"What do you w- Chaewon unnie???"

Yujin was shocked upon seeing her favorite cousin in front of her girlfriend's door, with a huge, mint-colored suitcase behind her. The thing troubling her for the past 2 days became reality. And as it registered itself in her head, the young girl's emotions quickly morphed to feeling hurt and betrayed. But she quickly tried to mask it. The puppy-like girl had decided that she will be questioning her unnie at another time. Putting on her smiley persona, the taller welcomed the older before her inside with the most excited tone she can muster. 

"Unnie, come in!!!" The said girl hesitated and was about to say something when Minju came out to see the guest. She seemed shocked at the sight of a short-haired girl's appearance in front of her door. Though, the pink-haired still invited the guest in. Chaewon reluctantly entered, leaving her mint suitcase outside the door. Yujin narrowed her eyes at the act. 

Though, sensing that her girlfriend and cousin needed to talk, the youngest excused herself, saying she had part-time work since one of her workmates had an emergency last minute. Before she left, her eyes met the longing gaze of Kim Minju's and sorry eyes of Kim Chaewon. And with that, the blue-haired girl left with a pang in her heart. Her thoughts, like stars, were slowly, but surely, forming constellations.

The frog-like girl invited me in and gestured to me to sit down on the sofa. While she went to get some tea, I mentally scolded myself for intruding on her day.

"I'm sorry, Minju," I apologized. I knew I ed up. I shouldn't have come here. I wish I can turn back time. 

'You can Chaewon-ah.' I heard. I silently cursed. 

'Now isn't the time for this. We both know what happened.'

'Well, it can turn out differently though.' 

'We've had this con-

"It's okay, Chaewon-shi. You didn't know," 

'Ouch, formal tone detected.'

'Just shut up, will you?' 

"I never knew you were dating Ahn Yujin," I blurted out. After a second, it registered in my brain as I physically facepalmed myself. 

"I'm sorry!!! I didn't mean to say that!!" My voice being a whole pitch higher, with me getting up suddenly and shaking my head from side to side rapidly. 

The pink-haired chuckled, though it was laced with a hint of bittersweet.

"I suppose living in the States too long does that huh?" the younger asked. To be told, I just didn't expect her to be dating Ahn Yujin, my troublesome cousin. 

"I mean, there's some truth to that, but I didn't know you were dating my Yudaeng,"  

Minju visibly flinched with the nickname. In the blink of an eye, suddenly her face was right in front of mine. It was so close that I could feel her soft breathing upon my face. The closeness started to make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, and I could feel the blood rushing to my cheeks with the speed of light. 

"What do you mean by 'my Yudaeng'?" The frog-like girl had a serious expression on, her voice dropping down octaves, coming off as deep and husky, and y. The only thing I can concentrate on was her deep, deep voice and those pink, soft-looking lips that were so close to my own. I became a stuttering mess, with beads of sweat forming on my forehead, and my heart, oh my so very stupid heart, that was foolishly hammering rapidly inside my ribcage.
