SUNGKYU'S POV

“Appa~” I heard Sunghyun yelled and quickly felt two little arms hugging my leg. I lifted him up and kissed his face over and over again. I was so worried when Dongwoo called me that he lost Sunghyun and couldn’t find him. I quickly drove to the mall where they are. Sunghyun was only with Dongwoo since Howon had an emergency.

“Yah! what did I tell you about roaming around alone and leaving without saying anything. You made me and Dongwoo samchon really worried baby” I scolded him but hugged him tight nevertheless

“I’m sorry Appa~ Sunghyun-ie is sorry to Appa and Dongwoo samchon” he said pouting cutely and I can’t help but kiss his cheek again

“Don’t ever do that again okay?” I said and he nodded

“Do you want to eat something?” I added

“No, Sunghyun-ie is not hungry appa~ Namu bought me an ice cream” Sunghyun said smiling brightly. I raised my eyebrow and turned to Dongwoo

“Ahh, he’s probably that guy who brought him to the customer service, hyung” Dongwoo replied not really sure

“Who’s Namu baby? Was he the one who brought you to Dongwoo samchon” I asked curiously.

“Eung, Namu is good Appa~ he bought Sunghyun-ie ice cream when I wanted one. Namu is a funny guy appa~ even funnier than Sungyeol samchon and Dongwoo samchon. Sunghyun-ie likes Namu a lot. Can Sunghyun meet Namu again appa? Can I? Can I?” Sunghyun said hopefully

“Of course baby, as long as he’s a good guy you can meet him again” I said back

'I wonder who this Namu guy is; I hope I can meet him. I owe him one because he made Sunghyun safe and happy when he got lost'

The next day, after cooking breakfast for Sunghyun and me, I drove Sunghyun to the day care and told him to wait for his Imo noona to arrive and behave properly. Then I went to the office after, I arrived 30 minutes earlier than usual because I received an email from the admin last night that the new marketing manager will arrive early so that he won’t bother the workers at their time of work. I don’t know who the new marketing manager yet but I’m starting to like his attitude since he’s very professional and well-behaved.

“Hyung, the new marketing manager is already here, Bora and Taecyeon will introduce him to the employees he’s going to work with and then you can start orienting him with his work” Dongwoo informed me as we both fix our tie and waited for the new employee to arrive.

We are currently at the meeting room that was always used for important meetings with the higher ups.

“Hyung, remember his official start will be on Wednesday, not today so try to take it easy with him okay?” Dongwoo reminded me playfully and I glared at him

The door soon opened having Taecyeon and Bora entered followed by a man in a suit with his hair styled up and face that I haven’t seen for years but I know well enough even if he still had his head down.

As soon as he lifted his head up, our gazes locked with each other. He was mirroring my shocked expression; he probably didn’t expect we’d see each other as much as I did.

WOOHYUN'S POV

“You’ll definitely like it here, the employees here are very welcoming and hard-working” Bora said as she pressed the button with the number 7.

I thought my office would be at the 10th floor or up but luckily it wasn’t. 7th floor was still high but it’s bearable.

“Say Woohyun-ssi, do you drink soju?” Taecyeon asked and I had to chuckle because Bora glared at him

“Yah! It’s his first day, don’t influence him on your bad habits Taecyeon. Don’t mind him Woohyun-ssi” Bora told me

“It’s okay and yes, I do drink soju, but not a lot though I prefer wine and whisky. We can drink sometimes.” I said back as the elevator door opened. We went out of the lift and went to the meeting room where I’ll be meeting with the marketing director and the rest of the marketing department.

Bora opened the door, and then both she and Taecyeon went in first. I followed both of them inside. I noticed the unique design of the floor tiles in the said meeting room while I get in. However, I felt a piercing gaze directed to me so I quickly lifted my head up.

My eyes would have fallen out if they could because what I’m seeing or rather who I’m seeing is the least person I expected to see. I felt my heart skipped a beat as I realized we were staring right through each other’s eyes. He was shocked to see me as much as I was shocked to see him. Well who wouldn’t be?
