 I looked away and tears started falling from my eyes.

3 years later.

He was a sanctuary a perfect remedy for my soul that forgotten how to breathe.

With my lips that used to kiss you, I call your name "Chanyeol... Park Chanyeol"

With my eyes that refuse to see you, I let you dive into my gaze again "Hey"

"Baek, Let's Go?" 

"Yeah let's go"

Taeyeon pulls Baekhyun closer to her and he lets her hold his hand.

"It's been a while right?"

"What?"

"I mean it's been a while here in Korea," Taeyeon asks Baekhyun. "Are you nervous about your speech, Baek its just you saying to everyone that you are back, nothing to get nervous about," Taeyeon lets out a chuckle.

"How long... how long I've been gone?" Baekhyun says studying the whole place. 

"Hmm... 3 years, I think. Baek pull yourself together and let's go," Taeyeon gently smiles at Baekhyun and with a heavy heart Baekyhun returns the gaze.

"I thought he is not coming back," Chanyeol talks to himself with his eyes glued on his watch.

"Lord Chanyeol, I hope this news doesn't shock you that much but in addition to Byun's son coming back to Korea is his intention, to tighten Korea's security in confidential information. Your father wanted to meet you about this, he wanted you to be ready to take extra precautions," Suho, Chanyeol's personal secretary and the only person he trusts, informed Chanyeol.

"Looks like this is going to be a long night, Hyung let's go to a bar after this, and by the way, you can't say no," Chanyeol convinces Suho. Suho nods and smiles a little to Chanyeol.

Everyone is in awe as they listen to the Byun's Heir speech. He wasn't just a smart kid but he is also one fine man. He is a charmer as he smiles a little bit within his speech. His dark navy blue tuxedo and his shining eyes match the beauty of the night. No human can just let alone listen to him, they are all also in awe to smile.

Baekhyun goes down the stage as he composes himself again at the backstage. Taeyeon leans closer to him, whispering few words, "At this rate you can just be an idol or an actor, everyone is glued to you," she lets out a chuckle as she teases Baekhyun.

"Thanks, Tae," Baekhyun leans closer to gently kiss Taeyeon on her temple. Taeyeon genuinely smiles at him.

Baekhyun went outside the backstage and put on his fake smile as he actively talks to any random human who wants his attention. Baekhyun isn't a fan of loud crowds. He just hated it.

Taeyeon is also a stunner, everyone likes the sight of them being together.

The party ended.

Baekhyun plops his body on the couch as he rests his head on the edge of the sofa.

"So it looks like you are too tired to go to the after party, I will call Leeteuk to tell we are not coming anymore," Taeyeon is about to dial Leeteuk's number when Baekhyun grabs her hand.

"10 minutes, give me 10 minutes then let's go," Baekhyun closes his eyes gathering his strength.

"Then I'll excuse myself for a while, don't fall asleep, it will be hard for me to wake you up," Taeyeon says as she went outside. Baekhyun nods assuring Taeyeon he heard her.

As he closes his eyes his thoughts start to wander.

"Yah... Park Chanyeol, I heard you reject my friend's friend because he said he likes you," Baekhyun stood still as he tries to intimidate the tall boy in front of him.

"Why? He is a guy, I'm not gay" Chanyeol briefly explain himself piercing his eyes to the smaller boy.

"Wh..What's wrong with being gay, you should have... rejected him properly, We are all human here, falling in love is for everyone. You should have rejected him in a nice way. Hear that in a nice way... a nice... way" Baekhyun keeps on stuttering as he talks something so gibberish and repetitive.

"That's what I did," Chanyeol walks out leaving Baekhyun in embarrassment.

Baekhyun sighs to himself. "Aishhh, Byun Baekhyun here we go again with your impulsive ," Baekhyun smacks his forehead and turned around finding Chanyeol judging him.

"You are defending him, are you also gay?" Chanyeol furrows.

Baekhyun is startled by his question... and proudly composes himself. He put his diva mode on and blurted out some nonsense, "and what if I am?"

Chanyeol smirks down. "Okay," Chanyeol turns around and leaves.

"What did you say Baekhyun, I'm dead! ing dead!!!" Baekhyun is sure to himself that he is going to throw himself in the water after that.

Baekhyun isn't gay but he just doesn't want to feel defeated that's why he admitted some weird stuff but it looks like its a total knockout for him.

After that incident, Baekhyun made sure that he will avoid that weird tall guy. No, actually he is the weird one here. 

"You seem wary these past few days, what's wrong?" 

"Nothing just don't feel like being here"

Yes, Baekhyun what a lame excuse.

Park Chanyeol is the school's biggest school loner. Well, that is what everyone thinks of him. He has the good looks, talent and all the qualities of being famous but weird rumors keep on surrounding him. Rumors like he is a son of a notoriously rich mafia, his family is involved in underground business and many more. Chanyeol has a good personality, and he is open in socializing but after finding out that weird rumors about him are already well-spread, he just gave up his social life and focuses himself on studying. He admits to himself that he is not the brightest student but whenever he tries his best he can really ace his test but there is one person he can't beat, the school sunshine boy, Byun Baekhyun. 

Byun Baekhyun would be probably every teenage boy's dream, well not him but his life. He is from a well known rich family and everyone likes him. With his beautiful smile and welcoming personality, everyone wants to be his friend and definitely with that outgoing personality, he is also an impulsive human being.

"What did you say, Minseok?"

"Everything is just a dare"

"What, what dare?" Baekhyun is overly confused.

"I just happened to beat Minseok in a game and he chooses dare, rather than to buy me a new gaming laptop, he chose to just confess to Park Chanyeol," Jongdae explained to Baekhyun.

"What when did this happened?"

"You were away at that time for a quiz bee contest in Ilsan," Minseok answered.

"But its okay now, we are officially dating now that's why..."

"Wait what? You used Park Chanyeol for a damn dare, did you apologize?" 

"Why? He is the school loner, he can't go around telling people about Minseok," Jongdae taps Baekhyun's back.

"Well, I don't mind people knowing about my uality, it's not like I owe them," Minseok shrugs things off.

"Guys, you are not getting my point, you used a human being, human feelings to play around"

"Baek, actually I don't understand you, Chanyeol with a straight face rejected me, saying he isn't into this, so there are no feelings played around, yes... it's a human"

"But still, you should have, Ughh... Never Mind!" Baekhyun grabbed his bag and left.

He is staring at nothing. It was a really absurd moment for Baekhyun. He thought he was just defending his friend but turns out he messed up again.

"Yah... Park Chanyeol," Baekhyun bites his lips.

This will be the last time you will look dumb in front of Park Chanyeol, Baekhyun thought to himself.

"Why?" Chanyeol tried his hardest not to smile, the smaller boy is trying to act cool in front of him again but he just looks cute.

"I'm sorry," Baekhyun look into Chanyeol's eyes with sincerity. "Okay that's all," Baekhyun felt so shy after saying those words. Chanyeol looked so shocked by his words and Baekhyun is bright red now. He was about to leave when he felt a cold hand on his wrist.

Baekhyun turned around finding an innocent smirk from Park Chanyeol.

"Tell me, this won't be the last time you will talk to me," Park
