Chapter 15: Model in the Making
Setting: CL's room

It is already morning in Seoul, Korea. The scene shows CL sleeping peacefully in her bed with her pink blanket covering half of her face. Then suddenly her cell vibrated loudly which awakened CL from her slumber.

"Hm?" CL slowly opened her eyes and blinked numerously while taking a look at her phone

"Oh Yang Suk (YG) texted me.." CL then slide open to her phone's keyboard to read the full message

CL read: "Good morning CL and my other lovely girls. I hope you slept well. Remember how I informed you guys about dance practice in the afternoon? Well don't get too excited, your dance rehearsal is set for tonight. Today during 3:00 PM, you girls will be scheduled for a photoshoot with Ceci Magazine! Have fun with that and see you in the dance studio at 7! Be on time ladies!" - YG

"Oh my..a photoshoot!" CL got up instantly and stretched

"CL did someone text you?" Minzy whispered after CL got out of bed

"Minzy! We have a photoshoot at 3! Get up! It's time to get ourself ready!" CL tied her hair up in a pony tail as she walked out of her room to tell Dara and Bom

"Photoshoot!! Ah what happened to dance rehearsal!?" Minzy got out of bed and scratched her head

Scene cut to CL in the other girls room

"DARA BOMMIE, WAKE UP!!" CL yelled without looking at the sleeping members

"Ah" Bom yawned tiredly

"C'mon guys we have a photoshoot at 3! We can't miss this!" CL added

Bom got up instantly with open and eyes widened … "Photoshoot!!!?"

"Yes yes photoshoot! Get up already!" CL in the background said

"Ahh yes finally! Dara!! Wake up!" Bom got up and tip toed over to Dara's bed

"Dara?" Bom leaned closer to Dara's bed with the sight of her blanket being covered all over her from head to toe "Dara…"

Bom then pulled the blanket off… and there was Dara sleeping like a baby with her lovely little drool sneered from

Bom then gave off a sweet smile of Dara drooling cuteness and then patted her shoulder lightly and whispered "Dara, time to wake up"

Dara heard Bom's voice and instead of waking up she started moving around and started sleep talking to herself.

"jI-Yong…." Dara whispered with a smile yet still asleep

Bom then gave a confused face "Huh?" Bom was uncleared of what Dara said

"Dara ah!" Bom patted once more

Dara then giggled and said "Ji Yong….-"

"Ji Yong!?" Bom whispered to herself in disbelief

"…Sarang..Hae" Dara smiled contently

"Sarang…Hae!??" Bom gave a 'wtf' expression with her hands covering

BOM'S POV

Wait what is going on??…Did Dara just said Ji Yong? G-Dragon Ji Yong?!? Aka Hyori's boyfriend Ji Yong? This cannot be happening…How is this happening? I cannot stop panicking! What is this madness? Is this a dream? She seems so happy too..! Oh wait and they were practicing all night yesterday! I get it….But no do she really….do she really really….like Ji-

"Bom!" CL yelled

Bom's POV ended and then she started circling around in confusion

"Why are you not getting yourself ready?" CL interrupted while slipping on to her jeans

"Uh…uh right right! I'm gonna….gonna go shower, s'cuse me!" Bom scurried over to the bathroom

"Wait" CL held on to Bom's arm after seeing her in frustration

"Huh what?" Bom looked back to CL in a fearful expression

"Why are you acting like this? Is something wrong?" CL asked

"I-I-I'm…"

Ding Dong

"Hold on let me get that" CL walked over to the door

Out came Hyori with her hair all down and messy

"Hyori unnie you're here! Good morning!" CL gave Hyori a hug and helped her with the grocery bags

"Hyori!…" Bom greeted but then felted awkward

"Bom! I missed you, where were you all night? " Hyori asked

"I was just hanging out with an old friend heh….How was your night?" Bom asked

Before Hyori gets to speak, out came Dara wiping off her drools looking all cheery and bright.

"Ah~ good morning girls!" Dara smiled widely

"Dara you finally woke up!" CL said

Bom felted tension and the awkward vibe of the room once Dara appeared.

Dara then noticed Hyori in the back and looked at her for a while and gave a friendly smile, Hyori on the other side gave a 5 second restless look to Dara then gave a light smile.

"Morning" Hyori greeted

"Morning Hyori unnie" Dara smiled and walk pass Hyori to help CL with the food

After Dara walked pass her, Hyori felt a sense of dishonestly and tension.

