SEUNGHEE. 

"I'm going with Arin, you can just go home." Yubin spoke as they walked out of the cafe. They stood by the doorway while waiting for their other friends who were still inside. The two purposely went out early to talk, seems like Yubin want to go home with Arin only and she's telling Seunghee not to walk her home. Weirdly, because ever since we started dating, we always walk together on our way home.. we take turns sometimes. Why does she want me to go home alone?

"Noooo, I'm scared to go home alone! And why wouldn't I walk with you? I want to be with you though." Seunghee crossed her arms, resting her back on the wall next to the doorway. 

"Just go straight home, Seung." Yubin insisted.

"I'm not straight!" Seunghee responded, Yubin sighed at her response. There's no mentioning of the s-word here, bin haH.

"Seunghee-"

"I won't until you tell me why." 

Yubin surrendered. The girl looked inside the cafe and Seunghee followed her gaze. "Jiho just came back.." And..? Suddenly, Seunghee felt anxious, why is she feeling anxious at the sudden mention of Jiho? She hasn't thought about the Jiho and Yubin thing since Yubin confessed to her and it's only coming back to her now. In just a few seconds of when Yubin paused, Seunghee's heart raced out of anxiety, is she affected about Jiho and she doesn't want to hang out with me?

"Look at Arin, she doesn't look well at all, she couldn't even enjoy her food." 

Oh. Thank God. Seunghee sighed in relief, which Yubin noticed immediately. The girl walked closer to her, a few inches across her. Seunghee looked at Yubin's tired face, she remembered that they've been hanging out since morning, she's probably exhausted. Seunghee takes Yubin's hands and gave her a smile before nodding. 

"Alright, I understand. Just.. take care on your way home." Seunghee says and Yubin nodded, leaning over to hug Seunghee, which she returned. Seunghee loves it so much when Yubin hugs her like this.

"That's a girlfriend's line I've been wanting to say for years." Seunghee whispered and Yubin giggled against her shoulder. Their position was hidden from the inside of the cafe which is a good thing as they agreed to not tell their friends yet about them. Although Seunghee thinks that their friends doesn't really mind if they do skinships.. since she and Yubin were always together, it's not really obvious when they started dating. Meanwhile, Yubin seemed to think otherwise, she was too cautious and Seunghee can't understand why Yubin suddenly pulled away from her when Jiho came. 

Seunghee wasn't sure if Yubin would do the same if it wasn't Jiho who went out. Scared, she decided not to overthink.

"Hyojung unnie will just finish cleaning up and we can go-" Jiho stopped talking when Mimi came out of the cafe, Arin and Hyejin were following behind her. 

"Where are you staying, Jiho?" Hyejin asked. Seunghee walked over to Mimi's side as Yubin went to her sister. Everyone's attention is on Jiho, except Arin who's busy with her phone, which Seunghee guesses is just an act to avoid the girl. 

Jiho hummed, pulling out her phone from her pocket. "Just nearby," She said as she showed a photo of the building of her unit. Seunghee knows that, it's just really near, it means they can hang out a lot. After Jiho showed them the photo, Yooa came, telling Hyejin that Hyojung needs her help on the counter. Jiho showed Seunghee her newly bought TV. Seunghee grins, patting Jiho's back. 

"Let's play on your place this weekend!" They're all really adulting now but as they said before, they will continue to hang out. May it be for eating or playing or watching movies together, as the group decided to do their best to find some time to catch up with each other, Seunghee and Mimi are planning to play a looooot while they aren't too busy yet. Jiho agreed too.

"Sure! But I'm still setting things though, tomorrow I will buy stuff. Can we just go to your place or Mimi's?" 

 "What's the plan?" Mimi, with Yooa holding her arm, walked over to Seunghee and Jiho.

"Jiho said her place isn't ready yet so can we go to your place?" Seunghee instinctively avoided the fact that they can go to her place instead because she doesn't want to clean up for guests. Jiho doesn't seem to care where they go anyway.

"Uhm.." Mimi looked at her Yooa who just raised an eyebrow at her. 

