Nayeon was out in the cold streets, waiting for her cab to arrive.

It was late at night and she had just finished working. 

Her whole body felt sore and screamed tiredness, the only thing she truly wanted was to be back in the soft sheets of her bed, dreaming about her favourite person.

However, in order to do so, she had to wait for the cab she had called some minutes before leaving work and who seemed to be taking forever to arrive.

Nayeon wasn't one to be impatient, she had never been. 

But that day had been so stressful for her, getting scolded by her boss because of an article that she had written and which had been taken out of context wasn't something she was proud of and she was now craving for some peacefulness. 

Peacefulness that only her lover could provide her. 

But since she wasn't there, memories would be enough for her.

She sighed out in relief when she saw the cab approach her and didn't waste any time before getting in, leaving the coldness of the night behind.

Low music filled her ears and Nayeon felt like her heart had just forgotten how to beat properly when she recognised the song playing from the speakers as her lover's and her favourite song.

The one they had claimed as theirs.

As Gold by Hyomin played in the background, Nayeon looked out the cab's window with a nostalgic smile.

Perhaps, her lover wasn't physically with her anymore,  but she knew she was in her heart and mind every day.

That night, that was more than enough
