Taeyeon and her friends having dinner at food court on weekend. Suddenly, Yuri talked about her boyfriend, Sooyoung who will return from overseas next 2 weeks. She plans to throw a party to welcome him. She invites all of them to come to her house

“Sure, we’ll come” Sunny said

Everyone excited to meet Sooyoung since it has been a year since he come home because he work at their company oversea branch

“We expecting something like surprise on that party” Tiffany said and playfully sending wink to Yuri

“Nothing much Fany, it just a party like we usually have” Yuri giggle

“Who know if you announce you’ll engage or married?” Yoona shrugged her shoulder

“It still long to come guys, we still have lot of things to do before settle down. You know that boyfriend of mine is so hardworking and want to live his dream first” Yuri said proudly

“He’s good guy indeed. You’re so lucky having him” said Taeyeon

“That’s right Taeng”

“Tae unnie, how about you?” Yoona looking at Taeyeon

“What with me?”

“When you want to introduce your boyfriend to us?”

Taeyeon suddenly blushing “When the time is right, I’ll ask him to come to meet all of you” she said

“Aigoo Taeyeonnie, every day is right time so we’re waiting to meet him” Sunny pat Taeyeon head

“You also never tell us his name” Seohyun added

Taeyeon just giggle at her friends remarks “We’re on long distance relationship now so he can’t come anytime”

“Where is him now unnie?” Seohyun asked

“He’s at USA now, working there”

“Wowww, he worked abroad too”

“Why don’t you ask if he can come to join us on our party next weekend?” Yuri said

“That sound good Tae” said Tiffany

“Ok, I’ll ask him if he can join us but I not promise that he’ll come” Taeyeon chuckle

“Ok”

At home, Taeyeon texting with her boyfriend and they talk about her friend invitation

‘Hi baby’ – Taeyeon

‘Hey, how are you doing?’

‘I’m fine. Have you eaten your breakfast?’ – Taeyeon

‘I just finish breakfast with dad’

‘Where are mom and your sister?’ – Taeyeon

‘They go to market to buy food stuff’

‘I see. Baby, I have something to talk to you’ – Taeyeon

‘Go ahead’

‘Yuri wants to throw party for Sooyoung since he comes home next 2 weeks so she asks if you can come and join us. The girls really excited to meet you. Can you come? I want to introduce you to them’ – Taeyeon

‘I’ll check my schedule. If I’m free, I’ll come. It is next 2 weeks, right?’

‘Yes dear’ - Taeyeon

‘Ok, I’ll tell you tomorrow’

‘I hope you’re free, hehe’ – Taeyeon

‘Don’t worry honey, I’ll make sure it clear. Besides, it has been few months since I last see you. I miss you so much’

‘I miss you too dear. Every night I pray that you will transfer to Korea branch so that you’ll be here with me. It’s hurt when I need you by my side but you’re not here’ – Taeyeon

‘Sorry dear, I also want to be there for you anytime you want me but my works here still not finish yet. I told dad that I want to handle Korea branch and he promise me if I’m done with my project, I’ll move back to you’

‘Aigoooo, I can’t wait to be in your arms’ – Taeyeon

‘Me too dear and you know, mom and dad ask us to quickly get married so that you can take care of me when I not stay with them anymore’

‘Mom is unpredictable sometimes, haha. It still early to settle down and I want to achieve my dream first before marry with you’ – Taeyeon

‘I’ll make sure you get whatever you dream for before I claim you as mine forever. Don’t worry, I’m not rushing’

‘Thanks baby. You make me miss you more’ – Taeyeon

‘I miss you too’

‘Baby, I have to go for a while. I’ll text you later, ok?’ – Taeyeon

‘Ok baby, mom also call me to help her at kitchen. They just arrive at home. She said she want me to learn cooking so that I can help you at kitchen whenever you’re busy’

‘Mom is so sweet, haha’ – Taeyeon

‘Same as you’

‘Got to go now. Say hi to them, I miss all of you there’ – Taeyeon

‘Ok baby’

2 weeks later

Taeyeon and Tiffany back from meeting and one of the staff approach them

“Ms. Kim, someone ask me to give this to you”

Taeyeon accept blue envelope from her staff “Who gave me this?”

“I don’t know, that person don’t want me to tell anything. Just give it to you”

“Ok, thanks” she said and the staff back to her place

Tiffany patted Taeyeon shoulder “Could it be something from your secret admirer?”