"Ah!" Seunghee chuckled. "Right Jiho, they live together now so you have to please Miss Busy Yooa first."

Seunghee and Yubin agreed to meet each other at the cross-over street just a few walk from their respective homes. Seunghee woke up early to get ready for her plans on hanging out with Jiho and Mimi today but Yubin texted her that she wants to come along, which at first was unusual since Yubin didn't really like to join them on these kinds of plans for the day but now she's with them, which somehow excites Seunghee because?? Finally she can enjoy the day with her girlfriend and her other bestfriends at the same time. 

"Do you usually go this early?" Yubin asked as they walk. They will meet Jiho in front of Mimi(and Yooa)'s place. Seunghee chuckled and shook her head. She looked over to her girlfriend who's weaing simple purple shirt and denim shorts. hawt. Seunghee was only wearing her favorite oversized white shirt and jogging pants. They didn't really have to dress up well since they will just go to their friends' place.

"Nah, we usually play after lunch or after dinner so we wouldn't spend money for food after eating by ourselves, then we can use all of our time for playing without interruption." Seunghee giggled, Yubin took her free hand and intertwined their fingers. I would never get enough of this. Her heart indeniably flutters at everything Yubin does and she's enjoying it. SO MUCH. ><

Yubin hummed, "So, it means we will buy lunch... and dinner today? I didn't bring my wallet though." YES. Seunghee grins as she gave a look at Yubin. 

"That is why you will cook for us today! And Mimi would help you too if you want~" This made Yubin laugh. 

"Oh no, was this a set up for me to be your today's cook?" Yubin imitated Seunghee's 9-year old expression. Goosh she's too cute! Seunghee couldn't help but pinch Yubin's cheek. 

"Yeees, cook for us, for me." Seunghee pursed her lips and Yubin nodded. 

"Fine, why are you so cute?" 

It's just 9 AM, they were really early. Mimi and Yooa's place is almost a 10-minute walk. Jiho was already there by the building when Seunghee and Yubin arrived. 

"Hey!" Seunghee called Jiho who was busy with her phone. When the girl looked at them, Seunghee felt the lost of contact from Yubin's hand. Confused, she look at the girl but she's on her phone. Seunghee thought it was weird, again. But she was easily distracted when Jiho showed her a photo of her newly decorated room. They waited for either Mimi or Yooa's response after texting them that they're already at the ground floor. Minutes after, there's still no reply from the two so they decided to get inside the building and wake their friends up.

"Aren't you two too early- Oh wow hi Yubin!" Mimi, whose hair was still messy and with sleepy eyes, opened the door for the three. Thickfaced duo Jiho and Seunghee enetered the room as soon as Mimi opened the door. Jiho plopped on the sofa, Seunghee laid down on the carpet. 

"Hey!!" Mimi yelled at them, Yubin chuckles as Mimi let her in. "I'll just wake up Shiah, can you um- pull Seunghee up from my carpet please." Mimi asked her and Yubin nodded. 

Seunghee saw how Mimi was scratching her head as she walked near above her head. "Wow~ Mimi you looked tall." 

"Mimi is always tall, shortie." Jiho chuckled from the sofa, her feet were resting at the center table of the living room. Seunghee threw the book from the center table to Jiho's face.

"Hey!!" Jiho sat up from the couch as she caressed her assaulted face. Yubin placed her sling bag beside Jiho and walked over to Seunghee, grabbing the laughing girl's arms.

"Hah! You got facebooked!" Seunghee laughed even more after saying that as she sat up from the carpet. She saw Yubin chukling beside her too. Jiho pouted. I missed teasing her!
 

"Want me to buttface you? Shut." Seunghee did shut up. Hmph. No one ever won over Jiho, Arin maybe? Seunghee doesn't really know and that makes her go "T-T". If only she can tattoo that emoticon on her forehead so Jiho would see her crying face and wouldn't fight back when she teases her. 

Seunghee crossed her arms and pouted at Jiho. The other girl from the sofa just laughed at her. The truth is, she's waiting for Yubin's entry. As much as she wants to tease back Jiho, she wants Yubin to talk back with the two of them like she used to but she didn't. Is it because of Jiho? Was she also avoiding our skinship because of Jiho? Seunghee wasn't sure if she's overthinking or what, but it .

