"hi, you're jinsook's friend, right?" meiqi side-eyed the boy before putting her bottle down on the table to turn around, she was about to walk away to ignore the boy, but she decided to wait until the boy said what he wanted to say

"yes, yes, i am, and what do you want" meiqi said, her hand on her hip, taking note of the box on the boy's hand behind him, probably to confess to jinsook or something

"can you help me give this to her?" meiqi raised one eyebrow at the boy, when he showed her the box of chocolates, as if to think 'she's on the same level as dayoung and yeonjung, why would he ask me' "her other two friends in our batch were too protective of her, and you're the closest one to her because of how you two always eat lunch together everyday"
