Eunbi had been moping inside Eunha’s office for quite a while now. It all started because of what happened between her and Sojung at the parking lot. The brunette didn’t mean to say those words towards the model, it was just because she was afraid. She was afraid that they might be the talk of the town once the news spreads out

Who wouldn’t get intrigued and who wouldn’t be interested towards them? No one knew that the popular model had been married for quite a while and what makes it interesting is how did Eunbi and Sojung met each other? As much as Sojung’s company can just deny the upcoming marriage rumor of the both of them, there would still be reporters who would be willing to dig even deeper just to have some juicy news

And Eunbi doesn’t want that attention. Not that way.

It just doesn’t feel right for her, specially the fact that they were still currently married just because of that contract. That agreement Sojung made so that she would agree to be their model.

The photographer was still confused with her feelings. She doesn’t know if she already have something special for the latter or was she just feeling this way because the model was sweet and caring towards her?

The fact that she hadn’t been in a relationship in the past made it harder for her to identify her true feelings towards the latter. She wouldn’t want to miss the chance of splitting up with the model at the end of their contract but at the same time, she wishes to spend more time with her

Everything was new to her and it was oddly weird at the same time.

“How long do you plan on sulking there?” Eunha asked Eunbi who had an unpleased and bothered expression plastered on her face.

The younger girl just turned her head to look at her hoping that she would finally talk with her boss but then again, she just went back to being all whiny before turning away from the older girl. And Eunha wasn’t very pleased at how her question got ignored by Eunbi.

Truth to be told, Eunha had already a hunch on why the photographer is acting this way. It could only be because of the one and only Kim Sojung. It has to be her.

Eunha had witnessed how grumpy this girl can be when it comes to the model. Remember that time when Sojung had an overseas work and when she came home, a smaller girl was with her and Eunbi got all jealous and mad at how clingy the girl was? And even if she knew that the smaller girl was only Sojung’s friend, Eunbi  still couldn’t help but get jealous like a possessive girlfriend towards the tall girl.

Eunbi wasn’t the type to get all grumpy just because of something small or something like that. Sojung was definitely an exception when it comes to the photographer’s mood

“Are you not gonna answer me?” The older girl once again asked the latter but to no avail. It was either Eunbi would stare at her or would let out a short groan

Eunha rolled her eyes and dropped the papers she was reviewing because of how childish the latter was acting. She knew she definitely needed to say that magic one or two words loud to be able to be able to get the photographer’s attention

“It’s because of Kim Sojung, isn’t it?”

Bingo.

She definitely got the younger girl’s attention. Kim Sojung was and will always be definitely be the key to get Eunbi’s attention and Eunha couldn’t help but smirk as she fix her round specs that she was wearing

“What about her? Did something eventful happen again? Or are we having a trouble in paradise?”

It was inevitable that the older girl was teasing and was trying to get on Eunbi’s nerves. What made it more fun was on how the photographer’s right eyebrow irked up when she mention the ‘trouble in paradise’ sentence. That enough confirmed that something did really happened between them.

And it couldn’t possibly be good

“I presume I was right” Eunha removed her eyeglasses and placed it on top of her table. She slyly smiled towards the latter “Tell me about it. I might be able to help”

Uncertainty was visible on the younger girl’s face. She wasn’t sure if she would be telling her trouble towards Eunha. The short haired girl would definitely be able to help since she’s the one who had been in past relationships and is currently having one — with the past girlfriend of Sojung.

“Are you gonna tell me or not? My time is very valuable Eunbi” Eunha stated while pointing at her wristwatch. Her time was only limited due to the fact that she was the boss of the company Eunbi’s working for. She had to check the proposals and monitor all of the current projects that the company and making sure that everything was perfect and that nothing would make their company would look bad or ruin its image.

Eunbi contemplated at first, having a battle with her mind if she should spill the beans and in the end, it was like opened itself to remove all the uneasy feelings and thoughts of her

“Fine. It is because of Sojung” The photographer let out a deep sigh and leaned her back towards the sofa’s head, while the older girl moved the papers that were on top of her table to the side and clasped both of her hands on the table itself

“I’m all ears” Eunha said, assuring that she would be listening towards the latter’s problem 

“Well I kinda made a bad move and well... She’s kinda distancing herself from me” The younger girl lowered her head and started to fidget her fingers, waiting for a teasing reply from the older girl. But it took her by surprise that the latter didn’t made fun of her. Instead, she heard a concerned voice

“What did you do? Do you want to talk about it or keep it in general?” — Eunbi raised her head and saw the sincere smile plastered on the older girl’s face. That sight made her spill what happened between them

