It was ten minutes to twelve. Jeongyeon looked at the two people sleeping.  The night was dark and for some reasons, she could not even close her eyes. She was scared of the problems that could possiblly show up out of nowhere the next morning. Another thing, she was scared that Nayeon might disappear once she closed her eyes.

Chaeyoung was sleeping between Nayeon and herself. The child was so happy that she was smiling in her sleep.

"Why aren't you sleeping?" asked Nayeon with her eyes closed, successfully making Jeongyeon shocked.

"Are you awake? Or are you talking in your sleep?"

"I'm awake. And I know you are looking at me." Nayeon opened her eyes suddenly.

Jeongyeon looked away. "No, I wasn't." She then stood up.

She just could not sleep. Her mind was full of fear, insecurity and worries about what might happen later. Overall, she was over-thinking. She stood near the window and looked outside. The next day would be full moon day. And so the sky was clear.

"You are confused." stated Nayeon.

She was right. There were too many things in Jeongyeon's mind. There were many things that she feared. She wanted to cry. But at the same time, she didn't want to. Simply, she was lost. At that moment, she truly wanted to disappear, disappear from the world. She couldn't find what she needed the most, comfort. Then, she felt a pair of arms hugging her from behind.

"Don't think too much. No matter what happens, I'll stick with you. Always."

The words Nayeon said were simple. However, they were warm enough to bring Jeongyeon comfort. She turned around and pulled Nayeon closer. She knew that the latter was not her wife. And she knew that it isn't fair for Nayeon if Nayeon was in love with her. But she needed her very much.

"Why are you crying?"

"Whatever you do, I see her in you."

"If you can be happy, let me be her. I don't like seeing you in such a state like this. I don't know why but this place hurts." Nayeon said, pointing at her heart. "I don't know, Jeongyeon-ah. I'm confused. My heart feels like it knows you. And I want to be with you and Chaeyoung forever."

"I feel the same, too."

The two looked at each other.

"What should we do? They won't let you fall in love with anyone. Falling in love with you is forbidden. But my heart wants you."

Jeongyeon couldn't understand her. "What are you talking about? Why can't you love me? And who are 'they'? "

"Things do not exist the way you see, Jeongyeon. There are many things undiscovered in this world. But I still love you even if my love is forbidden. Do you love me the same?"

"Nayeon-ah, I don't know what you are trying to say. Besides, are you sure you love me?"

"I've never been this sure, Jeongyeon-ah."

"I don't want this relationship to be unfair for you. Yes, I want to be with you. But it is because I see her you. And that's wrong."

Nayeon sighed and held her head low.

"I understand. It's all an act."

"I'm really sorry."

"But I'll still be your wife even when all the act is done." Nayeon said and hugged Jeongyeon. She leaned her head on the latter's chest.

"Can you promise me that you will be a good wife for me?"

"Naye-"

"Just say yes. It's all I want to hear."

"Arrasso. I'll be a good wife."

Jeongyeon hugged her back. A minute later, Nayeon looked at her, eyes wide in a cute way.

"What?"

"My parents..... kiss in such a sweet moment like this."

Jeongyeon swallowed her spit.

"But the last time we did it, you fainted."

"I didn't know why I fainted, but that's not gonna happen again, I guess."

"Are you serious about me kissing you?"

"Wae? Don't you want to? You said that you'll be a good wife. " She pouted after winking at the boyish girl in front of her.

"Hey, being a good wife has no concern with kissing you, missy."

"Your kiss makes me happy. That's why."

"Fine. Close your eyes." Nayeon closed her eyes almost immediately.

"Yah!!!" The bunny was pouting.

"Shush!! Chaeyoung is sleeping," said Jeongyeon. "You're cute." she continued.
She then held Nayeon's face and kissed her lips. Nayeon held Jeongyeon's neck and pulled her closer.

And Jeongyeon hugged Nayeon's waist in return, resulting the two bodies perfectly close and tight. She stopped when she felt Nayeon's hands were no longer pulling her neck.

"Wae?" It was when Jeongyeon realized Nayeon's weak face and pale lips.

"Dunno."

Jeongyeon carried her to the bed in bridal style.

"Hey, stay with me." She told Jeongyeon and pulled her causing her to lie beside Nayeon. Nayeon then used Jeongyeon's arm as a pillow.

"Are you feeling unwell?"

