"Du du ru ba ra pa pa" 

 

 

Chaeyoung was driving his Mini Cooper to the restaurant he promised Mina to meet at. That night he was going to make it special because he was going to propose to Mina. 

 

"How should I start? Hmm" 

 

While he was on the way, he tried to think of the most romantic word to propose Mina. 

"Mina I love you please marry me?" 

 

"What the heck that was so simple!" Chaeyoung mentally hit his head 

 

"Myoui Mina, marry me for god sake please!" 

   

"Okay that was desperate.." 

   

"Myoui Mina, would you be my better half?" 

 

"Hey not bad. Indeed, I am a romantic man" Chaeyoung praised himself 

   

Suddenly his phone rang and he picked up. 

 

"Yellow" 

 

"Chaeng" 

 

"Oh it's my favourite person in the world!" Chaeyoung chuckled 

 

"Where are you? It's weird to sit at this table alone you know" 

 

"Sorry Mina ah this time I'm the one who is late. I'll be there in 5 minutes" 

 

"5 minutes okay?" 

  

"Yes 5 minutes my love. I can see the restaurant from here. I'm at the traffic light in front here" 

 

"Okay Chaengie" 

 

"Just sit there okay? See you there~" 

After they both hung up the call, Chaeyoung took out the ring box from his tuxedo pocket. While waiting for the traffic light to turn green, he wanted to take a last look at the perfect ring. He opened it and smiled. It was totally shining in his eyes. He can't wait to see his girlfriend's reaction. 

 

Then he heard the car behind him honked. 

 

"Oh green already. Okay okay I'm moving, chill dude" 

 

He pressed onto the pedal but then accidentally dropped the ring box under his seat. He let his hand to search for it while the other hand to drive. His eyes were on the road but because of he had to search for the ring box much more deeper, he had to bend down a little bit. 

 

Suddenly a light shone from the left. He looked to the side and it was a light from another car heading his way. He grabbed the steering wheel with the both of his hands and tried to turn away. 

Unfortunately, he failed to escape because of the lack of time. 

 

 

 

"Oh no" 

 

Soon, a tragic scene of car crash happened.

"Hmm hmmm hmmm~"    Mina was singing with closed. The restaurant played a very nice song so she hummed along. Suddenly she heard a loud noise coming from outside. She had no clue what happened outside. The waiters started running out. The customers started running out as well to looked at what actually happened. Mina was confused.    She grabbed a waiter's arm before the waiter can run out    "Excuse me, what is happening?" Mina asked    "Car crash. Terrible one" the waiter ran out    "Car crash?" Mina asked herself    She tried to stand on her toes to look outside because of the crowded customers. She succeeded to walk through the crowd. Mina looked at the road and saw a crashed mini cooper and another normal car crashed as well.    "Mini cooper? Chaeyoung?!"     She ran towards the accident scene and yelled out Chaeyoung's name.    "Chaeyoung?! Chaeyoung?!!" she pushed away the easy obstacles that can be pushed    Mina ignored the shattered glasses on the road. She had to find her boyfriend in the car. Suddenly she saw a figure lying on the ground. She walked closer to it and turned it over.    "Oh my god Chaeyoung!"    She saw Chaeyoung's bloody face with his eyes closed. She let her hand to feel his pulse on the neck.  Luckily, there were pulses. But the pulse was very slow.    "He's still alive. Someone call the ambulance please! Please somebody!" Mina shouted    The crowd gathered around them. One of the waiter from the restaurant volunteered to call the ambulance.    "Chaeyoung.. Chaeyoung wake up please" Mina cupped his face which was covered with blood    "Don't leave me.." Mina cried    Suddenly she saw Chaeyoung's hand. He was gripping onto something. She opened his hand and saw a small solid material. It was shining. It had a beautiful diamond on it.
