Chanyeol couldn't tear his eyes away from Hana, who was diligently focused on her work. Feeling his intense gaze, she couldn't help but feel a flutter in her stomach. What was he staring at? She could sense his eyes on her even from the corner of her vision. Hana felt the need to acknowledge him, so she finally turned to face him.

"What?" she asked, her voice soft and curious. Chanyeol's smile grew wider as he motioned for her to come closer.

Hana playfully rolled her eyes and questioned, "What's going on?"

He leaned in and kissed her cheek affectionately, causing her to blush. "You look cute today," Chanyeol remarked, his words making Hana frown in response.

"So, I don't look cute every day?" she teased, a hint of feigned annoyance in her voice.

Chanyeol couldn't contain his laughter at her reaction. "Look at your face! Don't worry, I won't rush. We can take it slow, okay?"

He playfully ruffled her hair, earning a playful whine from Hana. "Ahh!! Chanyeol-ah!! My hair~"

Their lighthearted moment was interrupted by a knock on the door. Hana swiftly stood up and returned to her desk, resuming her work as if nothing had happened. Chanyeol called the person in, and it turned out to be Jennie. They conversed for a brief moment before Jennie left the room.

Chanyeol motioned for Hana to come to him once again, silently requesting her presence. Hana shook her head, indicating that she should continue working at her desk and he should do the same. Chanyeol rolled his eyes, his lips forming a pout as he faced his laptop and resumed his work. Hana couldn't help but smile at his adorable expression, shaking her head in fond amusement before focusing on her own tasks at hand.

After their dinner, Hana and Chanyeol arrived at Hana's apartment, still engaged in their cute conversation outside the car. Hana playfully remarked, "If we continue like this, then we would never go inside and just stay here."

Hana rolled her eyes, about to respond, when a deep voice interrupted their conversation. It wasn't Chanyeol's voice.

Chanyeol, who had his hands on Hana's waist, immediately pulled away upon hearing the familiar voice. Hana also took a step back, creating a distance between herself and Chanyeol. "Dad!" Hana exclaimed, looking terrified.

Hana's father, Hae-il, glanced at Hana and then fixed his gaze on Chanyeol. He questioned Hana with a dangerous look in his eyes, "Who is this?"

Hana's voice trembled as she responded, keeping her voice low, "He is my boyfriend, Dad." Hana's fear was palpable.

Hae-il then turned his attention to Hana, asking with a deadpan expression, "Are you disappointed in him that you're saying it in such a low voice?" Hana immediately shook her head and looked down, feeling the weight of her father's disapproval.

Hae-il gave Hana a stern look before turning back to Chanyeol, taking steps closer to him. Chanyeol couldn't help but feel a wave of fear washing over him. Hana wasn't scared of her mom, but the thought of her parents finding out that she was dating her boss left her feeling nervous. She gulped hard, feeling the nerves creeping in.