Good thing, "Yubin's here?" They heard a voice from the bedroom, it was Yooa who's currently tying her hair in a bun, but she looks like she's having a hard time doing it. Following behind her was Mimi who's in a better appearance now than earlier.

"Unnie!" Yubin stood up from sitting beside Seunghee on the carpet to give Yooa a hug. 

"Hey guys, you're all so early." Jiho didn't respond, but stood up from her seat to walk around their friends' place. Seunghee's been here a lot so she's more familiar than Yubin and Jiho. 

"Seunghee said we'll cook lunch?" Yubin asked Mimi as she and Yooa sat on the dining table. Mimi responded with a yep as she sat on the sofa where Jiho was. 

"We can do that later, Yubinya. For now," Mimi sat next to Seunghee and the TV. "We will watch!"

"Aren't you three tired? You've been in that exact position since we left." Yubin asks as soon as they entered the room. Seunghee, Mimi and Jiho were too busy playing. After they watched a morning show, Yubin and Yooa volunteered, though not really, to buy the ingredients for their lunch. Seunghee wanted to come at first because for some reasons, she wants to experience shopping (at the food market) with Yubin but Yubin insisted to be alone with Yooa. 

Somehow, Seunghee's starting to feel conscious about Yubin /avoiding/ or always pushing her away. Why is that? Why is Seunghee sensitive about this? And why is Yubin only acting this way when Jiho came back?

That was just the start. Seunghee also noticed how Yubin was stiff when Seunghee tries to cling on her. It's not that Seunghee was the very clingy type of girlfriend but they used to cling comfortably with each other when they were friends. It's like Yubin was being distant from her. Why? Thinking about it just makes Seunghee feel sick. She feels uneasy, plus the fact that this only happened now with Jiho back here with them? Should I get ready to be broken?

It wasn't only for that day, the next few days were worse. Seunghee could see how Yubin changes the way she interact with her everytime they're not alone.. or maybe because Jiho was there. Now she can't help but to feel jealous, worried, sad, stressed and anxious to top it all. Jiho was there at the academy when she arrived. She received Yubin's text saying she already headed to her class. She met Mimi and Jiho at the lounge. 

Seunghee was already occupied about Yubin these days and now she hates the fact that she feels uneasy when Jiho is around. 

"What time is Bae Yubin coming?" Jiho asks. Seunghee glanced at her friend, why is she asking.. Again, that feeling again. Seunghee shook her head, wanting to let go of these negative thoughts, what's wrong about Jiho asking where Yubin is? Don't be like that, Seunghee. She sat across Mimi, placing her bag and book beside her. 

"In a few minutes." Seunghee answered. "Why are you here?" She asks while Jiho just shrugged at her. For some friendship reasons, Seunghee is still fond of Jiho's randomness. She's probably here to just spend some time outside of her unit. 

"She's here because she's single like you." Mimi replied, giggling along with Jiho. If only you knew. Seunghee gestured a punch and made a face at her friends. Seunghee opened her notebook and started reading while Mimi was on her phone, texting her girlfriend, maybe. Jiho was just scanning the whole place.

"Hey, you're here, you didn't text me." Seunghee raised her head when she heard Yubin's voice. Oh she's so pretty. There again are these fluttery feeling. Yubin was wearing a plain sweatshirt yet she stands out in Seunghee's eyes. Seunghee just smiled at her girlfriend who sat next to her. Honestly, her heart still feels so heavy at that moment but when Yubin held her hand under the table.. Alexa play Heaven by Bryan Adams.

"I'm hungry. Let's eat?" Mimi says while patting her tummy. Jiho stood up, stretching her arms. "Me too! I'll buy us our lunch." She volunteered, Seunghee and Mimi started telling Jiho their picked meal but Yubin nudged Seunghee's elbow.

"You should go." Yubin told her. Seunghee furrowed her eyebrows and pointed at herself in question.

"I-?" 

"She doesn't know things here, she just came back." Yubin simply answered. Seunghee scratched her nape and stood up.

