Sana's heart raced as she walked down the school hallway, her mind consumed with thoughts of the upcoming club registration deadline. She only had three days left to sign up for a club, and the pressure was starting to get to her.

She had been contemplating joining the music club for weeks, but she still couldn't make up her mind. On one hand, she loved music and the idea of performing in front of an audience thrilled her. But on the other hand, she was terrified of putting herself out there, of being judged and ridiculed if she made a mistake.

As she turned the corner, Sana saw a group of students gathered around a bulletin board, each one eagerly scanning the flyers for the different club offerings. She hesitated for a moment, feeling a pang of envy at their clear sense of direction.

"Excuse me," she said tentatively, approaching a student who seemed particularly engrossed in the board. "Do you have any recommendations for a good club to join?"

The student looked up, giving Sana a once-over before responding. "Well, that depends on what you're interested in," she said. "There's the debate club, the chess club, the robotics club... the list goes on."

Sana felt her head spinning at the sheer number of options. "I don't know," she admitted. "I like music, but I'm not sure if I'm good enough to join the music club...or if that is actually what I want..."

The student smiled sympathetically. "You'll never know until you try," she said. "And even if you don't end up liking it, at least you'll have tried something new. That's what being in a club is all about, right?"

As the student's words sank in, Sana felt a spark of determination ignite within her. She was going to take a risk and sign up for the music club, consequences be damned.

Just then, she spotted Dahyun at the other end of the hallway, waving at her. Sana's heart skipped a beat as she waved back, feeling a sudden urge to be near her.

"Excuse me," she said to the student, "I have to go meet someone."

The student nodded understandingly as Sana made her way towards Dahyun, a smile spreading across her face.

"Hey," she said, feeling her nerves start to dissipate as she drew closer to Dahyun. "What's up?"

Dahyun turned to face Sana, a hint of disappointment in her eyes. "I was at the swimming pool gym with my teammates, but we just got notified that our coach is sick," she explained. "So I guess I'm just going to grab some food around the square."

Sana nodded, feeling a tinge of guilt for interrupting Dahyun's plans. "Oh, I see," she said. "I'm sorry to hear about your coach."

Dahyun shrugged it off. "It's alright," she said with a smile. "I could use a break from swimming anyways. Are you heading to class?"

Sana shook her head. "No, I was just trying to figure out which club to join," she admitted. "I only have three days left to sign up."

Dahyun's eyes lit up with excitement. "That's great!" she exclaimed. "What clubs are you thinking of joining?"

Sana let out a small laugh, feeling a weight lifted off her shoulders with Dahyun's enthusiastic response. "Well, I was considering the music club," she said hesitantly. "But you know me, I'm pretty indecisive."

Dahyun grinned, nudging Sana playfully. "That's true, but that's also what makes you endearing," she said. "Why not try out the music club? I'm sure you'll do great."

Feeling grateful for Dahyun's unwavering support, Sana looked up at her friend with a grateful smile. "Actually, do you think you could come with me to the registration booth?" she asked. "I could use some moral support."

Dahyun didn't hesitate for a second. "Of course!" she said, linking arms with Sana. "I'm always here for you."

As they made their way to the registration booth, Sana could feel her heart pounding with nervous anticipation. But when they arrived, their excitement was quickly deflated as they saw a long line of students waiting to sign up for clubs.

Sana's heart sank as they approached the booth and saw a sign that read "Registration Closed" taped to the front of the table.

"I'm sorry, but we can't accept any more registrations," the club representative said apologetically. "We've reached our limit."

Sana felt a wave of disappointment wash over her as she realized that she had missed her chance to join the music club. She turned to Dahyun with a frown, feeling like she had let herself down once again.

Dahyun noticed Sana's disappointment and put a comforting arm around her. "Don't worry, Sana," she said, trying to cheer her friend up. "We can always think of something else to do together."

Sana nodded, appreciating Dahyun's attempt to lift her spirits. They decided to go to the square and get some food to take their minds off the club registration. As they walked, Sana noticed a vendor selling churros and suggested they get some.

Dahyun grinned in agreement, and they both bought a bag of warm, sugary churros to snack on as they continued their stroll through the square. As they munched on the crispy treats, Sana couldn't help but feel grateful for Dahyun's unwavering support.

After a few minutes of walking, they stumbled upon a small, cozy table under a tree. They quickly claimed it as their own, settling in and savoring the warm churros as they chatted and laughed together.

As they enjoyed their churros, Dahyun reached into her bag and pulled out a notebook and pen. "Let's brainstorm some other club ideas for you," she said with a smile.

Sana's eyes lit up with gratitude, feeling thankful for Dahyun's unwavering support. The two of them started throwing out different club ideas, and Dahyun wrote them down in her notebook.

"Okay, how about debate club?" Dahyun suggested.

Sana shook her head. "Debate club? I don't think so," she said with a laugh. "You know my thoughts are always a mess and I can never seem to organize them properly."

Dahyun nodded in understanding. "Fair enough," she said, crossing it out. "What about the photography club? I remember you showed me some pretty cool shots you took last summer."

Sana chuckled, feeling slightly embarrassed. "Well, most of those were just selfies," she admitted. "But thanks for the compliment anyway."