Background voice:

"Ya know we have a photoshoot today right?!" Minzy said to Dara while chomping on an apple

"Omg a photoshoot!?" Dara happily said

"Yup Ceci Magazine!" CL added and the others screamed in joy

"Hyori!" Dara yelled

Background voice faded back to normal.

"hm?" Hyori turned to the girls

"I want you to come with us" Dara asked sincerely

Bom looked at Dara and Hyori and felt a bit of an unsure comfort going on

"Yeah you're coming with us!" CL and Minzy screamed

Hyori looked down, and then took and deep breath and smiled

"Alright, you guys get ready…I'll prepare some delicious breakfast…" The girls face lit up like little puppy dogs, Hyori giggled and said "I did early grocery shopping!" Hyori said cheerfully

Scene cut to the boys apartment in G-Dragon and Hyori's room

"Ugh…." G-Dragon woke up and stretched his arms which depicted his masculinity

G-Dragon then sigh and finally noticed his cell phone laying on the drawers. He then got up and grabbed his phone…He haven't checked his phone for the last 24 hours.

"Oh shoot…" G-Dragon was in shock of all his missed called from…the one and only Hyori.

"Hyori…." G-Dragon whispered

G-Dragon looked at all the picture of Hyori and him from the past which made him thought about how much he really do love her and miss her.

G-Dragon sighed and then gave Hyori a call finally.

Scene cut to Hyori cooking in the kitchen by herself

"zzz…zzzzz.." Hyori's phone vibrated

Hyori walked over to where her phone was and checked that it was G-Dragon that was calling "Ji Yong…." Hyori whispered in despair and hopefulness "You finally called huh?…" Hyori said to herself and gave a slightly less satisfied face

"Hello?" Hyori answered

"Hyori!….Uh….where were you last night?" G-Dragon asked "I got home yesterday night and you were not home…I was worried" GDragon said

"Actually….Ji Yong, I waited for you all…night and I was surprise you haven't picked up after my many calls…" Hyori said in a moody manner

"Aw boo I'm sorry for that…My phone was not with me when I was rehearsing…Did you sleep over at the girls?" G-Dragon asked

Hyori then had a flashback of when the last time she saw Ji Yong…Which was when he decided to stay and rehearse longer with Dara and when he told her "I'll see you when I get home". Hyori then started getting furious in her opinion of his behavior as her boyfriend.

"Hyori?" G-Dragon asked while waiting for her to reply

Hyori took a deep breath and had one drop of tear trailing down her face, she then wiped off the tear and sigh. "Ji Yong I'll talk to you later" Hyori immediately ended the call

Scene cut to G-Dragon, with the phone still by his ear…while his reaction was in total shock and confusement of why she hung up on him…. plus her unusual mood.

"….I want you back.." G-Dragon said, with his hand brushing through his hair in frustration

Scene cuts to Hyori in the kitchen after 30 seconds of the phonecall, she then wiped off more tears. On the other side of the kitchen wall was Dara, eavesdropping to everything Hyori has said to GD. Dara felt successful and very proud of how much she assume that they are now going on a rough path to their relationship and how she assume that GD doesn't have feelings for Hyori anymore.

Scene cuts to the inside of 2ne1's mini van. The girls seem very tired and alittle cautious of how they look.

"Aww no, is it just me…or does my left eye look bigger then my right?" Bom said while looking at her compact mirror

"Bom your eyes are like so beautiful, and no it looks the same" CL complimented

"Aw really? I look like a freak right now! agh! Why can't I switch my looks to one of you girls!" Bom whined

"You're insane, I think you should get some more rest" Minzy said

The girls laughed

As soon as the van was parked outside of Ceci Magazine Corp, Dara got a call.

"ZZZ..ZZZZ" Dara's phone vibrated

"Oh shoot!" Dara shot up after feeling the phone vibrate

"ZZZZZ"

"Who is it?" CL asked

Dara then smiled widely and then changed her expression to normal.

"Ji Yong called.." Dara looked confused at her phone and the girls were wondering why he called, especially Hyori.

"He called you?" Hyori asked curiously

"Yeah he did…Hold up girls!" Dara walked the other away, away from the girls

Scene cut to Dara and Ji Yong's calling session

"Whatsup?" Dara said enthusiastically

"Hey, I was wondering if you're busy right now" GD kindly asked

"I-I-I..I'm actually with the girls…were gonna do a photoshoot for Ceci Magazine!" Dara happily said

"Oh really? Oh…nice"

"Why?" Dara curiously questioned

"Cus, I was wondering if you want to hangout later on?"

