“Babe, why is there a maneki neko in our living room?” Jimin asked while throwing his bag down on the ground. Yoongi smiled upon the other’s arrival and pat his lap for Jimin to sit with him.

Jimin straddled his boyfriend curiously, as the older wrapped his arms around him as well.

“Maneki Neko is a Japanese lucky charm, right?” Yoongi said, waiting for Jimin to nod his head before continuing: “You, my love, are my lucky charm. My maneki neko.” Jimin smiled at his boyfriend, already happy with this simple explanation. He leaned in to kiss Yoongi, before the older backed away. “No, wait, there’s more!” He said, and laughed at his cute lover. “I entered a silly contest via Facebook, but I ended up winning! We’ve won a trip to Japan for a week!”

Jimin giggled before gasping “Wah! To Japan!”

“mhmm” Yoongi did lean in and kiss Jimin this time.

“We can pick the date ourselves, but let’s go quickly hmm? I’ll show you the hotel photos later, they’re amazing.” He explained. Jimin nodded happily, before settling in his boyfriend’s embrace.
