Jangjun’s POV

Afterschool, my friends and I are paddling ourselves home. Knowing my school is kinda near I decide to go to school with biking. On our way I see dad’s car and I see him hugging a girl?! I see it very clear it’s as if he’s flirting with her!

“Guys, I’m sorry I can’t make it today. I got stuff to do.” I told them

“Oh it’s fine.” Joochan said which I nod as I turn around and start to follow the car.

It maybe hard but I got the skills to cactch up though. There maybe car passing by but I make it anyways. But all my hardwork didn’t pay off succesfully as I did catch up because I lost balance and fall down on my ! Ugh, such a bummer!

Author’s POV

Mr. Lee who sees his son falling down from a bike panics as he stops his car and steps out of it.

“Jangjun! Are you okay?!” he asks full of worried and panic

“I’m fine.” Jangjun answers standing up compeletely and expect his father to ignore him but instead all he got is a scolding. 

“What-“

“What are you thinking?! You could’ve got hurt?!” Mr. Lee scolds

“Well don’t you think I’m hurt enough? Divorcing mom, letting us to live without her, and do you know what’s worse? You being with this lady inside the car being all lovey dovey while we all know you’re a divorced man!” Jangjun roast

“Watch your words, Lee Jangjun!” Mr. Lee scolds

“Sajang-nim-“ Secratary Kim was about to interject but Mr. Lee stops her

“It’s not your fault.” Mr. Lee said

“I can’t believe you step this low to actually date your own secratary. I’m dissapointed dad.” Jangjun said as he paddles away despite the pain on his leg

Chaewon’s POV

After school is here and now I’m waiting for my dad to come and get me. The first thing I knew it my classmate, Bomin is there.

“Hey Chaewon.” He greets

“Bomin.” I respond giving a smile in response

“Waiting for your parents huh?” he starts

“Yeah, you?” I answer

“Same. It might take a while because my mom works.” He said

“Oh my! Me too! My dad works so he’s a bit late.” I reply

Suddenly my dad’s car appear. I’m sad that I have to leave Bomin alone here but I have to go home anyways. Dad is waiting for me. Not to keep him waiting I wave goodbye at Bomin and enter the car.

“Is that your friend?” Dad asks as I finally close the car door

“Yes. His name is Bomin, he is such a nice person.” I answer

“I see.” Dad respond

Author’s POV

Meanwhile at home, Jangjun is packing his bag to run away from home. Luckily, Sungjong is not too late to stop him from running away. 

“Where are you going? Why are you packing your things?” she asks

“Because.” Jangjun answers

“Jangjun listen to me! Don’t you dare run away from this home! If you did where are you gonna stay?!” sungjong scolds worriedly

“I’ll stay with mom.” He answers

“Do you even know where she is right now?! I don’t. She doesn’t even reply my texts and emails!” Sungjong responds “please dont-“

Before Sungjong can even finish, Jangjun gets out of his room and out of the house. At the same time, Mr. Lee just arrived from taking Chaewon home. He gets out of his car and stares at his son.

“Where do you think you’re going?” he asks

“None of your business!” Jangjun snaps

“Running away from home?” Mr. Lee guesses

“Yes, and what are you gonna do about it?” he asks

“If you have a problem just talk about it peacefully. Running away is not a solution.” Mr. Lee answers

“A problem? Well let me expose your fakeness  to my sisters. I saw YOU in a CAR with your OWN seceratary, MAKING OUT!” Jangjun roast which earns him a slap on his face

“Watch your words, Lee Jangjun! Your mother and I do not raised you like this!” Mr. Lee scolds

“Oh so now you remember her. Good.” Jangjun said sarcastically

“Lee Jangjun!” Mr. Lee shouts again as Jangjun smirks in response

“Is that why the divorce happens? Because you fell in love with another woman?” Jangjun asks

“Jangjun, you got it all wrong! It was a misunderstanding!” Mr. Lee insists

“How is it a mis-“

“Jangjun! Stop it! I’m sure dad isn’t that kind of person!” Sungjong scolds as she is covering Chaewon’s ears the whole time

“Sungjong, get him in.” Mr. Lee asks which Sungjong nods as she brings her siblings inside her house

In Sungjong’s room, Jangjun lays down on his sister’s bed screeching in frustration.

“Ugh! I swear to God! This is so frustrating! I see it with my own eyes, noona! He was kissing that lady!” Jangjun exclaims

“Jangjun stop!” Sungjong scolds slapping him with her pillow

“But I saw it, with my own eyes!” Jangjun whines

“But did he really kiss her though?” Sungjong asks glaring at her brother

“Well not fully, but it looks like making out from behind.”

Hearing that answer, Sungjong has reached her snapping point as she pulls her brother’s ear

“Ouch! Noona! Stop it!!!” Jangjun whines

“I told you not to assume things!” Sungjong scolds

Their banther continues until her bedroom door is open. Turns out it’s Chaewon holding her bunny plushie

“Eonnie, oppa. May I sleep the night here?” she asks

Sungjong’s eyes softens and a smile forms on her face.

“Of course you can.” Sungjong said as she pats her bed to let Chaewon sit

Chaewon runs to the bed and jumps on it shocking Jangjun who is trying to sleep

“What the heck, Chaewon?!” he shouts

“That’s what you get for assuming negative things, oppa!” she sassed out earning a giggle from Sungjong and a groan of frustration from Jangjun

“I saw-“

“Shut up!” Sungjong snaps before finally laughing

“Just don’t do it again, stupid.” She finally says as she ruffles her brother’s hair

“Aish noona!” whines Jangjun

“Deal with it you naughty kid!” Sungjong laughs as she and Chaewon attacks Jangjun with tickles as his punishment for trying to run away from home.
