A peaceful evening at one of luxury penthouse in Seoul city, the older member of SNSD just arrived at home after spend whole day working. Kim Taeyeon walk lazily to living room and slumped her body to the couch

Taeyeon: Aigoo, where is this person? HONEY!

Currently she stayed with her fiancé, Jesse Jung, a Korean-American man that successfully taken her heart 5 years ago

Jesse: Yes honey!

He comes running from their bedroom. His hair still wet signaling he just taken his shower

Taeyeon: Shower already?

Jesse: Yeah, weather is so hot today

Taeyeon: Aigoo, poor my baby. Have you eaten something? Are you hungry? *cupping Jesse face then squish his cheeks playfully*

Jesse: I just ate an apple earlier *pouting*

She stands up from the couch and grabs her duffle bag but Jesse grabs her wrist

Jesse suddenly stands up and carries Taeyeon in his arms

Jesse: Carrying you. What else?

When they arrive in bedroom, Jesse put Taeyeon on the bed carefully

Jesse busy doing his work at their study. It is almost midnight but he still glued on his place. Taeyeon come to the room already wearing her pajama. She looked sleepy

Jesse: I’m sorry honey but I still need to stay up for a bit

Taeyeon: Baby please, you can continue it tomorrow

Jesse: I have another meeting tomorrow honey

Taeyeon: Hmm, since when did your work is important than me? *sulking*

Jesse: *rubbing his face* Honey, listen to me *holding Taeyeon hand* you always important to me. Nothing will be above you but this time let me finish this first. You go to sleep first; I will join you later on

She yanks Jesse hand and leaves the study with loud slammed of the door

Next morning, both of them are doing morning routine as usual. Taeyeon prepare breakfast while Jesse gets ready to go to office. After dress up with office outfit that Taeyeon prepared, he goes to the kitchen. The idol still busy cooking something when Jesse appear at the door. He approach her and hugging Taeyeon from behind

He turns his fiancé to face him and bring her closer

Taeyeon walk back and forth at living room waiting for her fiancé to come home. Clock showing 9:45 PM but Jesse still hasn’t show up. She tried to call his phone but it goes to mailbox. She worries if something happen to him

She keep looking at her phone and trying to make a call but still fail. Finally, she heard front door click and she quickly looking to the door. Jesse finally arrive at home

Taeyeon: Yah! Where are you going earlier? You not answer my calls and not call me back either. Where have you been?!

Jesse: Baby, you’re noisy. Can you please let me rest first? *took off his jacket*

Taeyeon: Of course I should be noisy. Do you know what time is now?

Jesse: My phone battery is empty and it turned off

Taeyeon: You can just call me with office phone

Jesse: Baby, I have lot of work to do. You don’t have to worry. I’m not going anywhere. I just at office do my work. Why do you make it look like a big problem? This shouldn’t be an issue

Jesse: Do you really need to bring up that topic? Every time we argue about me spending time doing my work, you will ask the same question over and over. What’s wrong with you?!

The situation is getting tense suddenly. Both of them looking at each other intensely

Taeyeon: I have work to do. I will be out of town for few days

Taeyeon found herself in front of her members shared apartment. The other members of SNSD decide to stay together at one apartment after they move out from their dorm. After few while waiting, door opened and she greeted by Tiffany

Tiffany: Aigooo, my boo Taeyeonie. Come in

The leader walked inside and greeting Tiffany with short smile. As someone who know Taeyeon for years, Tiffany noticed something wrong with the older girl

Tiffany: Why do you come with backpack? Is Jesse outstation?

Taeyeon: No, he is at home

They arrive at living room and greeted by Sooyoung and Seohyun also Hyoyeon and Yuri who just come out from their rooms. Everyone gather at living room

Sooyoung: Taeyeonie, are you okay?

Taeyeon: I’m not fine Sooyoungie. Just not really fine

Hyoyeon: What’s wrong? Do you fight with Jesse?

Taeyeon: We had argument last night

Seohyun: Aigooo unnie, this is kind of big fight since you suddenly come here with miserable face. Usually you will just share on group chat

Taeyeon: This time literally big than ever

Yuri: Is he hit you?

Taeyeon: No, we just have verbal fight

Yuri: It’s good that he not hitting you or else I will send Seohyun and Yoong to your house now

Yoona: Yah, why us?

Everybody let out soft sigh while looking at their leader sympathetically. Taeyeon used to tell them when she have problem with her fiancé but it not as serious as current situation. She never come to them like now so they assume that their argument this time really affecting Taeyeon

The mushroom brings Taeyeon to her room and tucked her to bed. After that she come back to living room joining the other members

Hyoyeon: You’re right, it scared me too. I don’t want to hear more that’s why I asked her to sleep. What I thought will come next is the last thing I want to hear from both of them

Yoona: What should we do unnie? *all of them looking at Tiffany*

Tiffany: Yahh, I never settle love problem

Seohyun: Unnie, I think it’s better if we hear from both parties. We heard from Taeyeon unnie so we should hear from Jesse oppa too so that we know who is at fault. That doesn’t mean we interfere in their personal problem but since we’re in already, why not continue to go on

Jesse is at the basement parking on his way to elevator. He just comes home from work. He walked slowly while pressing his phone to his ear. It is no other than calling his fiancé. It has been 24 hours since he hear from Taeyeon. Her phone is off whole day

Jesse: Aishhh, why she turned off her phone?