Seunghee was already walking back to her friends with the meals on her hands when she saw them laughing. For.. some pretty not good reasons, she took a minute watching Yubin. Perhaps, not-so-good reasons causes not-so-good results too. Well, I just saw Yubin staring at Jiho. Does she even stare at me like that? Sighing, she walked over to their table.

"So what are you doing in the academy if you're already finishing architecture? those science classes has nothing to do with your dream" Jiho asks, her feet on top of the table. Mimi and Yubin eventually pulled away from each other as they both have to re-write their notes. 

Mimi tapped the pen on her chin before answering. "I'm trying to explore other subjects too" She says simply before going back to writing.

"No, she's only here to flirt." Seunghee says, she hits Jiho's shoe on the table, telling her to move it away so she could set the food she bought for lunch. "Your shoes are dirty!" Seunghee whined and glared at Jiho which made the latter laugh and apologise quickly. I might need to have some time by myself later or else I wouldn't stop thinking about this Jiho and Yubin thing.

"Heyy, not because I've reached my goal means I'll live for that one goal only. I gotta work on my relationship with Yooa too." says Mimi as she helped Seunghee. When Seunghee sat next to Yubin again, the girl started putting her notebooks back on her bag, ready to eat. Yooa wasn't there, Mimi says Yooa's dad called this morning, asking her to come over their house. Seunghee remembers how Yooa and Mimi were in their overthinking stage before when they started dating. Since she had so much time looking over her friends' love stories, she noticed how hard being in a relationship is.. she just didn't know hers would be this bad. At least Mimi and Yooa knows they're faithful with each other, they're each other's first love. How about me, though? Should I talk to Yubin about this? I'm scared.. Seunghee was scared that she might be right all these time and Yubin would end up breaking up with her.

"Yeah right, by taking classes which won't give you any credits? You really think Yooa doesn't know?" It was Yubin, while munching the piece of rice cake in . Seunghee was about to wipe the few grains of dirt on the corner of Yubin's lips like she always does but Yubin.. immediately takes it from her, as if she was in panic. An action Seunghee can't understand, why? I used to do that too even before we started dating.. why are you being like this, Yubin? 

"Yeah right too, I know, she's like, the smartest and prettiest girl ever, beauty and brains, and my girlfriend." Seunghee could see how proud and happy Mimi is when she talks about Yooa. Lucky them. She can't help but to feel bitter. God she has so many thoughts in mind right now because of the way Yubin is acting out. 

"Pretty sure she'll ask you to quit this soon." She told Mimi, trying her best to keep the hype, her job is to be grossed out of her friends' lovelife as a thirdwheeler. 

"But, I'll still come here to be with her no matter how life tries to push me away from her." Yikes. Seunghee scoffed, love really brings out the cringest of all people, especially me, she looked at Yubin who's just listening to them. I shouldn't doubt Yubin.. she already asked me to be her girlfriend, why would I be doubting her now?

"Enough with Mimi being all protective of Yooa. How are you and Arin?" Jiho looked at Seunghee, then to Yubin and Mimi. Seunghee was sure she saw how Yubin paused at the mention of her sister's name.

"We're still friends!" Jiho answers, that got Seunghee thinking.. she still likes Arin so much and it shows, Kim Jiho is bad at lying. Mimi remained quiet, Seunghee was thinking of other topics since she and Mimi already heard a lot about Arin from Jiho back when they were videocalling Jiho.

"Have you talked to her?" Yubin asks. Seunghee couldn't help but watch the two talk. Jiho smiled and nodded, why is her smile so charming. "Yeah, I kind of explained why I left" 

"We know you still have something for her, Mimi told us when you suddenly asked us to give some gifts to Arin when we really had prepared one but you kept telling us to give yours too, and tell Arin that it was from me and them."  Seunghee says, trying to be unaffected from the insecurities she's feeling. She saw Jiho glaring at Mimi who's now coughing because of the sudden reveal. "I-I told you it's a secret!" Mimi tries to defend herself but they ignored her.

