It's been a whole week since the Drilling- head ache incident, and to Piano's relief the sickness is acting slow on Kyuhyun's body, that means he won't be that shock if she tells him the Drilling- head ache incident is not a dream, 'Ahh, what the hell am I thinking? Of course it's not okay if I tell him he's dying sooner or later when he thought he's not, but I need to inform him, or else he'll die without knowing anything... Aissh chincha. This life is really hard, the last time I did this, everyone told me I'm great, but they didn't know, I almost teared up, and break my brain in halves just to find the words to tell my patient that she's dying.' Piano was sitting on a corner in the backyard porch where you could see the lawn clearly. She was silently messing with her mind, actually she's been thinking of, how in the world should she say to Kyuhyun that he's dying any moment. But the sudden thought of her previews patient gave her goose bumps. ' May you rest in peace Kim Shin Hae unni,'  is what she prayed silently with her hands holding each other, in front of her chest with her eyes closed. She was actually like a small kid praying to God.

Kyuhyun was playing with Gin in the house's lawn, it was really fun playing with Gin, even though he's young and he's a Shih Tzu, his stamina is really strong, and he can actually run fast, even faster than Kyuhyun.

Kyuhyun was really enjoying his-self, but he got too curious and stop running when he saw Piano, with her hands holding each other, in front of her chest and her eyes were closed, she was like praying,in which Kyuhyun found cute and the same time amusing. 'This is the first time I saw her praying,' Kyuhyun was smiling widely, but the smile soon faded away when Gin, suddenly jumped on his back, but because of the great impact, Kyuhyun can't consider it as jump, but rather bump.

The great impact cause Kyuhyun to fall, and bump his head on the ground.

Piano immediately rushed towards Kyuhyun and Gin, a.k.a 'the two stupid trouble makers' this nickname obviously come from Piano, it's because this two always makes trouble for themselves, they got the nick name one week ago, when Gin puked on Kyuhyun, because Kyuhyun was raising him too high, isn't that stupid? And now, bumping to each other? 'How stupid this guys could get? And to add the fact that Gin is a Shih Tzu... I know Kyuhyun-sshi is sick, but this thing comes from pure stupidness,' Piano was silently cursing the two brats. At the same time, she's also worrying for them. 'What if Kyuhyun-sshi's head bleed? And because of that, his sickness get worser. What about the little guy, who's just three month old, what if he got injured some where?   And got sick, and then he will get some complications and then... Chincha, what am I thinking? I'm a nurse... I should know what to do, or at least, to apply first aid to them' Piano pushed her pessimistic thoughts off.

"Are you okay?" Piano asked Kyuhyun as soon as she reach his side. Kyuhyun looked at her. "It's a good thing I didn't cut the grass today," The latter mumbled, but obviously Piano heard it, cause, if not, why would she have that puzzled expression on her beautiful face. "Ohh, that would be because, the ground is much softer when the grass is three inches tall," Kyuhyun told Piano, when he saw her expression. A moment of silence ensued between the two of them, and all you can hear is Gin's bark and the high pitched  ringing of the doorbell.

'Wait doorbell?' both Kyuhyun and Piano thought, as they rush to the door, only to find a man with fluffy cheeks in front of the door. "Dr. Lau what are you doing in here?" Piano asked with a smile creeping on her face. The guy replied him a smile also. "Same to you, my dear. And please no formalities," his smile makes Piano want to pinch his cheeks right now, but something in her mind hold her back.

"So, you knew each other?" Kyuhyun asked, dumb founded of what's happening. "Yah, sort of," Piano smiled while looking at Henry. From that moment on, Kyuhyun knew some thing is up to them. "So, what are you doing here, anyway," Piano and Dr. Lau, asked each other at the same time, both of them laughed at it. While Kyuhyun is still looking at them with his puzzled expression. He did't want to admit it, but he knew that this two has a mutual understanding or something more than that,  may be even dating. 'Why do I feel angry, seeing them like that... Aish, this is ridiculous.' Kyuhyun thought. He doesn't know what feeling is that, but he's sure that he's hurt and angry at the same time. 'Why do I feel betrayed? When this two did noting bad to me.'

"Yah, Kyuhyun Hyung, you didn't told me that you're nurse is Piano-ah," the doctor sort of complained, cutting Kyuhyun's train of thought. "Mworago?" Kyuhyun asked innocently. "I said, you didn't told me that your nurse is Piano-ah." The guy repeated his complain. Kyuhyun just then realize that Piano has been telling the doctor almost everything that he was asking, while he's at the train of thoughts. "Oh, that? You're out of reach in Africa, and it's getting busier in here," Kyuhyun lied.

