I’ve told Yerin my situation and I can’t believe she just laughed at me and she even mocked me 

She told me that me, being married to the wanted model of the company, is such a great thing because it would be beneficial for me and the company

I thought she could help me get this marriage thing off if I told her but well... I was wrong. Playful Yerin would always be Playful Yerin

Since Yerin didn’t give any help at all, I went to Eunha and guess what? She laughed at me also and given me that sarcastic tone of hers and then winked at me

“Well at least you won’t grow old single”

“Seriously? I told you that because I thought you could help me” I said as I

“Ahh... help of course!” Please help me not to get triggered at how sarcastic she is right now

I shook my head in disbelief and said “Know what? Forget it. You’re no help at all” I turned my back and started walking towards the door of her office but she cleared making me stop. Clearing after joking means she would be serious already so I turned around facing het direction

“Before dealing with your marriage problem, how about dealing with my assignment first? The deadline is this week remember?” Right... that assignment of mine about getting Kim Sojung to sign the contract with the company. How could I forget?

I walked towards her with my arms crossed in front of my chest and leaned towards her “What if I don’t to?”

She gave me a mocking smile and then changed her expression into a deadly one “That means, you’re gonna be fired. I mean there’s tons of other photographers other than you out there”

“Seriously? Fired? Shouldn’t be suspension first before that? Like in school? Suspension before getting kicked out”

“I’m serious, Hwang. If I were you I would meet her today and who knows? It might be done already and then you could start handling your marriage with her” My face softens because I can tell she’s serious. Once she call someone’s surname, means she’s dead serious

“Okay... I’ll do that ha-ha-ha” I laughed robotically to hide the fact that I got threatened by her and bowed before leaving

I went to Sojung’s place to do that assignment where I really should not be the one doing as a photographer

“Awww... my wife already missed me? We just saw each other last night” Sojung said as she welcome me to her condo and continued “Well that’s no doubt. You couldn’t resist my beauty”

I choked at what she said and seriously? This would probably hell “You’re so confident about yourself”

She closed the door and surprisingly, she pulled me to her and wrapped both of her arms on my waist “What are you doing?!”

“Hmm... probably flirting with my wife” then placing her right hand on my left cheek and caressing it and why am I turning hot in what she’s doing?

Before I could turn into a complete tomato and before smoke can come out of me, I pulled myself away from her and glared at her which she just smiled at me and nodded

“Sorry, was just playing with you. What do you want?” She said as she headed towards the living room and sat on the couch with her legs crossed and she tapped the space beside her signaling me to sit beside her

I sat down and handed the contract folder with her that was inside me bag

“What’s this?” She said while she was looking at the folder and not even grabbing it

I stared at her for a while and smiled “Just take it and then read”

She grabbed it and opened it, as she was reading the contract she was nodding at it

“So you want me to be your company’s model?”

“No”

“Then why did you gave me this?”

“It’s not me who wants you, it’s my friend also known as my boss”

She leaned closer to me, face were only an inch apart and I could feel her breathing on my skin. She had this playful smirk her face and she quickly looked at my lips but changed direction to my eyes

“What’s in it for me if I accept that offer?” Her left hand slowly grabbed my side waist and I couldn’t help but curse in my mind and without me knowing, she already pushed me on the couch and she was slowly leaning towards me and I don’t even know what’s gotten into me but I closed my eyes like I want her to really kiss me

But instead of feeling her lips on mine, I felt it touch my forehead and I felt her hand retract from my waist

“I’m sorry for once again playing with you” she said and when I opened my eyes she was sitting up and myself couldn’t help but to feel super hot because of what just happened

I quickly sat up and touched my face and it was super hot...

“Can I make a deal with you?” She looked at me with a bitter expression on her face and I simply nodded because I couldn’t utter any word dud to my embarrassment 

“You said you wanted divorce right?” She looked at her clasped hands on her laps and took a while before looking again at me and continued speaking “Can you at least give us a chance?”

“W-what do you mean?” I was taken aback at what I just heard because I didn’t expect that... at all

“I mean... the contract is only one month right? And during that one month, can we at least try if we’ll work out? If you—we—really felt nothing at all during that one month... I’ll agree with the divorce” I don’t know if this is just me but why do I feel sadness in her voice when she said that?

“You mean the modeling contract will also serve as our marriage contract?” She nodded and gave me a bitter smile

One month contract of the marriage huh? One month that we’ll try if we’ll work out or not... and if we didn’t, my wanted divorce will be done

“Sounds good” I said and she said something under her breath but I wasn’t able to catch it

She grabbed a pen on the table and also grabbed the folder to sign the contract then gave it to me
