes wandered off, trying to look for the two kids. “They should be coming out by now.” She said as she tried to add up her height to see a better view.
“OPPA! NOONA!”
They eyes roamed around as it landed on the two kids who were running towards them. The two enveloped their legs with a hug as they giggled. “Oppa!” Seungyeon called. “Hi there.” he smiled as he bent down to pick the little girl and Yoobin did the same with Hyunseong.
“So, how was school?” she asked. "We got a gold star, Unnie. Look," Seungyeon said as she showed her a gold star that was on her hand. "Wow!" she aswed. "Me too, Noona." Hyunseong called. "That's good." she smiled. "Since you did a great job today, shall we go and celebrate?" she suggested.
"YAY!" they both cheered. "What do you guys want to
