An October morning 5 years ago…

Faint rays of sunlight managed to make its way through the mesh curtains in Seungwan’s room illuminating the pair who were entangled between light sheets. Despite the two being awake, rather than speaking they were in fact just staring…the gay irony of it all.

Joohyun was tracing her fingernails lightly over the older girl’s to which the blonde hummed out an appreciation. Seungwan whilst admiring her lover’s perfect body stretched her arm out to trace a thumb on her lover’s ribcage

“I’m not saying a tattoo would look incredible on you…but I’m saying a tattoo would be incredible on you” the blonde said with an accompanied smirk

“Subtle much? In your dreams Son Seungwan, you of all people know I’m a total wuss when it comes to pain especially needles”

“You’re right, I out of all people DO know what you’re like when it comes to pain and I’m pretty sure last night when you asked me to pu-“

“OH MY ING GOD SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP !!!” The flustered brunette attacked her lover with everything in sight to hide her red, becoming redder, cheeks.

The blonde just the brunette’s hair as she chuckled “Okay but jokes aside, I think you’d look beautiful with one Hyun. Your skin texture is perfect for some art and it would be an honour to do it for you. Think about it hmm?”

The brunette nodded not paying much mind to it but little did she know it would be her one and only thought for the remainder of the day.

Later that evening the two were cuddled up on the couch watching the latest Drag Race episode with two empty bottles of wine on the table. A flushed Joohyun looked to the other and slightly swayed as she said

“You got a deal Son, you can give me a tattoo”

“Right well that’s a sign that you’ve had too much” the blonde pulled the glass of pino grigio away from the other who pulled the wine closer to her chest

‘Nuh-uh, I mean it. Not anytime soon but 5 years from now if we’re still together…I’ll let you give me a tattoo”

“You’re serious right now Hyun?” the brunette nodded a little too enthusiastically obviously drunk past her wits.

The blonde stuck out her pinkie finger looking to seal the promise

-5 years later-

“C’mon Wan, I was drunk I don’t even remember that conversation!” the brunette tried to dig her heels into the cement pavement on the way to a very familiar tattoo parlour

“Yes you were, but then you later wrote on a post note that and I quote “I Bae Joohyun will allow thee Son Seungwan to tattoo me in 5 year’s time if we are still a couple” and yes I even have that post note framed”

Realising she was out of options Joohyun turned to the other who was pushing her and wrapped her arms around the blonde’s neck giving her a deep kiss, one that was definitely, not for public eyes but seduction was Joohyun’s only option at this point and was she determined!

The blonde pulled back with lidded eyes “Oh”
