She knows my name?
Just a line awayByul’s pov
Im Moonbyul, 18 year old student, an extremely introvert. A loner in school but hey I do have close friends.
“Wheein in the house YoYo~” my mobile croaked, breaking my morning silence even before the first sunray can enter my bedroom.
Fishing my mobile from night stand, with closed eyes, I groaned irritably, “Wheepup, you know what time it is?”
“Byul! Where the heck are you?” The loud voice burst out and brought damage to my sensitive ears.
“What the heck! SLEEPING!” unable to control my exasperation, I let it out.
“I told you to come to club, right? Wae are you at home?”
Yes, this is my best friend, my roommate, Jung Wheein. She is my childhood friend and that is wae she is able to be my friend. She is not an extremely extrovert but compare to me, she certainly is one. She likes to go to club and meets people. I know she is trying to help me to be more social able. Her favourite saying, “No man should be living alone.” But hey I remembered when I last checked, Im still a woman. XD
Heaving a deep breath, rubbing my forehead, I apologised, “Im sorry, my goldfish brain forget to update me. I was preparing my papers for my test and suddenly felt tired, so I went to bed.” I lied and my hand s to the back of my neck and rubbed it, a sign I displayed when Im lying. Luckily Wheein did not see me now.
“Ok then. Hey, do close the windows tonight as the weather forecast warned about a stormy night!” She instructed and dropped the call.
Wait! Stormy night? Does it mean?
Rolling off my queen size bed that took almost more than half of my bedroom, I reached my curtain in no time. Closing my eyes in case of the blazing sun, I drew the heavy curtains and found myself staring at the beautiful night sky with bright full moon and stars standing in their places as if chit chatting while twinkling. Other than sleeping, glazing at the night sky is my other hobby. Maybe cos my name is Moonbyul and byul mean star so I have a natural inclination to these awesome nature creations.
Just at this moment, lightning flashes and next I heard screams. Dumbfounded, I waited and heightened my ears to listen.
“Hubby, get the torchlight. The lightning just struck our build