"Is that so?" the doctor just said. "By the way Henry-sshi, what are you doing in here?" Piano suddenly asked the doctor. "Oh, haven't Kyuhyun hyung told you before that he has a 'very good' 'best friend' by the name 'Lau Henry?'" Henry was emphasizing the words; 'very good', 'best friend' and of course his own name which is, 'Lau Henry'.

'Lier!' Kyuhyun shouted in his mind. 'If you're a good friend, why did you leave me in the hands of someone you don't know. Which turned to be someone you know? But still even though you know Piano-ah or not, you shouldn't leave me!' Kyuhyun glare at Henry. Piano just laugh lightly, after she saw Kyuhyun glaring at the cute doctor. 'I guess Henry-sshi is once again boasting. This two are funny.'

"Yah, what are you laughing about?" Both Kyuhyun and Henry asked her. "Nothing," she turned around opening the main door. "Kaja, let's all go inside," she smiled brightly at them, making both guys avert their gaze to her, afraid to let her see the shade of pink in their cheeks.

Just then Kyuhyun noticed that Gin didn't follow them at the main door. "Gin," he tried to call the dog, but he didn't answer. "Who's Gin?" Henry asked Piano, when Kyuhyun leave to look for Gin in the backyard.

"Gin is my dog, a gift from the crazy doctor," Piano told Henry. "Crazy doctor?" Henry repeated, but his tone is of a question. "Ah, You mean Dr. Jung," Henry smiled, remembering the doctor. "I know he's weird, but you should stop calling him names, he's getting old, so that means he's getting weirder too," Henry advised Piano, but somehow his advise turned out to be a ridicule towards the weird old doctor. A naughty smile appeared on the Cupid bow's lips of Piano. "Yah, don't you dare tell Dr. Jung I said that! or else..." Henry was sort of threatening Piano. "Or else what? What would you do?" the beautiful nurse asked the doctor with an arrogant tone. Henry just smiled in surrender and make a peace sign with his fingers in both hands.'Chincha, my pretty beautiful nurse is so adorable,' Henry thought. "Yah, cut that creepy smile of yours and get those things in your room, where ever that is," said Piano, lazily pointing at Henry's things. "Where are you going?" Henry suddenly asked. "Obviously, I'm going to find my dog," Piano sort of snap at Henry as she leave. She just can't take those manners off, she's like that from the start, isn't she?

After Henry settled his things on his own room, he effortlessly dropped his body on the bed, he closed his eyes while thinking of something, or rather someone. 'Piano, I really like her... Like? Of course no, because I-- Lau Henry, love Piano-ah. And I know she also has feeling for me,' Henry was smiling widely, as he remembered Piano's cheeky smile on their fist meeting. because that was the day when Piano put salt on Dr. Jung's coffee. 'Maybe Piano-ah is really angry or irritated to Dr. Jung, because if not, why would she put salt to his favorite iced coffee? And to think that it happened on the fist day we meet each other... I thought that she's really scary... And to think that's my first impression to my fianc'ee... Haha ridiculous, right? I don't know how it actually change...  But all I know is that I really, really love her. And I will never let her get hurt'

But Henry's ride to the train of thoughts suddenly stopped because of a knock on his door. He quickly opened the door hoping that Piano was the one knocking, but his hopes turned to disappointment when he saw Kyuhyun standing in front of him, with a cold expression. 'What's with this man? doesn't even asking me what happened to me in Africa... What a friend' Henry sadly thought. 'Why do I fell like this? I'm so miserable!' Kyuhyun shouted on his mind.

Kyuhyun already settled his own on the chair inside Henry's room, what he did was actually rude, because it's a courtesy to first asked or let the owner of the room/ house to let you sit inside their house/ room. Henry looked at Kyuhyun with a puzzled expression. Luckily the older male seemed to notice the latter's weird gaze on him. "Yah, even if this is your room, this is my house," Kyuhyun told Henry, with his cold voice intact in every words.

Henry became speechless after that. "What's with you?" Henry suddenly blurted out. Instead of answering, Kyuhyun gave Henry a question. "What's with you and Piano-ah?" Kyuhyun' cold voice echoed inside the room. "Oh, that." Henry was excited.
