A softened world
Duality: Mamamoo & What Is To ComeIt's a world with less words.
As an attempt by the government
to invite people to speak more
with their eyes,
(and less carbon dioxide,
global warming, whatever,
might as well rule out
breathing at this point)
No one can speak
more than 130 words
at a time.
Heed, heed!
It's creating a ruckus
because a lot of people
has a lot of things to say,
especially about the government,
but mostly other things
they can complain about
at whim.
Moon Byulyi can proudly
declare for herself that
she follow this rule
quite nicely.
Everytime
got closer to the phone
she starts without hello,
and when it comes to
ordering at the restaurant she
will just point to the
colorful pictures
in the menu:
kimchi jigae one,
kimbap one,
that's all, ok.
The waiter leaves after
the circle sign she made
with a thumb and forefinger.
Everything is an-ok.
During the night,
she will dial a certain number
so she can proudly say
"Hyejin-ah?"
Look, I save at least 89 words
for you.
If there's no answer
at the end of the line,
Byulyi would know
immediately that
she has used up
all her words.
Instead she will
just have to whisper
I love you
15 times
