Just like every normal day passed Jeongyeon is busy signing papers for her next project in Japan she plans to go back to where she met her first love. Excited she call a meeting right after she was done. Calling her secretary Park Jihyo inside her office as the latter run to her office and met with a grinning Jeongyeon "Jihyo I just had the biggest project idea" she said and took her laptop with her and walk to the conference room "Conference room in 10 mins" she instructed Jihyo nod and make her way to call Jeongyeon's subordinates in the middle of meeting Jeongyeon suddenly felt a pain running from her chest as if someone is tightly squeezing her chest she paused a bit when another surge of pain struct when her pen fell and gained all the people's attention inside the conference room her vision suddenly blur out she loss control of her left arm in the table and fell on the floor the only thing she saw was her secretary calling her name and everything went black. Jihyo panicked after she saw her boss on the ground unconscious she instinctively call 119 calling the ambulance as one of the employee called their corporate nurse to administrate first aid while she tried to assess what's happening their corporate doctor arrive and saw the early sign of heart attack as she use the AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) after feeling faint pulse on her. After a few minutes the ambulance arrive, Seungyeon got a call from Jihyo when she's on her way to the office "Oh Jihyo-yah?" she replied "Unnie... Jeongyeon..." Jihyo answered "Jeongyeon?? Jeongyeon why?" Seungyeon asked clueless "Jeongyeon loss consciousness we're on our way to the hospital Dr. Min suspected it to be heart attack" Jihyo said Seungyeon still processing the information stare blankly while the driver can hear Jihyo's frantically calling Seungyeon "Seoul National University Hospital faster" Seungyeon said as the driver step to the pedal when Seungyeon arrive she saw their family doctor Dr. Park reviving her sister shock and didn't know what to do she watch as they did their best to revive Jeongyeon's heart when Dr. Park heard a normal beat on the heart monitor he instruct her team to transfer Jeongyeon in a suite and asked for several test to know what happened.

On the other side of the world Mina is having a hard time looking for a job "We should really move to Korea I heard Sana that she already had a job for us" Momo said as they both walk around the busy streets of Kobe Mina sigh and said "What if they can still find us there? You know we can't hide from them they're everywhere" Mina said anxiously "Relax Sana assured you she will help you pay up for your stupid step-dad's debt besides I'm here to help you too" Momo reassured Mina sigh and nod agreeing to what Momo propose "Really your coming to South Korea?" Momo asked Mina nod as Momo did her happy dance and call her friend in Korea Minatozaki Sana her Japanese childhood friend who despite being born and raise in Osaka, Japan grew up and choose to live in Seoul South Korea where she met her long term girlfriend Kim Dahyun 7 years in a relationship even Momo couldn't believe Sana a known playgirl in Japan found and already settled in Korea. "Sanachan" Momo called after Sana took the phone call "I have a good news" Momo added "Hai, Momochan?" Sana replied "Mina already agreed on joining us in Korea" Momo practically shouted and heard from the other line Sana's shriek "Yes!!!" Sana shouted back "Yes indeed Sanachan" Momo said "Perfect timing my girlfriend is already there in Japan pack your stuff and meet my girlfriend in Kitakyushu port I'll send you her photo and the boat's photo see you soonest girls" Sana said as Momo chuckle and ended the call "Minari pack your stuff we need to catch the bus to Kitakyushu port" Momo said Mina nod as they walk to their small apartment next to each other Mina pack her essentials and took some of her clothes and put it inside her single luggage when she stepped out and saw Momo was also done packing they took the last trip to Kitakyushu port and arrive at Moji Ward, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan after 6 hour and 24 minutes with only bread and water in hand and use the last yen in their wallets to pay for the bus fare and arrive in the port when they're interrupted by a pale woman "You must be Hirai Momo and Myoui Mina" the pale woman asked Momo asked and recognize Dahyun "Kim Dahyun" Momo asked the pale woman nod and speak in Japanese "Follow me Mina-san and Momo-san" shocked on how fluent Dahyun speak in Japanese they follow her and found the boat that Dahyun owned "It'll be a 12 hour ride in the sea and I know both of you are hungry so I already prepare our dinner, breakfast and we'll have lunch in Busan" Dahyun said both Momo and Mina nod and follow her they sail the boat and let Dahyun lead the way to Busan port eating the dinner Dahyun bought in Japan

Seungyeon staring blankly in the glass window where she can see Jeongyeon laying on the bed with a few apparatus attached to her "Don't worry too much Seungyeon-ah she'll soon wake up " Dr. Park said "I'm sure she will Dohyeon oppa" Seungyeon replied "Have a rest in the room Kkumhan is there playing but she'll probably napping" Dr. Park replied Seungyeon nod and walk to the room where all the employees' kids are playing and resting Yoo Changjun built the hospital and other facilities in Seoul practically owning the Seoul in business industry Dr. Park Dohyeon one of Yoo Changjun's scholar who become the most promising Doctor after graduating in medicinal field and become the Chief Director of the Seoul National University Hospital after his 2 years as apprentice he became the most famous name in Cardiology Yoo Changjun entrusted the whole university in his care after 2 years working there and now he continue the legacy Yoo Changjun started. Kkumhan nod as Seungyeon scooped the little girl in the floor and went to bed Dohyeon despite being the no. 1 in his career was left by his ex-girlfriend to live and practically marry someone else leaving Kkumhan in her Dad's care after she was born, Dohyeon was lost, didn't know how to raise his own daughter at first but get the hang of it after a few years. His mother Park -- who raised him alone after escaping from her bastard husband, help him in taking care of his daughter as he asked some of his friends who also had kids to have some of their milk to help Kkumhan when she's just a few months old thank goodness his friends had a lot of milk they were able to help her had the nutrients that a 0-12 months old baby needs. And unlike his friends who despise Kkumhan's birth Mom he gave a gift to her wedding and almost attend to the wedding but stopped by his friends.
