~Yumi~

I was staring at the two feet that seemed to take a very long time to just approach me and help me. Shouldn't that person be running towards me?

I started to cough even more and my head started to hurt since I was upside down.

I was about to call for help when I looked at the direction where the person was coming from. He suddenly stopped, and he looked like he spun around and in the blink of an eye, he was gone. I gasped and covered my mouth and nose in shock as I tried to recall the moment the person disappeared. I didn't even see the person moving, running away with its feet. He just spun around and in the next second he was gone.

I started to cry as I wanted to get out of here. What the hell was that ?! And why did it have to happen today?

I started to panic as I realized that I wouldn't be able to get out of the car cause it started to smell weird

"Someone.. please.." I started to cry as I in panic tried to get the seatbelt to release me

I can't die now.. I just can't.. I

"YUMI!!!"

My heart skipped a beat as I saw JaeJoong hoovering himself down and looked inside the car and he looked terrified

"JAEJOONG! PLEASE!!" I started to cry even more, relieved that someone was here

"YUNHO!" JaeJoong shouted

In panic I kept fickling with the seatbelt but it was most likely impossible and the smell of gas was getting stronger

"JaeJoong, please.. the gas... car" I sobbed hardly

"Yumi, stay calm, I'll get you out" JaeJoong said and looked at me

"Yunho suddenly appeared on the other side of the car and he was able to crawl himself in

"Yumi, I need you to put your hands on the roof and put all of your strength into it, as if you're doing gymnastics okay?" Yunho said calmly

I nodded in pani while crying and just wanted him to help me out of here

I closed my eyes and did as he said and I heard a breaking sound and then the sudden click sound of the seatbelt releasing me

JaeJoong then stretched out for me and soon enough I was out of the car, in JaeJoong's arms and he then carried me away from the car hurriedly.

The head was protesting, as if someone was banging my head, screaming nonstop for the banging to stop but it refused too. I felt somewhat heavy as if my body had turned into a heavy statue made out of stone and I felt some parts of my body, aching

I opened my eyes to look up into a brown ceiling, with a crown hanging from the middle. The scent soon enough filled up my nose and I recognized the bed, the shelves, bathroom, closet, couch and table

I sat up slowly as I tried to recall how I ended up in JaeJoong's room again after leaving them. I immediately started to feel dizzy as I sat up so I crouched forward as I was holding my head with both of my hands, groaning and sighing

"Yumi?"

JaeJoong's voice was soon filling up the room and he entered with a tray, hurriedly running over to my side

"JaeJoong.. How.. when.."

"Hey easy now. You ... uhm.. were a part of a car accident not too long ago" JaeJoong explained and looked at me

Flashbakcs returned and I gasped for air in shock as I felt my eyes getting teary allover again and I covered my mouth as I tried to understand what had just happened

"Hey hey.. Everything's alright okay? You're safe" JaeJoong hushed me

"JaeJoong.. there was someone out there.. Someone... that didn't even help me" I stuttered and looked at him

"What are you talking about?" He asked seriously

"I.. I .. don't know.. I flipped.. the car.. just lost its control... but I was driving really safely.. and.."

"Yumi.. Easy.. Breathe.." JaeJoong said

I started to feel frustrated and I didn't know why I was getting all worked up. It was something weird out there, that person.. why didn't he help me? He was walking like he was out on his evening walk.. He must have heard me screaming cause he didn't seem to be far away and not to mention that... the car flipped over right in front of him

"Yumi.. what did you see?" JaeJoong asked me calmly and looked at me gently

"I.. saw a person.. but.. he didn't help me.." I stuttered and looked at JaeJoong

"What person? You remember anything about him?"

"No.. he was just walking JaeJoong. Just walking.. He must have seen me flipping, losing the control over the car and it was right in front of him but he.. didn't run over to help me. He was walking towards me.. calmly.. I..." I stammered

JaeJoong hushed me once more and comforted me and tried to help me get rid of the panic that I was getting all the time

"Just relax. Everything's fine.. "

After 30 minutes I was calm, I had some water and the banging inside of my head was finally gone. I tried to think about the car accident again but I couldn't help but to think about that person who was awkwardly stupid. Not only did he not help me but.. he saw everything, why didn't he at least RUN to me to see if I was okay? That is what any human would do right?

"Yumi.. here" JaeJoong said and gave me some tea

I smiled at him weakly as I accepted the cup and took a sip, immediately feeling even more calm and relaxed. This tea was almost like magic

"Do you feel better now?" He asked

"No" I mumbled

"Are you hurt anywhere?" He asked

He took the cup backa nd put it on the nightdesk and I stretched my arms out, but flinched back at the pain of my left arm. It felt like something was ripped or burst

"I don't think.. it's broken" I mumbled as JaeJoong came closer to see what I flinched about

"You're sure.. yo.."