"Hang out!?" Dara got bait excited but then kept the conversation casual

"Yeah…Let's go shopping or something…"

"Oh that sounds fun, and are you okay? You sound really down and tired"

"Ugh, I'm just……tired" GD lazily said knowing that he's deeply down by Hyori's phone call

Then all of a sudden a footstep was heard in the background..

"Hey" Hyori walked toward Dara's direction

"Oh hold up" Dara then quickly hid her phone "Sup?" Dara sweetly asked

"Mind…If I talk to Ji Yong for a sec" Hyori asked

"Hold on, I'll ask him…and Hyori can you get me my jacket from the car…I'm getting abit chilly" Dara slickly lied

Hyori nodded and walked her way to the car

Dara then got back to the phone with GD

"Hey Ji Yong I'll talk to you later…The girls need me" Dara said shamelessly

"Alright, I'll see you later"

(Hung up) Dara then gulped and gave a evil smirk

"Dara! Here!" Hyori handed Dara her jacket

Hyori then spotted that her phone was not insertion

"What…happened to Ji-" Hyori was tensely confused

"Hyori….Sorry, but as soon as I said your name, he…he did not want to continue on…So he hung up right after….I cannot believe he did that" Dara sadly said

Hyori was in pain… her expression seems dead and broken. She stood there silently with no movement. "Really…" Hyori whispered to herself …under her breath

Dara then walked over to Hyori and gave her a sincere hug. "Unnie don't worry, I bet he's better then that…cheer up" Dara encouragely said

"Guys! Let's go" CL yelled from a distant

Bom looked over at the two and felt an instant awkward encounterment or relationship.

"It's okay, I'm fine…I'm strong enough to handle this…Thanks Dara" Hyori walked away from Dara to the girls and was hiding her sadness from the others

"Hey girls, lets go…Picture time!" Hyori optimistically said and smiled

Scene cut to the girls all dolled up and dressed for the photoshoot. The photographer was mid-aged and was a very funny/humorous guy. His name was Ray Park.

The photoshoot has officially beganned

"Oh nice! Great pose Dara!….Now CL stand in the middle and all of you get closer! huddle huddle!" Ray directed

The girls did there thing and had amazing shots

Hyori was sitting with the staffs watching the girls posing shots after shots

"Now Minzy give us a dance! You too Bom! I want action, I want some dancing I want…2NE1!" Ray screamed insanely for a good shot

"Hyori! Do I look funny haha" Bom laughed loudly after doing a silly pose/dance

"Haha, you look great! The pictures are turning out lovely" Hyori analyzed and chuckled

"Man i feel so weird, I feel like an awkward dinosaur!" Minzy giggled

"Agh perfect!…I think you girls did amazing! I love it! I'm into it!" Ray said while looking through the pictures he took

"Really?" The girls curiously asked

"Yeah!! Come over here and see for yourself!" Ray said

"Haha I actually like this weird thing I did with my legs!" Dara said

"Omg this is nice, we all look decent haha" CL said

"Hyori! Look! This one is nice" Bom pointed at the picture while holding on to Hyori's arm

Ray then looked at Hyori…then looked back down..and then looked at her again

"Hey miss, are you…the girl's assistant or…?" Ray asked Hyori

"Oh no she's my best friend, swell to the girls" Bom pointed out

"Oh..really! Cus if you were not the assistant I thought you were my next model to shoot! haha, you're very beautiful miss" Ray complimented while analyzing Hyori's beauty

Hyori blushed and smiled "Thank you hehe, thats sweet"

"Really do take my words, whats your occupation miss? Wait may I ask whats your name?"

"Oh my names Lee Hyori, nice to meet you…"

"Ray..Ray Park! Nice to meet you Hyori…I've been a professional photographer ever since my college years at New York University in New York City! I've been working with celebrities world wide…From America to Japan to the UK and of course Korea!" Ray continued the handshake to Hyori during his explanation of his past

"Oh hehe, that's a lot of effort and talent mister Ray, you seem to know what you're doing!"

"Haha I've been doing this for 32 years! And It's a great pleasure to be working with such amazing musicians and celebrities such as 2NE1…even Big Bang and maybe even Lee Hyori" Ray smiled encouragedly

Gasp. "That's sweet" Hyori gasped in awe

"No really, I think you're the best fit for…a cosmetic or a fashion…ad " Ray happily said

"Omg Ray, I've been telling Hyori this all these years to become a model and of course she's just taking it as a compliment and not even gonna peruse it!" Bom said

"Really? Because I think you got the greatest chance....no wait, WITHOUT A DOUBT attempt to take on as a model, you are truly…a pretty beautiful lady!" Ray said with all honesty

Hyori blushed more and was touched by his words

"Hyori it’s true! You’re pretty much…perfect” CL agreed and kept feeding the compliments

“Why won’t you…give it a try…like right now?” Ray looked down at Hyori and gave a encouraging grin “C’mon go up there and I’ll have your portfolio ready in no time!”

