In Too DeepLuke's POV
"I've never really seen Charles this happy, you know?" I blurted.
I can see them from afar enjoying the peace and quiet of the resort, walking hand in hand.
"Good thing this resort values privacy and peace. I can't imagine where we'd go next just for them to see each other." Jasmine expressed.
Yeah, tell me about it. The last one was in Jeju. Before that was in Japan. We've even gone to the Philippines!
"Just relax, okay? I know the owner of this resort. They won't take any pictures or tell anyone. They value their guests' privacy." I assured her.
"They better do that or I'll burn this resort." She huffed angrily. She's always apprehensive towards Charles. I understand because she's just protecting her best friend.
"In the years we've been supporting them like this, I feel truly happy seeing him just laughing with her while picking up pebbles." She confessed.
I know she only wants her to be happy and I want the same for my friend.
They're dancing tango in a very dangerous dance floor. Both have entangled silks from their own cobwebs. For them to be finally happy with each other, they have to cut those ties.
