Find the lost
The princes courtYesung’s whole body shook as he felt the air leave his lungs and the ground meet his knees. The whole throne room seemed to shrink before his eyes as he glared at the object that was dared called Ryeowook’s heart. His lover was not dead, he refused to believe such a horrid lie. Behind him Sungmin and his other servants held back their own tears, instead opting to glare at the two ex-friends for performing such a horrid act against them.
“Jongwoon, he was just a boy. The village has many more just like him.” the king said with a false voice of sympathy. Yesung growled as he regained his mind and glared at his uncle. How could he order his servants to do this, what grounds had he made the sentence of death upon?
“Why did you kill Wookie?” Yesung asked, his voice as cold as his icy glare.
“I didn’t kill him, they did.” His uncle replied pointing to the EunHae couple. Donghae held his head down in shame as Hyukjae silently cried beside him. Yesung grinded his teeth in frustration as he twisted away from his uncle.
“Kangin, fetch my horse. Sungmin pack some food. Uncle, I am taking my servants, including the EunHae couple, and leaving.” The prince snapped before marching from the room leaving his loyal subjects to follow hurriedly.
Yesung growled as he grabbed his things and marched to the stables where his friends sat.
“We are going to find Ryeowook wherever you two left him and then we are going to take back my families kingdom.” Yesung announced.
“The woods, that’s all I actually remember.” Donghae whispered as he clung to Hyukjae.
“Then I guess you better start remembering boys, because I really doubt that my uncle is dumb enough to believe that pig heart is really Ryeowook’s.” the prince stated shaking his head at the stupidity and yet brilliance his two dongsae’s seemed to be.
“Sungmin should get a prize for catching that damn pig.” Sungmin growled from beside Kyuhyun.
“No, I should get a prize because that pig was supposed to be dinner for the king tonight.” Kyuhyun stated.
“Neither of that will matter soon.” Yesung said before nodding for the group to follow him. Leeteuk clung to Kangin’s back as they galloped into the dark woods.
“Children be careful, these woods are filled with horrible and dangerous creatures.” Leeteuk ordered. The others rolled their eyes at the worry from their self-proclaimed umma.

Ryeowook cringed as he held his upper right arm in pain. He had slept through the night in a tree thanks to a pack of wolves thinking he was dinner. The make shift cloth he had used to bandage the wound given to him by Donghae was beginning to loosen. How long had he been lost here in the woods? The sun had long ago moved past noon and his feet were hurting and tired from the abuse of running and walking he had done. Ryeowook wanted to scream for his turtle lover or one of their friends, if he even had any. No he had some, he had to. But Donghae had told him Yesung would get hurt if he wondered back to the castle. He didn’t want Yesung to be hurt because of him. Tears cascaded down his cheeks at the thought of Yesung and being so upset. What made it worse was the fact, that he was the cause.
“Please father forgive me,” Ryeowook cried as he fell to the ground allowing his emotions to take over. He wanted to die, a life without Yesung was cruel. True he had hated the prince before for his uncles doing, but after meeting Yesung; no Jongwoon. He couldn’t claim that same fear or hatred he had harbored before. He felt so alone here, lost amongst the woods with the wild animals that could easily kill him. Ryeowook had grown up on a farm and then finished his growing in a priest orphanage. He knew nothing of wild beast. A fresh new wave of tears struck him as he curled in on himself. Clouds were beginning to cover the blue sky again, a sure tell sign the rain from last night was going to continue into the day. Ryeowook needed to find shelter, but what would be the use? He was going to have to die of something and dying alone wet in the woods with a bloody wound seemed to fit him. surely his blood would call to the animals so they could sniff him out.
“Just a little rest, and then I can see Jongwoon again.” Ryeowook whispered curling closer into himself and untying the knot to reveal the wound. A smile ghosted his lips as he closed his eyes to sleep.
