Tiffany saw Taeyeon as a good woman, at least for Jessica’s siblings. Later on, she knew that Taeyeon was actively coming into the club to hook with someone for a one-night stand. “The board agrees with the new proposal,” Wendy, Tiffany’s secretary, reported to her. “Seohyun-ssi gave me the report, and Mrs. Jung already signed the acceptance.”

“Good then,” Tiffany smiled to her secretary. Their work past two weeks was paid off today.

“Oh, the team asked me again about the day off.”

“Tell them all of the team will get two days off started by tomorrow.”

“Okay, Mrs. Hwang. Are you taking the day off?”

“I’ll check Jessica’s schedule first,” said Tiffany to her secretary, “I’ll be going to her room.”

“Congratulations,” Tiffany opened Jessica’s door and found her smiled behind her desk

“Thank you. Are you taking your day off?”

“Depends,” Tiffany threw herself to the couch, “How about you?”

“I need to go to Jeonju,” Jessica sighed, “Kind of family’s event about Kim’s ancestors.”

“You can ask Taeyeon to leave you behind. She would understand.”

“Taeyeon won’t care,” Jessica waved her hand, dismissively, “The problem is my mother in law.”

“I see.”

“You need to take the days off. Sooyoung will be happy.”

“Hahaha, she is,” Tiffany smiled while remembering her wife, “Stay at home would be the best for me because Sooyoung likes it.”

“Stay at home and be a good wife for her.”

“I know,” Tiffany beams her eyes to Jessica, “Are you really fine? You look so pale.”

“Just tired. I’m fine,” Jessica packed her stuff before stood from her seat

“Jessi.”

“Yes?” Jessica looks up to see Tiffany’s sad eyes, “Hey, what’s wrong?”

“Why don’t you start to see Taeyeon as a woman? I mean, she’s quite fine.”

“She’s quite fine because she put her act to me,” said Jessica, “She knew she can’t touch me; that’s why she always went to the club, hooking with someone, smoking, drinking and so on.”

Jessica feels her head pounding since they departed from Seoul. Moreover, she needs to be in one car with her mother in law and Taeyeon. Taeyeon took the shotgun beside Yang Sechan, Taeyeon’s driver because Suyeon will take the different way of coming home

During the trip, Suyeon keeps talking about how Jessica almost failed on the latest project. Even Jessica knew where the problem is, she won’t say any single word. She’s so damn tired with her mother in law’s ambitious nature, which pushed her to the edge

From the front seat, Taeyeon glanced to Jessica, but she’s not doing anything, except sighed and hoped Jessica would be okay

The event went fine until Jessica excused herself to the restroom. She’s all alone because why on earth should she take Taeyeon with her? But actually, Jessica was afraid if she bumped with another Kim’s family member. Since the start, Taeyeon’s dad was the most loaded in the family threshold. After he’s gone, all of the property went to Taeyeon and her stepmother. Suyeon got the full authority in Kim’s Holding while Taeyeon had another money from her Dad’s saving. Other family members were coming after his money, but both Suyeon and Taeyeon managed it very well, so they left with nothing

“Oh, here, I see. The money digger,” Jessica turned her head to the source of the sound. She could see Taeyeon’s cousin, Kim Bora, snickered at her

Jessica ignored the input and walked through her, but Bora was strong enough to pull her back. Because Jessica actually had the headache, she lets herself pulled back to Bora

“You don’t need to play hero,” said Jessica when they are on the way back home.

“At least I deserve a thank because of it,” Taeyeon sneered. She has no idea why her wife should be this rude. Taeyeon knew Jessica would never like her, but say thanks for her heroic action would be better because she feels a sting on her cheek

“You don’t need to send me upstairs,” Jessica swayed Taeyeon’s hand, who tried to helps her, “I can do it by myself.”

“You almost fainted!” Taeyeon yelled. She’s frustrated because Jessica looks so allergic to her presence even, she’s only offered a help

“I’m fine,” Jessica replied. But her head seems like she refused to agree with her words. Suddenly, she feels her head spinning, and she stumbles on her step

“You are not,” Taeyeon hissed

“Taeyeon,” Jessica once again glared at the older woman

Taeyeon finally gave up. She let Jessica walks alone to her room. She decided to turn her heels backward and calls her maid
