Hey remember this page?? Last time I updated this we were in a different year, the passage of time is wild.
Anyway, Important update! I'm changing the way voting works just a smidge! You can now vote 7 times a week, spread out however you like. If you want to drop a 7 vote bomb at midnight on monday, go for it! If you wanna spread out your votes in case you change your mind, also go for it!
That will hopefully make it easier for people who don't have as much time on their hands to drop multiple votes at once and get their votes weighing as much as everyone else's. Hope it helps!

Hey guys! Just wanted to announce that all of the girls' profiles are now on reddit! A character page here will follow as soon as I'm done with it, hopefully it will only take a few days!
Meanwhile I'm gonna take a week or so for story planning before I'll start writing but this story should be starting soon, and until then you can make threads or comment on reddit and keep each other hype <3
I also wanted to announce that for everyone character who's not a main, their skill level might very well get a downgrade. The reason for this is that 27/50 apps, that is over half of them, were character with main-level twins. That's nuts! And that's not counting the extras who were supposed to be main level. I counted the amount of main vocalist there are and it's 21/99. That's a fourth of all contestants being amazing singers! That's super unbalanced!
So basically, their actual skill level will depend on the auditions that I have been able to match and what the story demands but don't be surprised if your character or the company extras aren't as skilled as you originally envisioned them, okay?

Here we are! We've made it to the end of the apply period. I'll leave the review page up for another day or so for the last review, and then this page will be squeaky clean and ready for some action.
So what's going to happen now, you ask?
Keep an eye on the reddit page, over the next three days I'm going to start uploading lists the girls who made it, Produce style. I'll also make a not there which of the characters announced will be a main character and which will be side characters. If you're not around the reddit, don't fret, when all of them have been announced I'll open a full contestants page here on AFF.
Now if your character is not a main, don't fret! I've gotten exactly 50 apps, which is insane! but I only have room (for the sake of my sanity) for 15-18 mains. Now the deal with the mains is they will be the ones who will get point of views in the behind the scenes chapters, but some of them might get very little screentime in the episodes (hell, Forgotten!) while side characters might get a lot of screentime in the episodes. Just because your character isn't a main doesn't mean they won't be around. I'm going to try to give everyone their due and some side characters might end up getting much more episode screentime than some mains.
I'm also not gonna lie and say some of the screentime won't depend on your own activity on the story and the reddit. I'm writing this story for all of you and if someone bounces because their character is a main then I'd much rather devote that screentime to someone's character who is active in the story and the reddit community and is having fun. So if you're having fun on the reddit page and you're active with discussions and roleplaying that will have its own reward.

Hi guys! There's a few days until the deadline so it's time to check in! How are those who are still working on an app doing? Is anyone in need of extensions? I'm willing to give a few days of extension past the Aug 15 deadline so let me know how much you'll require.

Hey guys! I've got a lot of great apps so far, thank you all for the fantastic response to this fic! So without further ado the Deadline will be August 15th! That leaves two and a half weeks to get your apps in before we can start this crazy ride. I hope you guys are excited as I am!
P99 - Where are they now posted! I tried to make it as clear as possible, the bottom TLDR is especially for anyone coming in for D4U who hasn't a clue what we're talking about xD But some chaos is inevitable when dealing with like 99 girls. Hope everyone is happy with their character's near futures!
