Recount:

Nails: if someone likes you enough, their eye colour appears on your nails. If more than one person likes you enough, the rules remain the same, you just have some nails one eye colour and other nails another; whichever crusher likes you more claims more nails if there is an uneven amount of nails divided between the crushers. 

"Crusher": term of someone who likes another strong enough that their eye colour appears on said other's nails.

"Host": term of someone who is liked by another enough that said other's eye colour appears on their nails.

Eye colour: eye colour changes depending on one's mood, be it becoming more in-depth or clouding over. Since this occurs, the nail colour on the host changes along with the eye of the crusher. 

Dark Pink: if the crusher decides to never reveal their feelings, the host's nails will turn a dark pink until they take notice, and then all colour disappears. This occurs more often than any other effect. 

White: if the crusher decides to reveal their feelings, the host's nails will turn a white until the crusher reveals themselves, to which afterwards all colour disappears.

Gold: Currently unknown what it signifies.

Focus: if the crusher reveals their feelings, and the white on the nails of the host disappears, that doesn't mean the crusher no longer loves the host, so why does all colour disappear? It is thought that colour disappears from nails once the host knows who their crusher is. Therefore, if the host concentrates enough, they can make the colour of their crusher appear on their nails once more, as long as said crusher still likes them.

Jimin: Host of two crushers, them being Taehyung and Hoseok.

Hoseok: Crusher of Jimin, currently dating Taehyung.

Taehyung: Crusher of Jimin, currently dating Hoseok.

Namjoon: Crusher of Seokjin, Host of Seokjin, currently dating Seokjin.

Seokjin: Crusher of Namjoon, Host of Namjoon, currently dating Namjoon.

Yoongi: Host of an unknown crusher.

Jungkook: Possible host.

Dreams: It is thought that host and dreamer are not only connected physically by the eye and nail but also mentally by dreams. Therefore, if either slips into REM during sleep, the other will also experience the dream. If both do so, the dreams combine and interact with one another. However, if the crusher or host sleeps and has a dream while the other is awake, it will not affect the other (because they are connected by subconscious, not consciousness).

Flamboyant.

That was the only thing going through Yoongi's mind. Flamboyant this, flamboyant that. No matter how much he tried to concentrate on the run to Hobi's house he couldn't. Flamboyant was occupying every space of his thoughts. And he had Namjoon to blame for that.

"Fl-flamboyant," Namjoon panted beside Yoongi. "F-L-A-M-B-O-Y-A-N-T... A-adjective...means to attract attention...ah, because of one's actions or style...it's popular amongst English-speakers when de...describing gay men..." He took a deep breath between a set of words, then repeated the same phrase.

Yoongi was tempted to smack the younger or tell him to shut up, but he knew this kind of stuff helped calm Namjoon down, so he kept quiet. But it was driving him crazy. He shook his head and pushed through just as a cramp just above his hip began to build. The house was within sight now, merely a block away. Ten yards, five yards...

Yoongi dropped to his hands and knees as Namjoon hunched over. the two struggling to catch their breath. Namjoon was shaking with bodily stress from the over-exercise so early, but his mouth kept rambling. Jimin and Hoseok, waiting outside Hobi's house, helped Yoongi to his feet and quietly encouraged him until his breathing evened out and his heart rate dropped. Namjoon was leaning back now, his intake of air also slowing. Yoongi walked over to the younger and smacked the back of his head.

"Shut it," he said through small pants. He turned towards Hoseok. "Where's Taehyung and Jungkook?"

Hoseok lifted his wrist to his eye level, checking the watch laced around it. "Tae should be here soon."

Almost as if on cue, Taehyung's holler alerted the four and they turned towards the sound. Speeding down the short hill on a bicycle was Taehyung, with the youngest member of the group clinging for life on the front handles, his eyes wide with terror. When they approached, Jungkook gave a yelp before tossing himself into the grass of the neighbouring law