“Woah! You’re actually serious?” Hyori said in awe

“Obviously silly! Get over there and do your thing!” Bom giggled and gently pushed Hyori to the set

Hyori walked nervously and was blinded from the bright light of the shooting set.

“First time huh?” Ray humorously said while fixing up his camera

“Pretty..much…..uh can I not do this” Hyori smiled awkwardly and covered her face with her scarf

“Hyori it’s your first time! Don’t worry, just do what we just did!” CL advised
“Yeah go girl!” The girls cheered Hyori on

“Now Hyori, give me some nice posture and simply..just smile…GO!” Ray anticipated and shouted

Hyori quickly did exactly what Ray said and there goes the camera flashes.

“YEAHHH! Thada girl!” Ray happily said while squatting around taking his shots

“Wooo! Hyori Hyori Hyori~” Bom chanted while fist pumping

“Now what do I do” Hyori asked cutely after her first 10 shots

“Do anything you want! Because you haven’t disappointed me with a bad shot yet…this is very strange! C’mon keep it up!!” Ray said in excitement

Hyori continue trusting her instincts and went along with her poses. Her eye smile was constantly admired by all the girls and staffs. Her confidence quickly gained and she was definitely a lot more comfortable in her environment/surrounding.

After 30 more shots, the whole room applauded after Ray said “AND WERE FINISH! YEAH!”

“Omg how is it!?” Hyori walked her way to the computer to see her pictures

“Aww unnie you look so pretty!” Minzy gushed

“Oh my, this one is…fierce!” CL pointed

“This is very…cool” Hyori said shyly

“See…beautiful pictures like..these, with no flaws..nothing!…Rarely happens when I’m shooting..Which means something..Hyori” Ray said briefly

“Um..” Hyori thought

“ZZZ…zzzzz..zzzz” Dara phone started vibrating

Everyone looked over at Dara in curiosity

“Agh! Sorry! you guys can keep talking…I’ll be back” Dara walk away from the studio

Hyori gave a suspicious look, her heart was beating fast.

HYORI P.O.V

Dara....is really agitating me right now. I don't even have to think twice on who just called her. What troubled me more is how betrayal she secretly treats me. I'm not blind, and I really do not want to feel so tense all the time whenever something like this happen.Ugh...Who am I kidding, maybe...I'm wrong, maybe her mom called her...Maybe she have soo much respect for me...Or maybe she is a wicked witch who's wrecking my relationship with... him. She is still a mystery to me, and for now...I don't want to care about anything anymore except the things that makes me happy..

"Hyori?" Ray adjusted his camera for the last time and asked

P.o.v ended

"Hm?" Hyori looked to Ray after her phase

"What cha think" Ray smiled and asked

"Ray, I actually..." Hyori then saw Dara walking back and forth outside the studio smiling while talking on the phone

"I actually might consider...doing this" Hyori gave a confident smile

"...AHH! yes!" Bom and the others shouted with relief

"Thada girl" Ray gave a high five to Hyori

"That might be one of the best decision you've ever made" Ray chuckled

"I mean....The pictures turned out...great, I had fun...and after all these encouragements....I'm gonna try...and do this!" Hyori confessed

"Omg, I knew you'll one day do this! I'm so happy for you!" Bom gushed

"Now, I'm gonna send this into the agency and to YG model developement and get you sign quick! It's gonna be a fast comfirmation" Ray said while proudly looking at the pics he took "Ah, I just found 7 strong shots...Which definitely gonna be a winner" Ray said

"Hey guys!" Dara hurrily rushed in and said

"Wassup?" Minzy asked

"I'm gonna be back later on for rehearsal! I'm gonna go out and see a friend!"