"And to think that it didn't change even after years of not talking to each other, looks like that something is deep enough not to be forgotten or fade." Yubin said, for a moment, she felt relieved that Yubin is talking to Jiho about Arin but traitor anxiety, she thought of the meaning behind what Yubin said. What if Yubin's feelings for Jiho was deep enough not to be forgotten or fade even after dating someone else.. like me? Or maybe there was really no meaning behind that and it's just a pure advice? I hate this.

"When will you man up and tell her everything? I'm sure my sister is waiting for that." Yubin spoke again after a few seconds of silence from Jiho. Seunghee sighed, she finished eating and it looked like her friends did too. Mimi has to go already after eating, said she has plans that afternoon.

Yubin started cleaning up, Seunghee helped her with the trash. 

"I'll throw these, you can continue with your notes." She said and she didn't wait for Yubin's response since she doesn't want another rejection from Yubin. Another thing Seunghee doesn't understand, why is Yubin preventing her from being a girlfriend to her?

This is Seunghee's first time to feel this way towards someone, Yubin is her first ever crush, first ever girlfriend, and the very first girl to make her feel this insecure and jealous with another friend. It's actually too much to take for her, everything feels new, and awkward and the fact that she's been constantly feeling this way since Jiho came back makes it more painful. 

Do you want to know what's worse? I'm trying my best not to overthink but Yubin just keeps on.. I don't know if she's doing it on purpose or she's just making me feel like.. we're not girlfriends. Am I overreacting? I don't know too.. 

Seunghee couldn't talk to anyone about Yubin since they agreed not to tell their friends for now. Is it time to tell them? She's worried that Yubin might get mad or whatever but she feels so full of this, she's feeling the worst right now. Even worse when she came back seeing Yubin watching as Jiho plays on her phone. When she sat back to her seat, Yubin went back to writing and Jiho excused herself because her grandmother called her.

"Bin.. Can we talk?" Seunghee decided to take these thoughts out now that they're alone, she can't keep on feeling this way, it's too negative for her to handle. Maybe because these feelings existed years ago and she just tried to hide it? 

"About..?" Yubin wasn't even looking at her, the girl is reading on her book. Should I retreat?

"Uhm.." Seunghee's eyes shifted from Yubin to Jiho standing by the door, still busy, talking to her grandparents maybe while smiling. Alright, it doesn't hurt to open up, right? I have the right to say that I feel jealous because of Jiho and anxious because of the way Yubin acts.

Yubin hummed, reminding Seunghee that she's waiting for what she's about to say. Seunghee felt stuck though, it's like she can't find the right wors to tell, maybe because she isn't sure of what she's feeling? What really is the problem? Is it really Yubin? Jiho coming back? Or herself? She feels tension building up inside her, like her stomach is being 

"Do you still like Jiho?" That shouldn't have come out first, god seunghee what are you doing? Seunghee was about to take back what she said because she felt guilty but when she saw how Yubin stopped writing and raised her head to look at her, Seunghee waited for her response but... there's something in Yubin's eyes that made her feel.. worried. about herself, Why wasn't she answering? She could've just immediately said no if she doesn't feel anything for Jiho anymore right?

They just stared at each other for a few more seconds and Seunghee couldn't believe how Yubin isn't saying no to what she's asked. Her heart feels like its going to burst soon if Yubin doesn't speak or defend herself. Please.. just say something or I will cry. Seunghee is definitely in the verge of crying, just.. a few more minutes and she will cry for real. Her heart couldn't get heavier when Yubin spoke.

"Seunghee.." Yubin sighed before finally facing Seunghee as she shifts from her seat. "Y-you know me.." What? So it's true? Seunghee's gone mad, her vision became blurry as she teared up. No.. I can't understand why you dated me in the first place if you still hasn't moved on from Jiho. Seunghee wanted to yell at Yubin and say all those words but she just wiped her tears and picked up her things to place them back in her bag. 

"You're killing me, Yubin." She sobbed once more and wiped her tears with her already wet hands.

"Softly." She added before grabbing her bag and left the lounge. She saw Jiho looking at her when she walked pass by the door but she ignored her. At that moment, Seunghee doesn't know how she could even talk to either of the two. Jiho shouldn't be blamed for this but I can't help being jealous of her. I can't even look at her without thinking of Yubin now.