“She was being all touchy at the parking lot and you know how open that area is so there might be a paparazzi hiding somewhere, and I kinda got worried so I blurted out that we weren’t even official in the first place so news about us shouldn’t even be out in public in the first place” — Eunbi nervously bit her lower lip before continuing — “And well, after that she became distant to me. Like she was still sweet but it was as if she was a different person. Definitely not my Sojung”

Hearing the story of Eunbi, the older girl doesn’t know if she should laugh or not. The couple are definitely something extraordinary. Not because of their unplanned marriage but because of how adorable they were, specially when it comes to Eunbi. It was interesting how the tall girl could make the photographer act this way — a childish yet cute manner. And the way Eunbi claimed Sojung as hers definitely made Eunha smile

Eunha thought that Eunbi would probably be dumb and reckless if she denied that she have feelings for the model. Her feelings were obvious. Judging by how Sojung can make Eunbi do sorts of things that she haven’t done nor shown before.

“And you’re all grumpy and whiny because?” Eunha flattened her arms on the table and placed her chin on top of her hands as she ask the question towards Eunbi who had her forehead creased upon the question

“Obviously because she distanced herself from me and I’m not used to it very well”  The photographer rolled her eyes, thinking at how the latter didn’t managed to grasp what her message’s connection towards her current mood

Eunha laughed at the response of Eunbi. The younger girl could definitely be a hundred time childish because of the model, very different with the cold and stonic aura of the photographer.

“What about her distancing herself? It’s not like you wouldn’t be able to live if she acted that way towards you” Eunha definitely was starting to tease the younger girl. She knew that Eunbi would get pissed at her if she continues giving these kind of responses towards her

Who wouldn’t want to see the infamous annoyed expression of the photographer? Even Sojung loves it — It was rather an adorable sight

“It’s not that I couldn’t live. What I’m trying to say is that I’m not used to it okay?” — Eunbi was definitely started to get annoyed, judging by how she was starting to raise her voice and how she started staring daggers towards the older girl — “I’m not used to her distancing herself and keeping herself away from me. I’m feeling dejected and hurt when she does that”

Eunha stopped Eunbi from further speaking. She huffed and smirk, trying to provoke the photographer “And what are you trying to say or prove by that?”

It would be lie if Eunha doesn’t know what Eunbi was getting to but it would also be a lie if she said that she doesn’t want to hear those words come out from Eunbi’s bare mouth. She wanted to hear Eunbi say that she misses the sweetness of the model and how she prefers Sojung acting all clingy rather than being distant from her

On the other hand, Eunbi wasn’t having it. She was turning into fifty shades of red because of how annoyed she was towards the older girl. As much as she wanted to yell at the latter, she couldn’t. They were inside the company and that means they were still at work and she couldn’t afford making the staffs hear her yell at the boss even though everybody knows that they were practically best friends.

She couldn’t afford to ruin her reputation nor lose her work because of a reckless move

The photographer breathed in and out again and again to compose and calm herself and also to avoid from erupting. Once she had calmed herself down, she managed to calmly utter words without raising her voice at the older girl.

And the words she stated rather made her turn even redder than before. She didn’t expect that she would be uttering those words — the words she only thought of keeping for herself

“I miss the old Sojung. I miss my Sojung. Happy?”

Eunbi couldn’t help but curse under her breath for stating such things that could cause the latter or even Yerin to and if this gets to Sojung, it would be the end of her. She doesn’t know what do if this gets to the model. Apart from not knowing how Sojung would react, she was afraid. Eunbi was afraid that Sojung might get the wrong idea because of the context.

Specially when she was still in the state of being confused with her feelings

She wouldn’t want to give a false hope towards the model. Specially if she hears it from someone else — if someone tells the tall girl what she had just said a while ago

“If you miss your Sojung, then why not make it up to her? Or ask her what you can do to make her feel better? Or maybe, an apology could do to bring your Sojung back” Eunha didn’t fail to emphasize the ‘your’ word and the photographer was fast enough to realize that and made her cheeks turn hotter

The younger girl wanted to say something but it seemed like her own mouth wasn’t cooperating with herself and when it did cooperate, she stuttered. Like really bad. And it made the short haired girl laugh hysterically

“I apologized but she kept telling me that it wasn’t my fault and she was just fine so I have nothing to worry about” By the stuttered badly, Eunbi stuttered in every word she tried to convey and with that, she wanted to disappear from Eunha’s sight.

She had been embarrassed countless of times in front of her boss in just a matter of time

Once the shorter girl had calmed down from laughing, she wiped off the tears that had formed in front of her eyes before regaining back her composure

“If apologizing doesn’t work, then... just do anything you think that could make her feel better and that could bring your Sojung back”

Author’s Note: So yeah, I wrote this using 3rd person pov... I kinda felt like using that type of pov since I’m slowly getting comfortable with it. But please tell me if you prefer this type of pov or if I should go back with the 1st person pov since idk if I should use this for the next chapters or not :)
