Jessica actually hates herself when she has a relationship; she feels like she’s too protective of her partner. Jessica would be overthinking when her partner didn’t reply her message nor tell her about their position. That’s the reason why Jessica hates falling in love with another person

And when her partner disappoints her, she would be drowning in the sadness

Jessica never thought she would be this disappointed when she saw Taeyeon talked with Seolhyun after two years. Two years ago, when the reporter caught Taeyeon and Seolhyun came out from the same hotel, Jessica quickly held the press conference. At that time, Jessica didn’t feel any hurt feeling, but now is different

Jessica swayed Taeyeon’s hand, let the older woman ran after her

“Jessica!” Taeyeon finally get a hold of Jessica’s wrist, exactly when the younger woman was about to open the car door

“What do you want?” Jessica’s voice cracked, “Why are you there with me? How about your girl?!”

“I’m not alone with her,” Taeyeon tried to be calm; there’s no use to yell at Jessica because she would get more mad after this, “She came with Sana.”

Jessica looked over Taeyeon’s shoulder. Seolhyun is standing not far from them, with Hyoyeon and another girl. Taeyeon turned her head and asked them to come closer

“Good evening, Mrs. Jung,” the Japanese girl bowed to Jessica, “My name is Minatozaki Sana. Yesterday, I worked with Mrs. Kim, and I happened to tell her about Seolhyun, as in she’s my friend. Sorry for the misunderstanding.”

“I’m sorry, Mrs. Jung. I made trouble again,” Seolhyun bowed, “We just talked, no more.”

Taeyeon moves her hand forward from Jessica’s wrist to intertwined their hands, “Thank you, guys. Sorry for the mess, I just forgot to tell her beforehand.”

“It’s okay, Mrs. Kim,” said Sana

“We will take our leave,” Seolhyun bowed once again before left the couple

“Hyo, please bring my car back home,” Taeyeon threw her key to Hyoyeon

“Okay,” Hyoyeon saluted and walked to find Taeyeon’s car.

“Sorry,” Taeyeon heard Jessica’s whispered after Hyoyeon left them. She squezzed her hands and pulled her to the car. Taeyeon keep quiet and let Jessica settled on passenger seat.

“Please say something,” Jessica pleaded when they stopped at the traffic light. Taeyeon shut all the way since they left the restaurant, and Jessica is afraid if she pushed the wrong button

Taeyeon gripped the steer tightly, “We will talk later.”

“But…”

“Not here, Jessica…” said Taeyeon meekly. Jessica could feel that Taeyeon is holding something. Her voice is so small yet she could see her face is hardened

Taeyeon parked the car at the usual spot. She saw Hyoyeon already arrived because her Benz was parked beside Krystal’s Audi. She didn’t turn the engine off, and the silence still engulfed them

“Sorry,” Jessica repeated her words because she has nothing to say anymore

“Why were you like that?”

“I don’t know… I was disappointed.”

“Over my meeting with Seolhyun?”

“You know you could make it worse if someone caught you up and stirred the situation.”

“Like you see, I’m not see her alone. Not when we are like this.”

“Like what?” Jessica creased her eyebrows in confusion. But before she could talk further, Taeyeon already leaned closer and captured her lips. Jessica couldn’t move at all; it’s mixed between shock and anger. Taeyeon hastily chewed her lower lips, asking for more. Jessica wanted to push her; but she couldn’t move at all. She gave up under Taeyeon’s kiss, until the older woman pulled herself. Taeyeon’s face still inch closer to Jessica’s and she can feel Taeyeon’s minty breath against her

Realizing what she has done, Taeyeon suddenly jumped backward and unlocked the car. She took her bag and left Jessica immediately, leaving the confused Jessica alone at the car.

It would be the biggest lie if Jessica said she didn’t think deeply about the sudden kiss from Taeyeon last night. The older woman successfully conquered her mind all the night

“Where is Taeyeon?” Jessica asked Jaehyun and Krystal who already had breakfast

Jaehyun shrugged his shoulders, “We didn’t see her this morning, too, Noona.”

Jessica nods, somehow she feels weird

“Jaehyun, if you arrived at the office, please tell me if Taeyeon already there.”

“Are you having a lunch date?” Krystal smirking and doing high five with Jaehyun

“NO! I just…. Asking,” Jessica suttered

“I see, I see,” Jaehyun still laughed, “I’ll tell you as soon as I arrive, Noona. Don’t worry.”

With the constant tease from Krystal, Jessica finaly arrived to her office in peace. As soon as she put her on the chair, Seohyun knocked her door

“Mrs. Jung,”

“Yes?”

“Mr. Kim wanted to see you,” Seohyun walked inside

“Is there anything wrong?” Jessica furrowed her eyebrows. When Tiffany was her Creative Director, she used to Tiffany’s sudden visit because the latter likes to annoy her. But Tiffany is her friend, and this Kim Suho is mere an acquittance

“Not really. He just asked wheter you already have a plan for lunch or not.”

“I have,” said Jessica, “Tell him.”

“Yes, Mrs. Jung,” Seohyun bowed and left her boss. Jessica sighed again, the young Creative Director is really flirting with her despite her status. Everybody know that she is the wife of Kim Taeyeon, the daughter from the late Chairman of Kim Holding. It would be silly if Suho didn’t understand about the information

Jessica keeps working until her phone ringing. She glances at her watch; actually it’s time to lunch

“Hello, Jaehyun,” said Jessica as soon as she picked the call

“Noona, Taeyeon Noona doesn’t come to work. We guessed she might be locked herself on the studio,” said Jaehyun in hurry

“You guys have the spare key?”

“Irene Noona has it. Hello, Noona?”
