The night was no more young but Nayeon could not sleep. Suddenly, she remembered something called television which was a danger to the wizard world. She went to the living room, realizing that she saw one of them. It was pitch black. How could she believe that that thing had magical powers, powerful enough to stalk them.

Just when she decided to investigate it,

"Arrghhh!!!"

She shouted out of fright. That thing lit up and Nayeon saw a couple of humans speaking. She thought that they were captured. She had to save them, even if she had to reveal her identity. She pulled her wand out. At that moment, she heard a laugh  from behind.

She turned around, only to see Jeongyeon laughing, holding her belly.

"Yah! What's so funny?"

"I'm sorry. What are you doing near the TV? Playing?" Jeongyeon asked while trying to hold her laughter in.

Nayeon just rolled her eyes. She then saw something in Jeongyeon's hand. She did something with it, which caused the said TV to turn black again.

"Is that a wand?" She asked.

Jeongyeon laughed again. "Arasso. Stop joking now. You're really funny. I like magic, too. But you are way too into it. This is just a remote control, not a wand."

Jeongyeon took a seat on the sofa. Nayeon sat beside her. She now had decided to ask the younger girl about the TV.

"So, did that thing capture the mortals?"

"It's just a TV. It can neither capture people nor do any weird stuff. I can't believe you are asking me this! Are you sure you didn't live in a cave?"

It was when Nayeon remember mortals didn't know that the wizard world existed.

"I was just kidding." She said.

She observed Jeongyeon's face for quite a while. "You cried!"

"No, I didn't."

"It wasn't a question. It was a statement. You did cried."

"Hmm...... I miss my wife."

"I'm really sorry. I didn't think seeing me will make you miss her more. I didn't mean to do this."

"To tell you the truth, I could feel you are not her."

"Yes. I can't be her. So, focus more on your daughter. She may not seem to need you but deep down, she needs you more than anyone else. I can feel it."

'I know that feeling. I have both my parents around me but one of them likes me and the other thinks that I'm her sister.' Those were the words left unsaid to Jeongyeon.

"It isn't as easy as it seems. Whenever I see Chaeyoung, I miss Momo. And the pain.... it starts haunting me again."

Nayeon sighed. After a short moment, Jeongyeon said, "Let's take a walk outside for a while."

Jessica was at Yerin's apartment. Yoona was asleep by the time she left her house.

"What do you want, Yerin-ah?"

"I can't have her. And that's so frustrating."

"Didn't you tell the media that you guys are getting married? Then, she is trapped. You got her."

"Make the potion for me."

Jessica knew what 'the potion' meant. "I can't. I need three wizards. And you know I can only do hand magic."

"Aish.. What about Yoona? She is a wizard, too."

"I don't even know if she is the Yoona I used to know. She can be a mortal. Besides, she doesn't even have a wand."

"So do you mean the name and the looks are pure coincidence?" Yerin was getting angry.

"Even if Yoona is a wizard, I still can't make the potion. I need three wizards. Why don't you try by yourself?"

"You know I can't. Witchcraft will only make things worse."

Pure wizards and witches were a mismatch. However, Jessica was half-wizard half-mortal. On the other hand, Yerin was half-witch half-mortal. And that was the reason they are friends.

"Then, do the blackmail thing that mortals always do. Find something precious from Jeongyeon that you can control. Something she tries to hide."

"Something she tries to hide? What is it?"

"I don't know, duh. That's what you should find out."

"You're right. Come!" Yerin took her broom and said.

"Where the heck are we going?"

"Where we can find out everything about Jeongyeon, of course."

"Shouldn't we use my car instead of your broom?" Jessica was already on the broom but she asked, nonetheless.
 

Frankly, she did not like brooms. Only witches use brooms while she was a wizard. Riding a broom made her feel like she was a witch, like she didn't belong to the wizard family anymore.

"Sica-ah, to invesigate about someone, we are not to meet her. We are to stalk her."

"Umm...... you're right."

A moment later,

"Found her! She is with a girl, a pretty one!" At this rate, we can consider that Jessica simply liked irritating her friend.

"Why is she with that dumb girl again?"

"Again? What do you mean again?"

"That stupid girl is the one who made my clothes dirty with her ice-cream. She is the one who hugged my Jeongyeon, too."

They then landed.

"Hold this and wait here." Yerin pushed her broom towards Jessica.

"Wait! What are you going to do? I thought you said that we are stalking Jeongyeon, not meeting her."

"I have to teach that girl a lesson."

"Are you going to curse her?!"

Yerin just smiled, and Jessica had a very, bad feeling.