“Aishhh, I don’t think so” Taeyeon sighs

“It’s not impossible because no one know you’re taken except us”

“I don’t know. I’ll just read it later”

“Alright, have good time read it. I have to get ready to meet Mrs. Choi. See you later boo” Tiffany said then both of them go to their office

Taeyeon quickly open the envelope to read what is inside and it was a card. Somehow she has good feeling with it. She smile when she read the content

Dear Kim Taeyeon, please come home soon as possible after you read this message because I miss you so much

Taeyeon almost shouting after read the card and she know it was from her boyfriend. She quickly packed her stuff and rushed out of her office

“Unnie, where are you going?!” Yoona hollered when she saw Taeyeon almost run out from her office

“I go home now, bye kids!” she said to Yoona and Seohyun

The younger girls looked at each other and Seohyun checking her phone “It still early to go home” she said because the time is 3:20 PM

“Maybe something emergency happen” said Yoona

“Maybe” both of them continue with their discussion and forget about Taeyeon

Taeyeon drive a bit fast than usual but she make it safe to home. She felt thousand of butterflies soon as she stop her car in front of her house when she saw her boyfriend car parked there. She quickly hop out from her car and she know he’s inside because he have key to her place

Once she step to living room, her boyfriend sleeping soundly on the couch and she on verge of crying seeing his calm face that she longed for

“He must be tired” she said and kissed his forehead. That man is heavy sleeper so he don’t noticed Taeyeon arrived

Taeyeon carefully join him on the couch then make his arms as her pillow and hug his torso tightly then snuggle closer to him since the couch fit both of them. Both of them sleeping peacefully and unconsciously her boyfriend hugged her back

Feeling someone staring at her, Taeyeon open her eyes slowly and her boyfriend giving sweetest smile to her

“Hey love, good evening” he kissed Taeyeon forehead

“Good evening, why you don’t wake me up?” she stared at his face

“I want to stare at your sleeping face because I missed it so much”

“I missed you too” they kissed each other

“Why you didn’t tell me you come today?” Taeyeon caressing his face

“I know you’re working that’s why I don’t want to disturb. Besides, I want to make surprise for you” he giggles

“You’re quite sweet”

“Well, I’m your boyfriend after all”

“I know” Taeyeon give a peck at his lips “Are you staying tonight?”

He playfully rubbed his chin “If you want me to stay, I’ll stay but if you don’t want, I’ll go back”

“You know that I always want you to stay but you prefer to go back” Taeyeon playfully glare at him

He laughed at her answer “Lot of things can happen if we’re frequently together at home and I don’t want it to happen yet. I want to make you mine when we’re official”

“I know I choose the right person to be my couple. I love you so much” Taeyeon tighten her hug

As planned, that Saturday everyone gather at Yuri house. Her boyfriend, Sooyoung, also there with them. The others arrived already except Taeyeon

“Aigoo, unnie haven’t come yet” Yoona said

“I texted her just now and she said they are on the way here. Maybe around 15 minutes” said Tiffany

“They?” Hyoyeon curiously asked “Is someone comes with her?”

“Her boyfriend, she said she will introduce him to us today”

“I see” Hyoyeon nodded her head

“That’s great that he can come. All of us really curious at who is the lucky person who can that her heart” said Sunny

15 minutes later, Taeyeon and her boyfriend arrive at the house

“Hi everyone” she greet them happily

Everyone welcome them happily and they said they are good together except one soul who not happy with the boyfriend presence

“Hi, I’m Jesse Jung from San Francisco” he introduced himself

“Wow, American man. Can speak Korea?” Sooyoung asked excitedly since both of them are the only male in that group

“Yes, I’m originally from here but stay oversea for work reason”

“I’m happy that you’re coming because I’m the one and only guy here so they bully me a lot” Sooyoung said

“How long did you know each other?” Sunny asked

“I know her since last year but in relationship around 3 months later. We have to go through LDR because I need to travel a lot and she stay here” Jesse said and stare lovingly at Taeyeon

“I guess you both mean for each other” said Hyoyeon

“Really?” the couple suddenly excited

“Yea, I can see from the way Jesse stares at you” she said

“Aigooo, busted” Jesse face redden and fanning himself. The others laugh at his antics

“You so funny” Sunny said as they saw Jesse reaction when Hyoyeon caught him stare at Taeyeon

Tiffany ride with Sunny and Hyoyeon when they go back from Yuri house since their neighborhood close to each other

“Fany” Hyoyeon look at Tiffany through rearview mirror

“Emm” Tiffany throw her sight out of the window

“Are you ok?”

“I’m good” she answer shortly

“But you looked weird since we’re at Sooyoung house”

Sunny turn around to look at Tiffany who sits at the back “That’s right, you’re ok before Taeyeon come. Is there something bothering you, tell us”

Tiffany know she can’t hide it forever from her best friends and she decide to open up “I don’t like that man for Taetae” she stated firmly

“Why? I saw he’s good for a man and have boyfriend material” said Sunny and Hyoyeon nodded her head as she agree with Sunny

“I know that guy before her”
