Si Jin moved his body to the right,

but seconds later to the left,

and he did the same thing over and over again.

With his phone in his hand.

“YA YOO SI JIN CAN YOU PLEASE STOP DOING THAT? WE NEED TO START EATING!”

Sung Jae screamed in his ears. He was so irritated by his friend’s attitude.

The four of them, Si Jin, Sung Jae, Dae Young, and Kwang Soo were having their boys’ night, basically, they went to Sung Jae’s villa, 1 hour from Seoul and they had a bbq dinner.

This was their routine since their school times to celebrate Sung Jae’s and Dae Young’s birthday who happened to be on the same week. Just the four of them, no girlfriends (or girlfriend since the only one who had it was just Si Jin).

“Sung Jae is right Si Jin-ah, put your phone down, the meat will be cool if we need to wait for you.” Dae Young who was still standing near the grill added.

“Yaa, jjaakkaamman, jjaakkaamman, i need to inform Mo Yeon.”

“But you just had a call with her this morning, and she knows our routine right? It's not our first time doing this bbq dinner wahh.” Kwang Soo also asked him.

“Tsk, it’s not that, you know, a boy just confessed to her yesterday, i just want to make sure that my girl is alright…YA YA KWANG SOO WHAT ARE YOU DOING???”

Kwang Soo couldn’t stand anymore, so he grabbed Si Jin’s phone and put it in his pocket, then he walked away.

“I’m doing what the three of us should’ve done since hours ago, c’mon Si Jin-ah, you guys have been dating for three years, i’m sure Mo Yeon will be alright, you are just exaggerating things!”

“Kwang Soo is right, besides, as best friends of you and also friends of Mo Yeon, we can clearly see that she won’t go anywhere, she loves you dude. Don’t worry too much, or you’ll be a bald ahjussi in seconds haha.” Dae Young snorted.

“That’s true, and you know right, your girlfriend is one of the prettiest girls out there, men even queuing on the flower shops to give her a bouquet of flower almost every day.” Kwang Soo laughed as he remembered that day when he wanted to buy a flower for his sister, and he realized most of the boys that went to the shop wanted to give want they bought to his friend’s girlfriend.

“Yaaa, are you guys want to comfort me or what?” Si Jin pouted.

It’s true what they said, he admitted it, actually for the past years he never really made it a big deal, when some boys confessed to Mo Yeon. He was sure she would refuse it because of course, he knew the only guy who’s in her heart was always him (which this statement made him blush for a while).

But, blame his older sister who suddenly made a statement, 

“Yaa Si Jin-ah, those boys give your girlfriend flowers and stuff, you never give anything to her? flowers? chocolate? girl stuff? aiggooo my dongsaeng, so badd..”

During their family dinner some days ago, after that, he couldn’t stop thinking about how foolish he was, and when he saw that boy confessed to Mo Yeon with those beautiful (and for sure) expensive flowers, he started to get panic.

On the other hand, Mo Yeon would’ve always said that she didn’t want anything from him, not even flowers, she always refused when Si Jin said he would buy something nice for her as a gift, he would admit that her girlfriend was beyond anything that a Yoo Si Jin could’ve ever asked for but still, he wanted to give her something.

That’s why for the past hours he’d been scrolling through his phone, he was searching for an idea about anniversary gift, well, she wouldn’t refuse if he gave it as their anniversary gift, right?

“Geundae..i want to ask something.” Si Jin put his chopstick down while he’s still chewing the pork belly.

“Mmmm” Three of his friends just responded shortly because they were still also busy eating the dinner.

“I’ve been searching for an anniversary gift for Mo Yeon, and i’m stuck, any idea what i should give her?”

“Meal voucher.”

“Free game for two.”

“Extra side dish at our cafeteria.”

“YYAAAA IT’S FOR KANG MO YEON, NOT YOU GUYS! AISHH JINJJA.”

The three of them basically gave Si Jin some ideas, but, well, since all of them never had a girlfriend before so Si Jin end up being more confused than before.

“Flowers?”

“But i will end up like those guys.”

“PC Tablet?”

“Ya Sung Jae, i’m not a chaebol who can give her expensive gifts!”

“Playstations?”

“Seriously Mr. Lee Kwang Soo?”

“Ya ya ya come come” Suddenly Sung Jae asked them to move a bit closer.
