Day 78.

Monday really has that effect to everyone at the office. Hyoyeon and Wendy haven’t had their morning networking—their term for gossip—yet, they haven’t left their chair for a minute. Even Shindong and Jackson have their eyes stuck on their screen, there’s some invisible mental collapse that prevent them to invent a new office game.

And it’s not that different for Taeyeon. After quick discussion with Kyungsoo, she’s stuck with Hyungsik for an afternoon meeting’s preparation. Hyungsik was talking to himself in the middle of brainstorming when Bora and Henry ran towards Changmin as if they just saw a ghost.

“You are not gonna believe who we saw downstairs!”

A client from Singapore just sent an important email, so the man was only half aware, “If it’s not Coldplay, I’m not even listening.”

The words offended Henry to the bones, so Bora takes the matter on her own hand and punished the clueless man with a quick slap at the back of his head.

“Good grace! What was that?!”

“Why so loud?! It’s friggin Monday! Don’t even start!”

Hyungsik stopped scribbling on the blue print, annoyed with the warn, “And he’s the one who’s being loud. Everyone in this office has something wrong in their brain.”

He gives Taeyeon his trademark side eyes, she just shrugged and returned to the chaotic sketches she had on her paper, “You’re lucky you’re cute. Where’s the plantation map, by the way?”

“It’s not here?” Taeyeon flipped some paper and couldn’t find the said file, “Let me check at my desk.”

Kyuhyun still screams from the pantry direction with Minho follows behind him, bunch of paper on one hand and a cup of coffee on the other. They seems pretty bummed with whatever they had prior and decided to move to Minho’s desk.

The culprit smirks and casually drags a stool to sit next to Minho, not even feels guilty and proceed with the construction report before him. Amidst all the hassle, he still greets Taeyeon even without looking at her direction.

“Both of you seems have nothing to do?”

The cynical words reminds Bora on something. She quickly nudges Henry and the man nods frantically, “Ummm, Minho.”

The man doesn’t even lift his head from the meeting notes he wrote last week.

The whole room went silent. Changmin’s jaw dropped before he turned his head to the source of the thunder. Bora and Henry look at each other before scrammed instantly to their respective desk. Taeyeon can see Sunny peeked from the copy room to check out the shenanigans better but quickly back to her business after seeing what seems about to happen.

From the entrance, a beautiful woman—perfect wavy hair, glowing tanned skin, rosy lips, big eyes—marched towards Minho’s cubicle. Once she’s getting closer, Taeyeon can see the bump in her stomach yet the lady manages her balance perfectly on a pair of peach suede heels. Her face looks familiar, I think I saw her before but where?

She starts smacking Minho with her purse repeatedly, making Kyuhyun flinched on every single hit.