YUBIN.

Arin takes her bag from her bed and walks over to the door. Yubin was sitting on her bed, eyes on her phone and it's 8 AM. She doesn't have plans today since it's Saturday while her sister would go out for a group study with her friends that Yubin only met twice or thrice before. 

"Take care, and! Buy me some grapes? I'm craving for fruits these days." Yubin sets her phone down on her lap as she smiled widely at her sister looking back at her from the door. 

"Aish, why don't you buy it yourself?"

"I'm lazyyy~ Thanks Yewon!" Yubin formed a heart using her arms, raising them over her head. Her sister just pouted but nodded. As soon as Arin left the room, Yubin picked her phone up again. 

Seunghee ♡ : I'm actually going to Mimi's place today, we'll play w Jiho.

Yubin : Can I come with you?

Yubin scrolled through Seunghee's texts, waiting for her girlfriend's response. For years she tried avoiding hanging out with both Jiho and Seunghee together. She thinks that this is her chance to bring back the kind of friendship they all used to have since Jiho already came back and Seunghee is now her girlfriend. It wouldn't bite to try having fun again, would it?

Yubin always wondered how good her friends are especially Mimi and Seunghee at multi-tasking. They have too many school requirements but they still got time to play together and got to graduate in time. She looked at Seunghee and smiled, should I take her hand? The truth is, she's been thinking a lot about the things she wants to do with Seunghee. When she was still studying, she thought that her friends being clingy to each other are too cringe-y but now? She badly wants to hold Seunghee's hand everytime they're together. Only that she feels shy when she does it, she just hopes Seunghee wouldn't notice it.

"Oh no, was this a set up for me to be your today's cook?" Yubin imitated Seunghee's 9-year old expression. Yubin earned a pinch on a cheek from Seunghee. It hurt a little but if Seunghee thinks she's cute then she's winning. 

"Yeees, cook for us, for me." Seunghee pursed her lips and Yubin nodded. How can I resist you though? Yubin knew she's whipped, she started feeling this way- always embarrassed and happy at the same time ever since she and Seunghee started dating. 

"Fine, why are you so cute?" She saw Seunghee smiling as they sway their hands.

A few more steps til they reach where Jiho was standing when Seunghee called Jiho's name excitedly. For some another shy reasons, Yubin pulled away her hand from Seunghee's. Their friends still have no idea that they're dating and Yubin is still getting used to dating someone while hanging out with her friends, plus.. it's Jiho who's not with them for years and Yubin knows how awkward their last talk is. Yubin just let the two talk.

When they arrived at Mimi and Yooa's place, Seunghee and Jiho already let themselves in, Yubin chuckled. This duo's face couldn't be thicker. 

"Aren't you two too early- Oh wow hi Yubin!" Jiho plopped on the sofa, Seunghee laid down on the carpet. Mimi let her in after giving a glare to the two. 

"I'll just wake up Shiah, can you um- pull Seunghee up from my carpet please." Mimi asked her and Yubin nodded. She glanced at Jiho who's busy on her phone then to Seunghee who's enjoying her position on the carpet.

"Wow~ Mimi you looked tall." 

"Mimi is always tall, shortie."

"Hey!!" Yubin saw how Seunghee threw a small book towards Jiho. She can't help but smile as she places her sling bag beside Jiho and walked over to Seunghee, grabbing the laughing girl's arms.

"Hah! You got facebooked!" Yubin just let Seunghee make fun of Jiho as she sat next to her, chuckling at the two. She wonders what she must do about Jiho though, should I talk to her about Arin? Or just act like nothing happened?

Soon after some time Seunghee was laughing, Yooa seemed to be awake now and she saw the girl with Mimi walking out of their bedroom. "Yubin's here?" 

"Unnie!" Yubin stood up from sitting beside Seunghee on the carpet to give Yooa a hug. It would be a lie if Yubin says Yooa isn't the closest to her after Seunghee among all of them in the room. They hang out more now since the Jiho incident.