Suddenly he heard someone called his name. The voice is familiar. As he turned around, he saw Tiffany, Sunny, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona & Hyoyeon jogged towards him

Hyoyeon: You just arrived from office?

Jesse: Yeah, I on the way upstairs. What are you all doing here?

Tiffany: We come to see you

Jesse: Okay, let talk upstairs

They ride the elevator to the penthouse. The elevator filled with nothing but silence as no one talking until someone phone vibrate. It is Jesse phone that vibrate and he answer it calmly

Jesse: Hello Soojung…I just arrive at home…yes, they accept the proposal and we will begin next month…everyone work really hard for that project. We need to stay until late night to finish the document and make it perfect so it paid off now. Everyone can’t wait to start working on it…thank you. You and pops also help a lot. I thought I want to call you and inform about it but you did it first…say hi to mommy and pops too…alright, I will tell Taeyeon…wait no, not tonight. Taeyeon I-she is busy these days so we can’t have video call…we will call mom when she is free, alright? ...okay, see you around and thanks again…yup, bye

Finally they arrive at the highest floor of the building where the penthouse located. Jesse unlocked the door and invites his guest inside

Jesse: You all sit here for a while. I want to bring my stuff inside

Sunny: Okay, take your time

Jesse: Do you all want drink? Tea or coffee

Sooyoung: It okay, we ate already

Jesse: Okay then. I will come back soon

He left to the bedroom while the girls at living room

Yuri: I still thinking about his phone call at the elevator

Few minutes later, Jesse come back and joined the guest at living room. He sits on single sofa facing the girls

Jesse: Of course I know. Even she turned off her phone almost 24 hours already but she can’t fooled me

Jesse: Nope, I asked your manager. I feel something wrong since yesterday because she always tell me few days before the schedule or your manager will update me about it but I don’t get anything from them. Usually even she is busy, she will text me at night but this time no single message from her. I haven’t heard from her until now, I told you. Your manager said everyone is free this week except Seohyun then I know she goes to your place. There is no way she will go to her parents home because his dad will call me if I not coming with her. Last choice is all of you

Sunny: If you know she is at our apartment, why you don’t come to get her?

Jesse: As you guys heard earlier, I just finish working for a proposal of big project today and I’m very busy with lot of things so I let her with you all first. Let her think that she can run away from me. Yesterday I took a day off to make it up with her but it turn out she leaving for her not-so-called schedule. Did she tell you about the fuss?

Tiffany: Yeah, she told us yesterday

Jesse: What she said?

Tiffany: She told us that you yell at her just because she asked why you come home late

Jesse: She is not telling stuff like I hit her or something, right?

Tiffany: No

Jesse: Good *nods*

Yoona: Since we heard from her, why don’t you tell us from your side? We don’t mean to involve but since we know already, it’s better if we hear from both sides

Jesse: Yeah, reason for me to avoid since you all know it already. Actually she upset because I come home late at night. My phone battery is empty and I forgot to bring charger. Then I can’t call her with office phone because we work at meeting room. After done with the document, I quickly go home

Hyoyeon: But it doesn’t mean you need to yell at her, right? You can just talk properly. Maybe she can understand

Jesse: Just imagine you come home around 10 at night after whole day stuck with pile of documents and bunch of meeting, when you arrived at home someone yelled at you instead of welcome you properly. I don’t think it easy to deal with. I don’t mind if she already sleeping when I arrive at home because I know she also tired

Sooyoung: Do you explain this to her?

Jesse: She doesn’t give me chance. She bombards me with questions instead. I try to calm down but in the end after 5 years being together, I raise my voice for the first time. I know it’s wrong but I really can’t control myself. She is too much this time. It not necessary for her to shout but she choose this way and make it look like my fault

Sunny: Is she usually like this?

Jesse: When I gave attention to my work more than I gave to her, she will throw fit. I don’t understand her. I try my best to make time for her when she work on something but when it come to me, she won’t tolerate at all. It’s true that I work with my father but I can’t use that as excuse to come and go as I pleased. I have to focus on my work too. She want my attention overall goes to her. I do give my attention to her but when my work needs me, I have to split it. She should understand that. It’s not like I abandon her all the time. I don’t know how long she will behave like this. My carrier is not important to her *chuckle* maybe I don’t make high income like she did, that’s why she take it easy when it come to my job

Yuri: Aigooo, I’m so sorry to hear that. We know that she want attention but we don’t have idea that it will come to this extent

Jesse: It fine Yul, I will get used to it but I worry if it give effect to my relationship. I love this relationship and I don’t want to break it. I willing to take the blame even it is her fault as long as it can keep her with me

Sooyoung: Jesse, don’t stress yourself, okay? You can protect your relationship. If you have problem, you can just tell us. We will do our best to help

Jesse: Thank you guys. Just tonight, please take care of her. I will get her tomorrow after office hour

Hyoyeon: Do you need us to leave to give you privacy?

