The sound of a moving train right in front of her.
Wheein doesn't quite know how to describe it: the blinking red light, passing midnight sky, it’s like she pays attention to everything but the white squares on the train filled with images of people walking or looking downwards. They don’t look like they care so Wheein decided not to.
Is it strange to have a train passing at this late hour? It's better to set that thought aside in a certain corner of her mind. However, the scraped white paint of the separator doesn't help either. Perhaps she should focus on what's for dinner.
Stopping at a convenience store… except she's not really fond of the weak white LED lights. They're seriously dim—you'd need only half your wits to either make cutting remarks about them or simply run away, screaming as if the juice from your eyeballs was being out. Only Wheein is as quiet as she is cowardly, so she places her items to be scanned, pays, and hastens to leave that place, quick on her two teeny weeny feet.
Even the image of onigiri (tuna) and hot (scalding) oden soup with fish balls that tastes nothing like fish fails to sweeten the deal.