"Hey guys, you're all so early." Yooa said as they occupied the dining table, Jiho and Seunghee were still on the living area.

"Seunghee said we'll cook lunch?" Yubin asked, she really isn't sure if she could play with the three because she doesn't really play games and such so she'll just think about their lunch. Mimi responded with a yep as she sat on the sofa where Jiho was. 

"We can do that later, Yubinya. For now," Mimi sat next to Seunghee and the TV. "We will watch!" 

They gathered on the living area once again. Yubin remembered how they used to watch movies together while Jiho is on a video call with them. Well now this is nicer, my first movie date with Seunghee as my girlfriend is at Yooa's place. Yubin and Seunghee sat together at the carpet. Mimi just randomly played a gag show on the TV as they ate bread for breakfast together. 

"Do you want more?" Seunghee asked her, referring to the slice of bread. Yubin looked at the girl next to her and thump. thump. Her heart jumped at how close her face was with Seunghee. It's not that they haven't been this close before but Seunghee.. you make me feel so many things. Her heart can't handle how pretty Seunghee is upclose, by reaction, she pulled away a little, she hopes that Seunghee didn't notice how red her face was, if ever her blushing was too evident.

"We should prepare for lunch now." Yooa said, looking at her wristwatch. Yubin stood up as well, following Yooa. 

"Hey where are you two going?" Mimi asked, Seunghee and Jiho are also looking at them. 

"We'll buy groceries for our lunch?" Yubin answered- or maybe asked back, she looked down at her girlfriend. Seunghee moved her lips a little as if thinking. 

"I'll come with you." She said but no.. ugh I need time to talk to Yooa unnie about this. 

"Um, no it's okay. Just play you three or help Mimi unnie clean here. Yooa unnie and I can handle this." Before leaving, Yubin can see how Seunghee was pouting but she just smiled, telling her she'll be back later.

"Seunghee's actually good at buying groceries, even better than I do, I wonder why you didn't let her come." Yooa says as they walk together on the streets. 

"About that.." Yubin bit her bottom lip. She's contemplating whether to tell Yooa or not since she was the one who suggested to Seunghee that they should keep their relationship low for now.

"Is this about Jiho coming back? Or Seunghee?" Yooa was always this straight-forward. Yubin sighed hearing the thing about Jiho again, she guesses it would always come from time to time, which confuses her sometimes why she feels her heart heavy when she thinks of Jiho too. 

"Come on Yubin, it's not like I'm clueless about you three." Yooa says, and again, Yubin felt embarrassed than ever.

"It's about the two of them.." She answered silently, she decides that she would tell Yooa everything now, she can't just keep all the things to herself. 

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU'RE ALREADY DATING??" Yooa has been squealing now, she was so excited that she kept hitting Yubin's shoulder. SIGH

"Calm down please! I'm having a hard time acting normal when I'm with her."

"Wow, and you just told me that you want to keep this a secret so you two could continue being like how you two have always been then now you're having a hard time? It just means one thing Yubin." Yooa even gestured one finger count as she spoke.

"What is it?" Yubin asked, at this rate she's desperate, who knows if Seunghee's getting weirded out already by how she's acting, right? 

"Tell all of those to Seunghee. Like you said, you want her to be the most comfortable when you're with her." Yubin sighed as she listened to what Yooa told her. She's right. Why can't I just tell Seunghee? 

"So what about Jiho? Do you feel okay with her now?" Yubin looked at Yooa. Have I told her about Jiho before? No, I only told JinE unnie.. was I too obvious about Jiho? 

"I just hope that you don't feel anything about Jiho now, we both know how ed up that would be."

"It's not that, unnie." 

"Then what is it?"

"Just.. having Jiho around feels new to me. And it's like when she's around, I feel like I have to adjust the way I act too." 

Yooa hummed, Yubin still has no idea how Yooa found out the thing about Jiho, she's sure that she hasn't told her the way she did with JinE but she's thankful that she hasn't said anything to anyone.

"So.. is it because you still like her?" Yubin felt like a hammer hit her head when Yooa asked her that. She's been thinking about Seunghee a lot in the past year that she hasn't thought of what she felt for Jiho back then. Is it safe to say no?

