Jeongyeon was sitting in their couch while watching drama with her girlfriend, Nayeon. She was focused on the drama when Nayeon suddenly stood up.

“Jeong! Jeong! Jeong!”

“What?”

“I have an idea.”

“What is it?”

“I’m going to cook dinner for tonight. You know? For our kids.”

Jeongyeon hold her laugh and answered “Are you sure?”

“Yeah.”

“No, I mean. Are you sure you can cook?”

“Well…I’m still learning. That’s why you’ll help/teach me.”

“But…”

“Please, Jeongyeon ah?”

Nayeon knows Jeongyeon can’t resist her so she smiled when Jeongyeon nodded.

“Okay. Fine. Let’s go.”

Jeongyeon stood up but Nayeon wasn’t moving. She knows what exactly Nayeon wants. So she bend down and heard Nayeon chuckled before riding her back.

“Childish unnie.”

“You love me, though.”

Jeongyeon took Nayeon to the kitchen and put her down.

“What are you going to cook?”

“Healthy foods.”

“Okay. Is vegetable soup okay for you?”

“Sure. As long as it’s easy.”

“Yeah. It’s easy.”

Nayeon nodded and watched as Jeongyeon got the ingredients in the refrigerator. She put them in the sink and washed them.

“Come here, Nayeon unnie.”

“Okay.”

Nayeon stood beside Jeongyeon and watched her. After cleaning the vegetables, Jeongyeon got a knife from the shelf and gave it to Nayeon.

“What?”

“Cut the vegetables then wash it again.” Jeongyeon said and gave space for Nayeon

“Okay. Let’s cut this.” Nayeon said and started cutting.

Jeongyeon holds her laugh again as her girlfriend struggle into cutting the vegetables.

“Aigoo.” Jeongyeon said and went behind Nayeon “Let me teach you.”

Jeongyeon holds Nayeon hands as she guided them into cutting the vegetables.

“You know, I really love it that you have a fierce looks but a gentle personality.”

“Really?”

“Yeah.”

“I see. I’m glad you do.”

“Even your hands are gentle.”

“That’s because you’re so precious, my dear.”

“Chessy.”

“Only for you.”

They finally finished the cutting so Jeongyeon back away to let Nayeon wash the vegetables.

“What should I do next, Teacher Yoo?”

“You can start cooking now.”

“Aren’t you going to help me?”

“I’ll help from time to time. But it’s your idea to cook so you do it.”

“What if it taste bad?”

“I’ll eat it anyway.”

“Okay.”

Nayeon started cooking since Jeongyeon is just allowing her to do what she wants. She tried to cook it deliciously so her girlfriend and members will be proud.

“Hey, Jeongyeon.”

“Yes?”

“Do you think it’ll be okay?”

“Ofcourse. You do all kind of things perfectly.”

“Come on. Really. What do you think?”

“You’ll do okay, baby.”

Nayeon nodded and continue cooking.

“By the way…” Jeongyeon interrupt

“Hmmm?”

“I’m proud of you, babe.”

“Thanks, Jeong.”

“Hmm.”

Nayeon continued cooking even though she doesn’t know how. All she knows is that Jeongyeon will be there to taste whatever she cooks and will support her.

She finally finished the soup and it looks…edible, somehow.

“Hey, baby.” Nayeon called

“Yes?”

“Can you please prepare the table? The others must be coming home, anytime.”

“Sure, babe.”

Jeongyeon stood up and grab some plates. She placed it on the table and put some spoon and fork besides it.

“Done.”

“Thanks, baby.”

“Do you need help there too?”

“Nope. I can handle this.”

“Are you sure?”

“Yeah.”

“Okay.”

Nayeon puts the soup in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator before putting some soup in another bowl. She puts the bowl and the table while Jeongyeon goes to taste the soup.

“Nayeon ah, have you already tasted it?”

“Nope, why?”

“Huh? You put it there without tasting it?”

“Should I?”

“It’s okay. I’ll taste it.”

Jeongyeon grab a spoon and tasted some.

“How is it? Is it okay?”

“It’s delicious.”

“Really? Thank god.”
