Recount:

Nails: if someone likes you enough, their eye colour appears on your nails. If more than one person likes you enough, the rules remain the same, you just have some nails one eye colour and other nails another; whichever crusher likes you more claims more nails if there is an uneven amount of nails divided between the crushers. 

"Crusher": term of someone who likes another strong enough that their eye colour appears on said other's nails.

"Host": term of someone who is liked by another enough that said other's eye colour appears on their nails.

Eye colour: eye colour changes depending on one's mood, be it becoming more in depth or clouding over. Since this occurs, the nail colour on the host changes along with the eye of the crusher. 

Dark Pink: if the crusher decides to never reveal their feelings, the host's nails will turn a dark pink until they take notice, and then all colour disappears. This occurs more often than any other effect. 

White: if the crusher decides to reveal their feelings, the host's nails will turn a white until the crusher reveals themselves, to which afterwards all colour disappears.

Focus: if the crusher reveals their feelings, and the white on the nails of the host disappear, that doesn't mean the crusher no longer loves the host, so why does all colour disappear? It is thought that colour disappears from nails once the host knows who their crusher is. Therefore, if the host concentrates enough, they can make the colour of their crusher appear on their nails once more, as long as said crusher still likes them.

Jimin: Host of two crushers, them being Taehyung and Hoseok.

Hoseok: Crusher of Jimin, currently dating Taehyung as a preparation for a three-way relationship.

Taehyung: Crusher of Jimin, currently dating Hoseok as a preparation for a three-way relationship.

Namjoon: Crusher of Seokjin, Host of Seokjin, currently dating Seokjin.

Seokjin: Crusher of Namjoon, Host of Namjoon, currently dating Namjoon.

Yoongi: Host of unknown crusher.

Dreams: It is thought that host and dreamer are not only connected physically by the eye and nail, but also mentally by dreams. Therefore, if either slips into REM during sleep, the other will also experience the dream. If both do so, the dreams combine and interact with one another. However, if the crusher or host sleeps and has a dream while the other is awake, it will not effect the other (because they are connected by subconscious, not consciousness).

They whipped around, Seokjin standing behind them. The older's arms were folded over his chest, his nails coloured a grey-brown colour, and a smirk played on his lips. 

"So," Seokjin said, his voice seeming to echo in the room. "You like Yoongi, do you?"

They looked down, their cheeks heating up. They suddenly sensed someone behind them and turned to face them. It was Namjoon, and he was examining his own nails, showing off. After a couple minutes, he met their gaze, that famous grin on his face, the one that brought out his dimples. 

"You think Yoongi will like you?" Namjoon shifted his weight onto one foot and held up his hands to show his hazel-coloured nails. "You think you can be like us?" Seokjin came over to Namjoon and rested his elbow on Namjoon's shoulder.

They suddenly stumbled, and when they regained their stance they looked next to themselves to find Taehyung standing there, Hoseok's arms wrapped around him. There was an insane gleam in his eye, his open-mouthed smile sending a chill down their spine. Taehyung turned his head and kissed Hoseok's cheek tauntingly.

"I get it," Hoseok said, beaming like he always did, but it didn't reach his eyes. "They believe Yoongi will like them back eventually!"

Jimin ran over to them, startling them so much that they fell back. Jimin pointed and laughed, his nails changing between a chocolate brown and an almond colour. He wasn't even smiling, though. Just laughing, horribly laughing.

"How could you think that!?" Jimin cried, blinking so much and his eyes turning pink. "Do you even know how Yoongi is?" Taehyung and Hoseok crowded Jimin on either side, running their hands along his chest and shoulders. "He isn't loving like these two. He isn't nice like me."

Jungkook's laughter sounded throughout the room, and he approached out of the shadows. His eyes were full of tears. Jimin suddenly fell to his knees and began sobbing, Taehyung and Hoseok hugged each other's side and cri
