It was a Friday night and normal people in their mid-20s should be out clubbing or having fun, but Jennie and Lisa were not your typical normal mid-20 year olds. Instead of clubbing and having to painfully grind into sweaty bodies in the dance floor and take shots of not so great tasting alcoholic drinks, Jennie and Lisa went to Primark to shop.

“Ooh! Look at this, bub!” Jennie excitedly held out another pillow from the Harry Potter section of Primark

“Do we really need another pillow? Bub, we have tons already” Lisa pointed out

“You can never have too much pillows, bub” Jennie said nonchalantly

Lisa chuckled as Jennie placed the pillow inside the cart. Soon enough, Jennie had started enjoying the mini shopping spree, she had went to grab whatever her hands touched, and Lisa swore this was like an episode of “buy everything my girlfriend touches”, alas Lisa knew how unhealthy it was for Jennie to buy all this stuff, and she knew Jennie would regret and forget about half of the stuff she had placed in the cart, so as Jennie impulsively placed another mug inside the cart, Lisa carefully placed back 4 mugs on the shelf whenever Jennie didn’t look her way. This went on for about 20 more minutes, and once Jennie was satisfied and told Lisa they could head out to pay, Lisa agreed happily.

Lisa knew Jennie noticed of course. The girl was frowning when she saw how little the things were inside the cart, and Lisa couldn’t help but giggle at the girl’s reaction.

“Did you put back some things I wanted?” Jennie asked with a pout

“Yes, bub, you know how impulsive you sometimes are” Lisa said

“I am not” Jennie said as she crossed her arms

“Yes you are, and you’re gonna blame me for not stopping you once you realize you bought way too many things that might not even fit in our apartment” Lisa said, obviously knowing how Jennie’s mind works

“You could’ve told me though” Jennie said

“But you looked so adorable grabbing everything and putting them in the cart” Lisa said as she pinched her girlfriend’s cheeks

“That’ll be 70 dollars, ma’am” the cashier said

“70?!” Jennie asked, surprised at how much they had bought

Lisa chuckle knowing this would be Jennie’s reaction.

“It would’ve gotten to 200 dollars if we kept everything you wanted” Lisa said

Jennie rolled her eyes as she paid the cashier, Lisa then grabbed the tote bags and together they made their way back to their car with two large tote bags of Primark goodies, majority of them being Jennie’s choice and a fair few were Lisa’s.

“Are you regretting everything now?” Lisa asked

“No.” Jennie said with her arms crossed

“Let’s see about that” Lisa said with a laugh as she drove off

Item 8 and Jennie’s already so hyped explaining to Lisa about the item she had bought. This time it was this yellow gooey stuff that you could use to clean your keyboard, the remote control, and even your keypad phone.

“It’s oddly satisfying!” Jennie exclaimed, making Lisa laugh

Item number 11, a fruit slicer, it came in like an abnormally large syringe with a small open box at the bottom where you place a piece of grape or berries and it slices up in 2.

“You don’t ever have to worry about eating a big grape!” Jennie exclaimed

Lisa burst out laughing so loud at her girlfriend’s enthusiasm.

Item 13 were Gringott’s coins, they were mostly galleons and sickles, and Jennie absolutely loved her Gringott’s coins so Lisa had decided not to put it back on the shelf.

“Remember to keep your coins away from Nifflers! They’re the creatures that love the shiny stuff” Jennie said, even winking at the end

Lisa laughed at how Jennie introduced every time like she was in a really bad commercial from the 70s or something.

Item 16, this some sort of stress ball but it was really squishy (like Jennie’s cheeks) and it had little balls inside it and when it’s squished, you get that oddly satisfying feeling that every single anxious and angry person loves.

“Why squish my cheeks when you can squish this!” Jennie then threw the ball at Lisa who successfully caught it and squished it

“I like your cheeks better” Lisa stated, only making Jennie roll her eyes at her

Last item, the 20^th item in the bag was a small box that Lisa doesn’t really remember Jennie randomly grabbing a while ago. So Lisa sat up straight and curiously looked at the box Jennie was holding.

“Ooh, what’s that? It looks fancy” Lisa said

“You literally laughed your off the previous items I bought, so why would I show this one to you?” Jennie asked, her eyes narrowing at Lisa

“I only laughed because you looked funny trying to sell the items to me even though we literally bought them already” Lisa said as she once again giggled at her girlfriend’s cuteness

“Hater” Jennie said, Lisa simply laughed again and stole a kiss from Jennie

“Show me the monAAaayy” Lisa said in an annoying voice that Jennie cringed at

“Now this item…is probably the best item I have ever bought in my whole life, and no one, not even you, can tell me that I will ever regret buying this item” Jennie said in her announcer voice, making Lisa grin at her

“Are you ready for the item?” Jennie asked

“Yes!” Lisa said

“I can’t hear you, I said are you ready for the item?!” Jennie said a little louder, cupping her ear for emphasis

“I’m ready!” Lisa exclaimed

Jennie giggled as she then opened the box.

Lisa’s mouth hung open as she stared at the diamond ring inside the box.

“That’s not from Primark” Lisa pointed out

Jennie laughed as she took the ring out and held it in between her thumb and index finger.

“Will you marry me?” Jennie asked

This was literally happening out of nowhere that Lisa cannot even comprehend what exactly was happening, but she knew one thing for sure, her answer would be yes.

“Yes!” Lisa exclaimed, Jennie lunged towards her soon to be wife and hugged her tightly, she then slid the ring on Lisa’s ring finger, she kissed Lisa’s knuckles and looked lovingly at her

“Bub…did you really get this from Primark?” Lisa asked jokingly

Jennie chuckled as she pecked Lisa’s lips.

“Yep, you were just lucky you didn’t put that back on the shelf” Jennie joked

“I’m glad I didn’t” Lisa said as she hovered over Jennie and started kissing her like crazy

And well, at least something good happened with Jennie’s impulsive buying.
