Summary: Jiang Cheng is infamous for his ludicrous, sky-high requirement for potential wives. Nobody could possibly fulfill his list apart from Lan XiChen, but he is DEFINITELY out of the question… right?

A sweet, [relatively] uncomplicated happy ending for Jiang Cheng and Lan XiChen, as they share many ‘firsts’ together. Eventual very graphic , 100% true to book set-up, very sweet plot, original character traits, almost no angst - plus Wei WuXian figuratively and literally saving Jiang Cheng’s , yet again.

Note: This is one of the very few XiCheng fanfics which is devoid of any unnecessary complications. Whatever angst or drama it contains are nothing too overwhelming. The best part of it: Lan Xichen being too naive at times. A naive Xichen is so very cute. Moreover, our Yunmeng duo are in much better terms. I absolutely love this story.