Hyori gulped and wanted to say something about it

"Aw really? What are you and your friend doing?" CL asked

"..Shopping and...uh coffee!" Dara rushed

"Oh okay, just make sure to be at rehearsal...we have a show tomorrow remember" CL reminded

"Okay got it! See you guys!" Dara smiled and waved goodbye

"AH Dara!" Bom shouted

"Huh?" Dara turned back

"Guess what!? Hyori is gonna be a...model!" Bom happily announced

"Oh my god! Congrats Hyori! You're definitely gonna be very successful!" Dara congratulated and bow

Hyori was in loss for words and just gave a light 'fake' smile and bow lightly

".....Alright I'll see you guys later! Bye!!" Dara ran out of the studio

"Bye~" The others said

"Hyori? Are you okay? You look sad" CL noticed

"She must be too excited she don't know what to feel anymore hehe" Bom joked

"Ah...I'm just tired" Hyori played it off and put her hair in a bun

"So Hyori, you have a boyfriend?....Not to sound like a nosy little ert or anything!" Ray said

Hyori giggled and really did not felt like answering his question

"G-G-G-G-G-Dragon...." CL and Minzy sang humorously

"G-Dragon!?" Ray said in awe

"Yeah! How you not know Ray!" The girls said

"I knew he had a girlfriend...But I never knew it was you! That's really interesting! Haha" Ray said

"They are like the cutest couple!" Bom smiled

"Aw, that's cute...I haven't spoke to Ji Yong for a while, he's a really busy man...I've never seen his romantic side haha" Ray confessed

"Oh man, we've seen that side of him everytime Hyori is with him!" CL said

"Awww that's sweet! How you guys met?" Ray asked Hyori

"I'll be back" Hyori walked out of the studio in despair

"Is it just me...Or has Hyori been despress lately?" Minzy whispered to the girls

"What's wrong with her?" Ray asked while looking at her exiting

"It happened last night too..She slept over at our place because she felt 'like it'...and no shower.." CL looked down and said

"I need to talk to her..." Bom said

Scene cut to Hyori in the bathroom, she was practicing her model poses infront of the mirrors.

Hyori P.O.V

I'm excited and happy about my decision to model, but whether I get the job or not...I'm still not gonna be satisfy...because I'm still not feeling satisfy with WHAT really makes me happy. I'm confused and lost. G-Dragon's phone call to me was abit regretful to me. I should've spoked to him more, instead of making him hate me more...I think he hates me now...I sounded like an before, but thats just cus I was not happy with him from the other night. I was a mess after leaving him with Dara, I didn't want to wait for him in the same bed we share because I would just want to die with his scent draining to my body. Now, I have a small urge to call him...Just to reconnect again. I feel like were not together anymore because I know Dara going out to see him right now. And who knows what they're doing....Right now, we are not what we were since yesterday morning.

P.O.V ended, Hyori slowly walked out of the bathroom

Scene cut to Dara waiting outside of the girls apartment. Dara's hair was tied up prettily, while she wore a denim jacket with a nice spring dress and combat boots.

"Daraaa!!!" Out yelled G-Dragon driving in his red cadillac convertible with the top down.

"Daraaaaaaaaa!" G-dragon yelled Dara's name comically, like last night as the stranded passenger waiting for rescue. That's his signature call for her.

"Ji Yongy!!" Dara laughed and shouted from a distance

G-Dragon laughed and smiled alot after her response

Dara then pretended that she broke her leg and was acting like a elderly women. Note: Dara's a very talented actress!

"OOOOGH!" Dara bent down and had her hand behind her back like she had a humpback "Young man! Help this ahjumma (old lady in korean), some meddling kid stole my cane! Help me man!" Dara acted and had G-Dragon palying alone

"No worry ahjumma! Here comes G-Sparrow and his ship!" G-Dragon lightly got up like a captain with his invisible binocular

"Hurry kid! I'm going to fall and trample!" Dara yelled out

"Hey jub jub (GD's invisible parrot sitting on his shoulder) you see that pretty ahjumma?" GD said with his manly voice "YES what about her?!" GD then played the annoyingly sound parrot "Guess what!? I'm gonna save her and she's gonna give me a kiss on the cheeks!" GD played and winked at Dara

GD's car finally reached to Dara

"See! Here I am! Let's go Jub Jub!" GD jumped out of his cadillac convertible and held Dara up with his pirate strength

"You...Miss, have been...Saved!" GD shouted happily

"Okay! Now captain, catch the brat with my cane!" Dara said with a grumpy lady like posture and expression

"I will once I get that kiss on the cheek" G-Dragon smiled to Dara

Dara grinned and planted a kiss on G-Dragon's cheek

"Agh he is a lucky man" G-Dragon played Jub Jub the parrot with a cracky voice and complimented the kiss

"Now GET ME MY CANE!" Dara switched the mood and made G-Dragon chuckled alot

"Haha hop in the car ahjumma!" G-Dragon stopped with the acting and opened the car door for Dara to get in like a gentlemen

"Thank you sir!" Dara said in a british accent, while G-Dragon did those fancy bows

"No problem my madame" G-Dragon said and happily walked his way over to the driver seat and smiled to himself