"You should think about that, Yubin. I want all of us to be happy but Seunghee.. I know she's the happiest when she's with you. I can sense it." 

It's been on Yubin's mind in the next few days. How she feels embarrassed everytime she's with Seunghee, how she feels so whipped when Seunghee gets close to her. She feels worse than a highschool student experiencing puppy love but she thinks maybe it's because she's clearly experiencing love now, especially knowing Seunghee has feelings for her too. There are times that they're with their friends and Yubin couldn't help being stiff when Seunghee's around, or that she knows she's going to blush hard out of Seunghee's actions so she will try to avoid being alone with her. I'm such a love idiot. She has been panicking each and everytime. But what she hates the most was everytime Jiho is around, she can't help but to feel more embarrassed when Seunghee was clinging to her. Its not like Jiho was her ex or something, but maybe because them three with Jiho and Seunghee are the closest that she's shy about it. And I shouldn't have been. Why? I made it worse.

"You're killing me, Yubin.. Softly." Those were the words that completely pained Yubin's heart that was once too happy by the fact that she's dating Seunghee. Maybe she's gone too conscious about stuff that she forgot about what Seunghee was thinking. 

I couldn't even answer when she asked me. 

Jiho came back to the table after a minute or two as Yubin covered her face with her hands, frustrated at herself. She felt Jiho sitting next to her and started patting her back.

"Did you hear everything?" Yubin quietly asked. She keeps remembering how Seunghee cried in front of her earlier and she couldn't even do anything.

"Yes." Jiho muttered, she stopped patting Yubin's back and pulled Yubin's hands off her face so she could look at the girl's anxious face..

"Hey, I've seen her crying, it was bad but you're Yubin, I know that you can fix this. We're smarties, right?" This is the first time Yubin and Jiho will talk alone after Jiho came back. Yubin can't help but chuckle, how funny it is that they're finally talking when Seunghee is out there crying. 

"Good for you to say that after breaking my sister's heart." Yubin bantered. Jiho laughed a little before sighing. They both leaned on the wall behind them, thinking of what actually happened to their respective lovelife.

"She still likes you." Yubin said, staring at the blank space in the middle of the lounge. 

"I know." Yubin heard Jiho muttering next to her. If I wasn't sad, I would've smacked her right now.

"You know but you're not doing anything? Go to her and make up for what you two lost. It's not too late, Jiho."

Jiho chuckled and nodded. They sighed once again. It's just fascinating how before, Yubin used to think she'll be pushing Jiho and Arin together so she could get over Jiho but now, she knows her advices are genuine, she wants her sister to be happy. She wants to bring back her friendship with Jiho. More importantly, she now cleared what she had with Jiho by finally getting a chance to talk to her, it's just that Seunghee might be so hurt right now.

"Do you love Seunghee?" Jiho asked, Yubin's heart beats faster than usual. I love her. She spoke in her mind, thinking about how panicky she's been since Seunghee started giving her attention.

"I guess we're just starting but I can't handle losing her." Yubin speaks her heart out, she smiled after finally saying it. A new big step to being comfortable in being in a relationship, she guesses.

"Then fix things with her. And please tell everyone too, it's not like they will judge you two or something, all of us have worse love stories than the two of you."

Jiho's right. If there's anything Yubin should be thankful of, it should be the fact that out of everyone else, Seunghee happened to like her even when she's too quiet and known for being a kill-joy person. The two just sat there and told each other that they should fix things with their love lives now. Reminds them of their friendship years ago and how them and their friends were always carefree hanging out on one room in their university. Things really changed now, they're all grown ups

"What's your plan?" Jiho asked her when they walked out of the building. Yubin smiled at her friend and shook her head.

"She's been doing everything for me, it's time for me to make efforts for her, I guess. How about you?"

"I will go to the school, she's still there right? I'll make time for her as you said." Yubin smiled and nodded. The two walked their separate ways, with Jiho thinking of how she plans to wait on Arin's schoolgate, and Yubin thinking of what she should do to open up everything to Seunghee.