Dahyun laughed along with her. "Okay, scratch photography club then," she said, crossing it off her list. "How about the creative writing club? You're always so good with words."

Sana raised an eyebrow, curious about Dahyun's comment. "Good with words in what way?" she asked.

Dahyun grinned mischievously. "Well, you know, you're really good at saying things to make me smile," she said.

Sana rolled her eyes playfully, knowing that Dahyun was just teasing her. "Ha ha, very funny," she said, shaking her head.

Dahyun chuckled. "I'm just kidding, Sana," she said, crossing off creative writing club from her list. "Let's see... how about the environmental club? You've always been passionate about taking care of the planet."

Sana nodded in agreement. "You're right, I do care about the environment," she said. "But I don't know if I'm really interested in joining the club. Do you have any other ideas?"

Dahyun nodded understandingly and flipped through her notebook. "Hmm, what about the dance club?" she suggested. . "I mean, you were great at the dance, remember?"

Sana laughed, remembering the school dance they attended last year. "I was only good at that dance because it was a slow dance, and you were my partner," she said with a grin.

Dahyun's cheeks turned pink as she realized what Sana meant. She quickly crossed off the dance club from her list, feeling a bit flustered. "Right, perhaps...another," she mumbled.

Dahyun cleared , trying to move on from the previous suggestion. "Okay, let's see... how about the cooking club?" she asked, hoping to avoid any more awkward moments.

Sana shook her head. "No way," she said firmly. "The last time I tried to cook, the fire alarm went off and the firemen had to come because I didn't know how to get rid of the smoke."

Dahyun sighed, feeling a bit defeated. "Well, you just need to turn on the exhaust hood next time," she said with a chuckle.

Sana shrugged. "I didn't even know how to do that," she admitted.

Dahyun nodded in understanding. "Okay, let's move on from cooking club then," she said, flipping through her notebook. "How about the art club?"

"No, please...not that."

"Well, I would say the same thing."

Dahyun looked at her empty notebook and sighed. "I'm sorry, Sana. I don't have any other ideas," she said apologetically.

Sana let out a disappointed sigh, feeling a bit down. "I guess I'm just hopeless," she said, looking down at her churros.

Dahyun reached over and placed a comforting hand on Sana's shoulder. "No, you're not hopeless," she said reassuringly. "We just need to think a bit more creatively. Maybe we can come up with something that's not on my list."

Sana sighed again, feeling a bit defeated. "I don't know, Dahyun. I can't really think of anything else," she whispered.

Just then, Dahyun's eyes widened, and a smile appeared on her face. "Wait, I just remembered something! There's a new club starting up this school year called the Musical Theatre Club. It's a pretty boring name, but maybe you're interested in that?" she said excitedly.

Sana's eyes lit up at the mention of the new club. "Really? That sounds interesting," she said, feeling a glimmer of hope.

Dahyun nodded eagerly. "Yes! They're looking for new members, and I heard they're going to be putting on a production at the end of the semester. What do you think, Sana?"

Sana grinned, feeling a renewed sense of excitement. "That actually sounds really fun," she said. "I've always enjoyed acting in school plays when I was younger, and it would be just like the music club! Let's go check it out!"

Sana practically dragged Dahyun by the hand as they made their way to the registration booth for the Musical Theatre Club. Sana excitedly signed up for the club, grinning from ear to ear. Turning to the club representative, she asked, "What are the requirements for the club?"

The club representative, a friendly-looking senior, smiled and handed her a sheet of paper. "All you need is a passion for theater and the willingness to commit to rehearsals," she said. "We have a few workshops and auditions coming up in the next few weeks, so make sure to check your email for updates on that."

Sana nodded eagerly, already feeling a sense of camaraderie with the other members of the club. "Thank you so much," she said with a grin. "I can't wait to get started!"

The club representative continued, "Oh, and just a heads up, for auditions, we'll need you to prepare at least one scene from a musical theatre production. But don't worry, we'll send out more details on that soon."

Sana's eyes widened in excitement, and she turned to Dahyun with a huge smile on her face. Overwhelmed by her excitement, she hugged Dahyun tightly. "Thank you so much for bringing me here, Dahyun! I'm so excited!" she exclaimed.

Dahyun smiled and hugged Sana back, happy to see her friend so enthusiastic. "I'm glad we found something you're excited about," she said. "I can't wait to see you perform!"

Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, and Jihyo sat dejectedly at their club booth. Despite their best efforts, no one seemed interested in signing up for their club. After a while, Jeongyeon couldn't help but wonder out loud, "Why do you think no one wanted to join our club?"

Momo let out a sigh. "I don't know, maybe we just didn't advertise it well enough," she suggested.

Jihyo shook her head. "We put up posters all over school and made announcements during homeroom," she said. "I don't think that was the problem."

Nayeon sat silently for a moment before speaking up. "Maybe we just didn't have a catchy enough name," she said. "I mean, 'Vlogger Group Club' isn't exactly exciting."

Jihyo nodded in agreement. "That could be a possibility too," she said. "Maybe students just don't see the value in joining a club solely focused on vlogging. Anyone can start a vlog on their own, so they might not see the need to join a club for it."

Jeongyeon looked around the booth, which was filled with various vlogging equipment and props they had gathered for their planned projects. "But we have so much potential," she said, her voice filled
