Chapter 10 [Fiancé]

 

 

Chaeyoung: “What’s up?”

Jihyo: “Mina told us about what you said last night.”

Chaeyoung: “And?”

Jeongyeon: “And, if you plan to investigate things and take revenge, when are you going to train us what you’ve trained?”

Chaeyoung: “I’ll train you, but only ‘basic’ combat. It’s for defense. You’re not going to fight anyone. I’ll do this thing alone.”

Dahyun: “Dude, we want to help you. Who knows you might need our help.”

Nayeon: “Trust us, baby cub. Not every time you can do it alone. Everyone in this world needs help. Everyone has its limits. You have your limits. Don’t be too hard on yourself. What if something bad happens to you?”

Jeongyeon: “Come on cub. We don’t be hard-headed you know.”

Chaeyoung: “Ok, fine. You don’t have to do a speech. And please if you don’t get the training right, take it slow, don’t be too hard on yourself. Got it?”

All: “Sir Yes, sir!!!”

Nayeon: “So, what time are we going to do the training, my baby cub?”

Chaeyoung: “So the schedule is:

4:00 am = we’re going to wake up and do some warmups.

6:00 am = We’re going to stop here and eat breakfast.

7:00 am = after we eat and clean things up, we rest a bit and train again.

11:00 am = we’re going to take a rest and prepare lunch.

1:00 pm = We’ll start again with training.

5:00 pm = and finally, we’ll stop here and eat dinner and we can rest early.

7:00 pm = This is where we all sleep. Lights out. Got it?”

 

All: “Ne~”

Jeongyeon: “So, you finally accepted Nayeon as your mother? You seemed to be not bothered that she calling you ‘my baby cub’.”

Chaeyoung: “Yes. Yes, I do. I kinda miss having a mom.”

Nayeon: “Yey!!! My baby cub finally accepted me!” she said and hugged him. “Thank you cutie little cub!”

Chaeyoung: “Too. Tight.” He said struggling to breathe. He doesn’t want to hurt her, so he just stands still.

Nayeon: “Oh, sorry.”

Somi: “Oh~ I thought you like her that’s why you’re flirting, but I was wrong.”

Dahyun: “I thought of the same thing!”

Chaeyoung: “What? No, she likes- “

Nayeon: “No one!”

Chaeyoung: “What? But I thought that you like- “

Nayeon: “Baby cub~” she whined.

Chaeyoung: “Ok, Mianhe noona.”

Jeongyeon: “Wait, you like someone? And only Chaeyoung knows?”

Jihyo: “You’re wrong there. I know it too. From the very beginning.”

Mina: “I know who it is too. Just last week.”

Jeongyeon: “Mina too? Why didn’t you tell me who it was?”

Nayeon: “I know who she likes that’s why I told her who I like.”

Chaeyoung: “Wait, You like someone?” he asked looking at Mina

Mina: “Why? Can’t I like someone?”

Chaeyoung: “It’s not that, but why didn’t you told me?”

Mina: “If I told you who it was, how can you help me to get his heart?”

Nayeon: “Ne. Ne. I bet you would scare him off.”

Chaeyoung: “W-what? I would never do that!”

Nayeon: “I forgot to ask you, do you like someone?”

Chaeyoung: “No.”

Tzuyu: “He never wants to get one.”

Dahyun: “He even said that-“

Chaeyoung: “Shut up.”

Nayeon: “C’mon baby cub, tell me yours~ Because I told you mine~”

Chaeyoung: “I told you I don’t have one.”

Jeongyeon: “Yah Bunny! I’ll tell you mine and You’ll tell me yours. Deal?”

Nayeon: “No.”

Jeongyeon: “What?! Why?”

Nayeon: “I don’t think you can keep a secret.”

Jeongyeon: “C’mon!”

Dahyun: “Why? Are you jealous, Hyung?”

Jeongyeon: “W-what? Me? Jealous? No way! Why would I be jealous?”

Sana: “You don’t have to be that defensive, Oppa.”

Jeongyeon: “I-I. Why is everyone teasing me these days?”

Nayeon: “That is what you get from pranking me and Jihyo.”

Jeongyeon: “That was weeks ago.”

Jihyo: “Ok, enough lovebirds. Going back to our problem. Mina? Any clues or idea?”

Mina: “I still don’t have new clues to add up. All I know is that it’s connected to my father.”

Nayeon: “But if it’s connected to your father then why did his people harass you?”

Sana: “Maybe they didn’t recognize her.”

Mina: “It’s impossible for dad being a boss. He must also be a worker and… sell my body to someone that’s why I got this mark!”

Chaeyoung: “From what I remembered; didn’t your father die years ago?”

Mina: “That’s what I’m also thinking… “

Momo: “I have something to say. And I know it’s connected to this problem.”

Dahyun: “Wait what?”

Momo: “When we were at the airport waiting for our flight. I went to the restroom, right?” and the others nod. “When I came out of the restroom, there was this guy who approached me and asked where… Mina is.”

Chaeyoung: “What?”

Momo: “I asked why. He said he was your… Fiancé.”

Mina: “Fiancé…?”

Hey guys! Sorry for the short update. I've been focusing on my modules so much that I forgot that I was writing a story. 

But don't worry, my love for michaeng won't die that easily.