Hyoyeon: okay, we will leave the apartment before 5 so you two can have some space to talk

Jesse take generous amount of money from his pocket and give to Tiffany

Tiffany: I know this is money. I’m not that idiot but for what?

Jesse: As my gratitude for taking cares of Taeyeon and hear out our problem. Consider this as my treat for all of you. Order some foods and eat together with her

Sooyoung: Yah, you really don’t have to do this. We’re sincere helping both of you

Sunny: I don’t think we can finish the foods if we use all this money. This amount is enough for a week

Jesse: You can keep some for Seohyun since she is not around

Taeyeon is alone in apartment while the other members have something to do outside. She sits at living room laze on the couch while watching drama. Her phone is off for 3 days already. She admits that she missed Jesse but she doesn’t want to talk to him. Not right now

Meanwhile at the lobby, Jesse just arrived to pick Taeyeon at the apartment. He entered the elevator and pressed the button where the unit located. Few minutes later, he arrived in front of SNSD apartment. He determined to bring his fiancé back no matter what. He pressed the doorbell twice then waiting for the respond from inside

Taeyeon: Who is it? *speak through intercom*

Jesse: Delivery for Choi Sooyoung

Taeyeon: wait a minute!

Door opens revealing Taeyeon. Instead of seeing delivery man, she greeted by Jesse

Jesse: Kim Taeyeon!

Without giving respond, Taeyeon close the door but Jesse quickly shoved his leg to stop the door from shutting

Jesse: Yah, open this door. I want to go in

Taeyeon: Go home!

Jesse: I wouldn’t go without you. Open this door before I break it. I’m not fooling around Kim Taeyeon!

In the end, Taeyeon give in and let Jesse go inside

Taeyeon: What are you doing here?

Jesse: It’s me who suppose to ask you, what are you doing here? Why do you not going home?

Taeyeon: I told you I’m working

Jesse: Ooh working, huh? Working here at your member’s apartment as their maid or cleaner?

Taeyeon suddenly lost of words. She don’t know how to answer back

Jesse: Stop fooling me. I know you hide here. I checked with your manager, he said all of you are free this week. Let’s go home

Jesse: Don’t let me make scene here. I warn you

Jesse: You left me no choice. I will drag you out of here. I don’t care if we appear on news tomorrow.

Jesse: While I still nice go get your stuff and we go home. Don’t force me to do something that we both will regret later. I asked nicely now. Come on

Taeyeon groaned then stomp her feet to Tiffany room. She shoved her clothes and other stuff inside her bag then return to living room

Jesse: Let me bring your bag

He takes the bag from Taeyeon hand and she just let him. After that both of them go to the elevator. As they reach the main entrance, Jesse unlock the car door since he park the car just in front of the entrance. Taeyeon open the door harshly and hop in

Taeyeon: Step back! I know how to close the door!

Jesse: Okay

He took few steps back and watching Taeyeon shut the door. He a bit startled hearing the sound and only able to sigh. He opened the back door then put the back inside before he jog to driver seat

Few meters away from Jesse car, the rest of SNSD members are witnessing the scene. They watch silently as if they are watching drama

Sooyoung: Aigooo, Taeyeon is so scary

Tiffany: I don’t know you guys but I on Jesse side this time. It is not his fault. Taetae just over emotional. I know Jesse feeling. He can’t abandon his job just for Taeyeon all the time. His job is also important. He is a man so he should work hard for his future family. It’s good that he is a responsible person even his father is the owner of the company. He not just going around and leave his work behind

Hyoyeon: The problem now is our leader. She need to grow up and understand that her man have other priority

Jesse stands up and walks to Taeyeon but stop behind her

He turned Taeyeon around to face each other. Both of them noticed tears in their eyes

Jesse: You can’t even look at me. Is that means you regret our relationship now?

Jesse: You tell me what I should do to fix it but don’t ask me to leave you because I can’t and I don’t want. You can hate me; you can regret us but not leaving me

He holds Taeyeon both hands and squeeze it softly

Now both of them are crying. Taeyeon cried hard as she hears Jesse confession. She can’t hold her emotion anymore. She loves him and she missed him so much but she keeps her ego that she doesn’t want to give in. For the first time, she saw Jesse in tears and it because of her. They used to fight but he never cries like now

He pulled Taeyeon to his embrace and hugging her tightly. Taeyeon return the hug and cry on Jesse shoulder. She clench on Jesse shirt tightly. She doesn’t care her tears wetting his shirt. All she wanted is pouring her emotions. She slowly pulled back from his embrace and look to his eyes

Taeyeon: I’m sorry honey…I’m sorry

Jesse: No, no, no. It’s not your fault. You don’t have to apologize *caressing Taeyeon hair softly*

Taeyeon: It is my fault for not tolerate with you. I’m not considerate when it comes to you. I’m selfish for wanting you all by myself. I should know that you also have other responsibility besides me. You working hard for us but I never see that. Please forgive me

Jesse: You’re forgiven *kissing Taeyeon forehead*

Taeyeon: I promise I will be a better person for you. More considerate and tolerate with your situation