"Ani. I don't think so."

"It's weird. Do you have some kind of disease that drains your energy whenever someone kisses you?"

"I don't know. As I told you, things do not exist the way you see. However, I still want to kiss you even if it drains my energy."

Jeongyeon laughed. "You are weak now. And you still talk crazy. How cute! Now, go to sleep."

"Sing me a song."

"Why should I?"

"Didn't you say you're famous? Famous people sing. And I'm your fan for life. So, you should sing me a song."

"You and your logic...." Jeongyeon laughed softly and started singing. Nayeon fell asleep even before the former finished singing one song.

"Thanks for making me happy." She kissed the sleeping girl's forehead.

Taeyeon ordered Sunny and Sooyoung to follow Nayeon.

"The princess has fallen in love with Jeongyeon. It's too late now, Sunny-ah." Sooyoung said.

"It has been too late since the beginning. The heart never forgets, you know." Taeyeon had told Sunny everything and she was not surprised to see the couple kiss.

"What do you mean?"

"Nayeon's first love is Jeongyeon. And Jeongyeon's wife, or Chaeyoung's mom is the Momo we know. There can't be another Momo in this world who looks exactly the same as ours, right?"

"What??!"

"It's true. And don't you dare tell the princess. Or else, the Queen and the Lady will punish you, severely." Sunny said with an evil smile.

"I won't. Tell me more about this."

"It's all I know. The Queen didn't tell me the details."

"Then why is she letting the princess live here, knowing that things like this can happen?"

"You know the princess. If the Queen doesn't let her easily, she'll find a hard way. And so, the Queen let her go, making rules. The princess, however, won't follow them, I believe."

"Of course, Nayeon is Nayeon. She has her own meaning of 'rules'."

"Rules are meant to be broken, she thinks."

"Umm.... what are we gonna do now? I.. I don't know exactly but they've been kissing for long."

"The princess is happy with her. Too bad they can't be together."

"Which means, we're not telling the Queen?"

"One thing is for sure. Nayeon know that she has to let Jeongyeon go soon. We should let her be with the one she loves, for now."

"Oh, and since Chaeyoung is Momo's daughter, she must be a wizard."

"A half-wizard." Sunny corrected. "And she will remain as a mortal if her powers don't come to surface. That's likely to happen because her human side is stronger now." She continued.

Sunny and Sooyoung were sitting on the branch of a tree where they could see Nayeon and Jeongyeon.

But suddenly,

"Witch!" Both wizards said in unison. The looked around, trying to find one.

"Since tomorrow is the full moon day, they must be finding a place to hide." Sooyoung said.

Witches could not touch the full moon's light directly. When they do, they can't hide their ugly appearance anymore. Moreover, their chants would go wrong and hurt themselves. That was why they need a place to hide.

Being a witch is difficult, after all. Sunny had never seen a true face of a witch in real life but she had read in books. They said that the witches looked like monsters.

"Down there!" Sooyoung said, looking at the gate.

It was sure that person was a witch. She was wearing a black cloak and holding a broom.

"Let's attack her." Sooyoung said.

She was about to pull her wand out when Sunny stopped her.

"She didn't do anything dangerous. We can't attack her. Besides, we can't start a fight where mortals can see us!"
"Okay. It has been long since the last war and I just miss those times."

"A war is not always the answer for everything."

"And intelligence, also, is not always the answer for everything."

Sunny rolled her eyes.

"What is she doing?" Sunny pointed at the witch who was wandering around the house.

"She's marking a square."

"Isn't that place too obvious to be a square? Those who come to Mrs. Yoo's house will have to go through that square and thus, she'll be able to track all of them."

"We have to destroy it."

"You go destroy it." Sunny said.

"What?! Then what will you do?!"

"I'll follow that witch."

"Whoa... how about this? You destroy the square and I'll follow her."

"Why are you always opposing me?!" Sunny narrowed her eyebrows.

"You always make decisions alone without discussing with me! So you are the one who is opposing me."

"Seriously, Choi Sooyoung! Why can't you just do as I say?!"

"You are being bossy here!!..... Wait a minute...... where did the witch go?"

Sunny looked at the place where the witch was supposed to be. Yep. No one was there.

"This is your fault. Only if you stuck to my plan, we would have found out by now what she is trying to do." Sunny nagged at Sooyoung.