He cut off in the middle of his sentence and looked at me and then at my arm. I looked at him confused to see what was bothering him that suddenly just appeared out of nowhere

"You're okay...?" I asked and looked at him

He took a step back and spun around, to take the towel from the bowl with hot water

"Are you bleeding?" He asked calmly

I decided to take off the jacket, and then I took off my sweater to see myself having a huge wound on my elbow

"Ouch.." I stuttered as I saw small drips of blood zipping and running down the arm

JaeJoong walked over to me, slowly and handed me the wet towel and I accepted it, still focused on my wound

"You should.. clean it... up" JaeJoong coughed

I finished cleaning it up and I looked up again to see JaeJoong leaning over the desk where he had the bowl with water and he seemed to be very distracted and somewhat uncomfortable

"Hey... are you.. okay?" I asked and got out of bed and got closer to him

I slowly walked up on him from behind and when I was about to put the towel in the bowl he immediately stepped away, not facing me and walking towards the door

"I'll be back soon"

I ran downstairs, silently, nothing could be heard, light as a feather, quiet as a mouse and you couldn't even see the trace of me disappearing

I hurried downstairs and didn't stop until I was in the kitchen to face the other guys who was discussing tonight's vampire

"Jae?" Junsu asked

"Blood.. she.. was bleeding" I breathed heavily as I tried to control myself

"Deep breath.. Your face..." Yunho mumbled

I walked over to the zink and saw my reflection in the dim window to only see my eyes pitch dark as the night, black bloodveins stretching out from my eyes down and around my face, especially the eyes area and my veins on my throat was blood red. The two front teeth was also there, longer than the others and I could feel that I wanted to growl angrily, as I was trying to fight back the desire of wanting to drink her blood

"Easy now" Yoochun said

I took a deep breath, closed my eyes and inhaled at least 5 deep breaths before opening my eyes again. My face was normal.... for now

"Anything?" I sighed and spun around to face them

"Nothing, he was fast" Yoochun said

"He must have made her flip over with her car on purpose in order to feed on her" Changmin mumbled

"I don't think it's safe for her to go home" Yoochun said

"Seems like we destroyed his night snack" Yunho said

"We can't force her to stay here" I mumbled

"But we can ask her right? I'm sure she's really tired and exhausted at the moment and just wants to rest. Besides, it's saturday tomorrow. Maybe she can come up with a lie" Changmin said

"I don't think it's safe for her to go home but it's not safe for her to stay here as well" I said and looked at them seriously

"He has a point" Junsu agreed

"We should know better than having a human in the house" I said and took a glass of alcohol. I really needed it to endure my craving

"Then what should we do?" Changmin asked

"Take her home and someone can guard outside her house. And somehow hint her that she should not invite anyone that she doesn't know, into the house" Yunho suggested

"She will get suspicious" I said and looked at them

"How? It's pretty obvious that you just don't invite anyone into the house right?" Yunho said

"She saw him" I said and folded my arms over the chest

I noticed that I got the guy's attention

"She saw him coming towards her but he didn't run or show any signs of wanting to help her. He was walking towards her but I guess he disappeared when he heard us coming" I said

"" Yoochun cursed

"What now?" Junsu asked

"Shh.. we're not alone" Changmin said

All of us walked out of the kitchen just to meet Yumi in the hallway, dressed with the sweater and jacket on now so there was no blood to be seen. How unfortunate for us since we could smell it. I saw the other guys flinch at the strong blood scent of hers

"Hey .. I was just.. looking for you.." She said a bit uncomfortable

"You should rest Yumi" I said and tried to help the guys escape from the room, far away from her

"Uhm.. I think I should go home.. I'm okay and I didn't get injured but.. it's late.. and I.."

"You want a ride?" I asked

"If it's okay.. I really don't want to disturb or bother you.. or anything.." She said

"Sure.. I'll be out in a minute.. okay?" I said

I hurried back to the kitchen as I could hear her steps fade away and soon Changmin and Junsu came through the kitchen door and Yoochun along with Yunho came in from the basement

".." Yoochun cursed again

"Blood.. now.." I mumbled

"Wae?" Changmin asked

"Didn't you listen? She wants me to take her home"

"Are you sure you can withstand the scent the entire ride?" Yoochun asked

"No, that's why I need it now.. I can't go hunt now... I need.. something just to be strong enough.." I breathed

"I can do it" Changmin offered

"You couldn't stand being in the same room with her just now and you're seriously offering yourself to take her home? Min, give me a break" I laughed as I took the glass and swept in right away as Yunho had poured it up for me

"Call if there's anything you need alright?" Junsu said

"Hmm.. How about two of you follow the car, far away enough so that she can't see you but close enough to hear me if I lose control?" I asked, not taking any chances to hurt Yumi

"I can go.." Junsu offered

"Me too" Yoochun said

"Let's go"
