Summary: One day, Sect Leader Lan just disappeared, no one knew where he went, nor why he left, not even the people closest to him knew. He left behind his sword, his token, and his forehead ribbon. He left behind everything except the silver bell that was given to him by a person that he loved, and whom he thought would love him too. Their love was beautiful like a blooming flower. But, apaprently he was wrong.

Note: Complete focus of this story was on the relationship of Jiang Cheng and Lan Xichen unlike other such fics where we find sub plots focusing mainly on WangXian. This was what liked about this fic that it really did not have any distractions, none at all. There are some heart wrenching sad moments, lots of emotions and a great characterisation. So, XiCheng shippers out there, this one is a must read for all of you.
