Tiffany was admitted into hospital when she was 18 because of her over protective mother. She had fell unconscious from dehydration and her mother insisted on her staying in the hospital over night just to be on the safe side. While she spent her night at the hospital she met another girl who shared the same ward as her. To her surprise the girl warned her not to eat any hospital food and instead, took her out to a restaurant instead.

After having a satisfying lunch the girl and Tiffany sneak back in to their rooms. To their dismay they were not gone unnoticed. The nurse gave the girl a good lecture before they were able to go back.

The next morning Tiffany was packing up and getting ready to go home. Before the girl left Tiffany made a promise that she would visit her whenever she was free.

Unfortunately Tiffany moved to America soon after she came back from hospital.

Three years later they were able to meet again. To Tiffany's surprise the girl was still in hospital after three long years.

As the two spend their time together in the hospital they begin to develop feelings which are deeper then friendship
